On the evening of October 20, 2023, I bought 3 chestnut mille-feuilles to take away. Bitter and sour taste of the paste leaves and tasteless brown, prevented me from swallowing. Obviously, they were not fresh and at least 4 to 5 days old. Very disappointed, a little desire for mille-feuilles transformed into a disgust. (See the pictures). Very disappointed !

Unpleasant experience!!! I go there to drink something and when paying I can't pay with my card because the device doesn't work with contactless!!! I then give a 200.- note and a lady named Françoise tells me that we are not at the bank, and they do not accept 200chf notes and therefore to go and change my money at the customer service in Manor!! What? We are still in Switzerland!!!! It was midday and there were two waitresses with two cash registers, I think they had to give me 200.-!!! Not to mention the bakery where there were two customers who rang the bell, when at the bar there were two waitresses and no one at the bakery, it totally bothered her that she pretended not to hear when she was laughing with his colleague and finally the customers left. Second episode (on two different days): I went there with my colleagues to the bar and one of your employees was playing with avocado like we were at the circus!!! We waited almost 15 MINUTES, when one of my colleagues got up to place the order and one of your waitresses was laughing and said to her: “oh yeah, it’s been 15 minutes since you’ve been served? Weird!!!” When you don't want to work or you have problems, stay at home instead of attacking customers!!! A coffee costs 3.50.- but the smile and kindness is free!!!! So!!!!

Dear, I would like to share with you my experience today at Panetier in Monthey. I arrived and waited 15 minutes before being asked what I wanted. I told myself it didn't matter because there were people there and I could wait. After shopping, I just wanted to rest and have a good coffee. I ask the server if he has a “donut”, he tells me the certificate. I introduce it to him and ask him again. He responds with “I already told you no.” He hadn't answered me and if that's the case, there were people there and we couldn't hear anything. I ask him what do you advise me. He answers me oh I don't know, there are so many things, I don't know what there is and if I list everything there is here, you won't remember. I tell him I just want a coffee and thank you. He comes back with the coffee and gives me change, telling me I have to give you another 20 cents, I don't have any change, I'll come back. I stayed and invited a friend to join me. I stayed 1 hour and still no change. I called another waitress and she gave me this 20 cents. It's not 20 cents that will change anything in my life but it's the fact and the gesture that counts. If this server was very friendly, courteous and polite, I would leave him or her a nice tip. But bad accounts don't make good servers. I've never seen such an unpleasant person and it's a shame. But know that despite this bad experience, I will come back because I really like your pastries and the coffee obviously. I hope you take the necessary action because this is truly sad for a company of your reputation. Thank you for everything and see you next time. Sincerely.
