Nice place to have a coffee. Poor service though.

Good Thai restaurant, however, it’s a lacking the atmosphere: despite Buddha statues and modern design, it doesn’t feel cosy. Food was ok, but also lacking something to be fully tasty. After I ate soup, the waitress put the spoon which I used for the soup back on the table (straight on the table with no napkin or cover), so it could be used for the next course. I found it a bit unpleasant. In general, not too bad, but feels more like “an airport type” of the restaurant where people don’t have much to choose from and would anyway have to go there, so there’s no need to care about quality.

Dear and miserable! They don’t know what Thai cuisine is! This restaurant needs to be closed!

Unfortunately this Thai restaurant has slowly but surely gone down with time. The restaurant itself has not been given a face lift for decades. The furniture is old and in most cases stained and looking dirty. The food has become at best medicore lacking taste and texture. Personally I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I went to have dinner alone at the restaurant, and ordered a green curry from the vegetarian dishes page. When the dish arrived, I immediately perceived the smell of fish sauce. When I asked the waitress if there was fish sauce in it, IN A VEGETARIAN DISH, she was confused and had to go to the kitchen to verify, and yes, she replied that unfortunately most of the dishes marked as vegetarian in the menu are not really vegetarian which is misleading and even dangerous for people with allergies. They offered me to change my dish for a stir fried rice. Was definitely not the dish I was craving but once seated and ready to have dinner I didn’t have more choice than accept it. However the other waiter was super friendly and apologetic. He apologized for the event and told me he will escalated this to the kitchen and management. My pice of advice for readers of this review: if you have any allergy or intolerance, don’t trust the menu and ask explicitly to the waiter/waitress to confirm with the kitchen staff, because the menu is completely misleading and full of mistakes that do not consider the seriousness of food restrictions. Besides this event, the service was good and fast, but the fried rice was average and a bit tasteless. Overall, unfortunately a really bad experience for a dinner-out evening

I ate here twice while I was a guest of the hotel. The Tom Kha Gai Soup was good, though quite salty especially the second time I had it. The Pad Thai was also quite good. But tonight I had a vegetarian dish with thai basil, which appeared to consist only of some fried Asia vegetables you can buy frozen ready-to-cook, some slices of tofu, and a few leaves of Thai basil in a bland thin sauce. I thought being in a nice restaurant within a nice hotel it would be possible.
