Le Saint Honoré is a bakery that needs no introduction. Normally going there a few times on Sundays, I noticed yesterday with desolation that the size of the pastries had shrunk. I understand that prices are increasing and margins are falling, but will reducing croissants by a third make up for your shortfall? As a consumer, having to consume smaller pastries while paying the same price (which is clearly in the high range of prices applied in the Canton) is simply inconceivable. We are dealing with the famous principle of crevard, a principle which consists of making the consumer bear the loss of profit entirely, while hoping that the latter accepts it without flinching. Your establishment runs thanks to the loyalty of your customers and this practice, however dishonest it may be, breaks this bond which must never be taken for granted. As far as I am concerned, I will favor bakeries that work honestly and are committed to satisfying their customers.

Warm place, really nice service, opening very early which is nice and newspapers available. The clientele is a nice mix of locals, bobos, Genevans and foreigners. I really like.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the bakery Le Saint Honoré in Geneva. This bakery feels like time stopped in a good way. Wide choices of traditional pastries. I tried the apple pie and the almond croissant which were both delicious (in particular the dough). The interior is a bit old fashioned but charming at the same time.

The pastries are delicious, the atmosphere in the late afternoon is calm and quiet and perfect for nice coffee and a chat with a friend. A good place to sit for a bit.

Discovered today by chance while waiting for an appointment. Their pain au chocolat is amazing, their chocolate milk is served in a big cup. The waitress is nice. This put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. Good address to remember, I will come back.

It's generous, delicious, the display invites you to taste everything and it's good even if it's often too sweet... watch out for excess sugar. As far as bread is concerned, it’s honestly average. Could do better. The pastry in the interior window is too expensive for the quality, it is much too sweet (I persist… really too sweet) the creams are tasteless or too heavy. It’s pastry from 20 or 30 years ago: too bad. I recommend the place for the welcome, the pastries, the products from the street window, the sourdough breads, the tarts, and some other products. For the rest it's too dated.

We consumed and enjoyed (late snack): • Fresh squeezed orange, carrot, ginger fruit juice • Bagnat bread with tuna • Cookies • Trio of speculoos, caramel and chocolate spreads (not consumed on site) Very good welcome and service. The welcome from the waitresses is very friendly but I find it a shame that the little chocolate pastries are so poorly made... I can barely smell the chocolate which is just thinly spread... they are not chocolate chips!! A famous pastry shop in Geneva. I find the pastry shop good but nothing different from the other equally excellent pastry shops in the surrounding area, between Plain Palais and Carouge (Wolfisberg, Pougnier, etc.) Plus the environment...old and dirty outdoor tables, have breakfast among cigarette butts of cigarettes and sidewalk dirt. From this year they have increased the prices by .50 or even 1chf per piece, and if you pay by card they will add another 0.50 to you. The only thing that stuck in my mind is that the owner must be a miser, or rather a pastry enthusiast who has turned his passion into a profession. His passion is money, nothing else. I live very close by but from now on, given the increases, I will avoid buying from them. The only positive thing, the girls at the counter, always very kind (the young ones).

I am not sure if they serve lunch, but certainly, you will find good options for breakfast or snacks during the day. The outside places are disputed but usually, you can find a place to sit down.

L'une des meilleures boulangeries de Genève, rien de moins, tant par la variété de ses produits que par leur qualité. Les viennoiseries, sandwichs et tartes sont appétissants et délicieux. Le lieu prévaut par sa terrasse très prisée, face à l'arrêt de tram Blanche. Et indépendamment de la circulation (heureusement en sens unique). A l'intérieur, c'est très animé. Pas forcément spacieux, mais boisé et relativement bien éclairé. Résultat, c'est intime et plein de livres, qui donnent envie de prolonger sa pause. Enfin, le nom de l'enseigne a le mérite de rendre hommage à une pâtisserie du meilleur goût, à consonance parisienne. C'est éloquent et bien trouvé. Une bonne raison d'aller jusqu'au pont de Carouge!
