Very inappropriate for the price, paid 255 francs in a vacuum, dry pork, poor and unpleasant service. We spend more than 1000 francs and it's a nice gesture to not even offer a coffee. I won't set foot again.

The dishes arrived with a 5 minute delay between the guests. The waitress dropped the cap of the water bottle on the floor and then closed the bottle normally.

Excellent service. The meats are very good but the best thing is Raquel's service, which offers friendliness and professional attention. Bravo!

We had a large table, 8 people. We had booked in advance. Very poorly received by the waitress. The stems were very good. But it's a shame that the fine work of the kitchen was degraded by the service. We really didn't feel comfortable during the service. We didn't dare ask for extra bottles and dessert, not afraid of taking too long and being disruptive.

It's a good restaurant, original setting (in an old mill), excellent dishes, average service, ideal for groups or couples. Remember to book before going there. There are parking spaces nearby. I recommend the stem 👍

We ate a gallows of meat. 3 services (+ extra) with 5 different meats: - 1st course with Beef, Horse and Pork - 2nd Ostrich service - 3rd deer service - We were entitled to 2 additional services with the choice of meats we wanted. We stopped at 2 but they were going to bring the 3rd extra. The 5 meats were tiptop in terms of quality, cooking and seasoning. 19 people at tables, 4 gallows, unlimited sauces, rice and fries. The service was perfect, fast and there was never a shortage of fries or sauces. As soon as the gallows were empty, they moved on to the next gallows. I recommend, thank you for the good evening

Excellent place where you eat very, very well. We took the gallows menu (starter main course dessert) and we were not disappointed, foie gras starter or hearty terrine and gallows with 5 kinds of meat (500g per gallows). Dessert is your choice. The meats were succulent, well seasoned and very tender (very good butcher). The staff is very friendly, the service is fast and the owner is very attentive to his guests. We left the restaurant satisfied and we will return with great pleasure. Thank you for this good meal

Le restaurant est adorable et très traditionnel dans le style rustique ; c'est chaleureux, original et ça change du pseudo moderne souvent cheap. Accueil charmant, menu ultra gourmand avec foie gras et somptueuse potence flambée. De superbes photos ou même videos du flambage sont garanties. Mais il faut avoir un estomac solide (lui aussi à l'ancienne mode) pour savourer un repas si copieux.

Très bon accueil, la cadre est pittoresque. Il y a un rez-de-chaussée et 1 étage.Plats valaisans et réputés pour la potence.Nous avons pris une salade mêlée avec viande sur ardoise. Filet de boeuf très tendre avec une sauce au poivre et aux morilles. Vous pouvez choisir entre 200 grammes (44.-), 350 grammes (55.-) et 500 grammes (65.-. La sauce au poivre vert est à (4.-) et celles aux morilles (8.-)Comme dessert nous avons pris une café glacé (12.-).C'est dommage que la sommelière n'a pas pu nous conseillez pour le bien (pas trop de connaissance..)Nous vous le conseillons.Visité durant le mois de février 2020.

Non seulement la nourriture y est d'une haute qualité, la serveuse on ne peut plus sympathique et le patron qui a eu la noble geentillesse d'offrir une bouteille à l'emèporter pour l'annoversaire de mon fils était très dévoué et au petit soin. Je n’ai pas de meilleur avis sur le restaurant pour la simple raison qu’on a pas pu y aller, car pour un restaurant de cette renommée avoir que 3 places de parque c’est un peut maigre, après plusieurs tentatives de parcage dans le voisinage et dans le parking public impossible de trouver une place, bref on est repartis bredouilles. 1 étoile peut paraître dur mais le jour que j’arriverais à y manger je mettrais peut être 5. Désolé pour le propriétaire mais je pense qu’il y a quelque chose à faire.

Le style est entre le vieux et le refait, les serveuses n'ont pas le temps de souffler pour réussir à suivre et pourtant elles prennent le temps de discuter, de répondre et de plaisanter. D'après moi, il faut compter une moyenne d'une 70 aine de francs par personne entre le repas, le vin, et les fabuleux desserts. J'y retourne quand vous voulez
