Good welcome, lots of choice and what's more, it's very good

Pigeons walk peacefully in the snack bar and no one says anything to believe that even in our hospitals it is becoming the third world and what does the hygiene service do? Nothing

They just changed the green high chairs to metal ones...big mistake, not comfortable or ergonomic for a penny

Minimum 5 fr for the credit card: shameful and incomprehensible in a hospital, after the recommendations issued during the pandemic.

Almost no time to choose a sandwich.... the salespeople are super fast (which is unpleasant) and push us to go to the other side... a system with a numbered ticket would be much more suitable!! Dirty establishment....! For a hospital it's shameful (go look between the windows and the radiators...disgusting!!) Tell your salespeople that they work in a hospital and not in the local supermarket.... a little sales and kindness court would not be superfluous...

meh, for a coffee, traffic jams at the checkout, everyone crowds in front of the first 2 checkout points. Sometimes pastries lying around are not fresh and super expensive for what they are. Sandwiches with lots of bread and few goods inside. Fortunately there are coffee machines almost everywhere at HUG.

After an hour and a half drive to visit a loved one, this snack was certainly welcome. For a coffee or a hot or cold snack (magnificent sandwiches and delicious quiches), you will be very kindly welcomed and served. Small kiosk with newspapers, magazines and the possibility of also buying some flowers. The HUG is currently the subject of a vast renovation project. It would be interesting to include this cafeteria in this project, in order to enlarge it and give it a little more light. She deserves it. But yesterday the atmosphere was “cozy” and I particularly enjoyed my spinach quiche. We are coming back in a few days and will stop there again for a coffee break. See you soon !

Accessible and cute little cafe set directly at the main entrance of HUG. Offers a variety of pastries, drinks and sandwiches for those hungry and thirsty during the day : patient, employee or otherwise. I do find that the stock of the bakery and sandwiches section does seem to be regularly empty from the times I've been, but otherwise all is good.

Arrived at 6:52 p.m. and it's closed even though it says it closes at 7 p.m. I just saw a person an employee inside tidying up. If you can't keep your schedules, you have to change them

Fresh salad with additives.... surprising for a hospital. No gluten-free bakery products. Coffee served in a cup. Expensive compared to the quality.

An unexpectedly great cafe in the Geneva University hospital (Hopitaux Universitares Geneve) serving a great selection of pastries, tarts, and sandwiches alongside a selection of coffees and teas. If you like chocolate then you have to try the chocolate & hazelnut tart.

Very bad surprise after reopening!! The ticket system is ridiculous and this 3m high counter is the opposite of practical for both customers and staff. All the more the lighting is unpleasant as possible.

Since reopening, the staff seems a little stressed, which is reflected in the quality of service. The new organization is incomprehensible and the service very long, with a ticket like at the post office to have a coffee. There aren't enough chairs for the number of tables and the new light hurts the eyes.

Friendly setting and friendly staff! Prices are quite high for residents who have no other alternative. For the passing customer, this is tolerable. The products offered are tasty.
