McDonald's in Genève

Food is absolutely usual McDonald's stuff, no surprises in good or bad way - but there is no WiFi! At least not for non-Swiss phone number holders. The requested SMS code to get you registered will never arrive. This has happened to us in three distinct places across Geneva in the course of just one day!

I just went there for an espresso. It's been a long time since I got into this Mac, and the others, for a little black guy. As for this McDonald's, it is much cleaner. I was lucky there was no one there so I was served straight away and without stress. The coffee is much better, without being a marvel but it no longer has this bitterness. I asked for an espresso and received a ristretto. Not really ready yet. 3.70 CHF.- Far too expensive. Still accepts cash directly at the checkouts if there are very few customers otherwise you are good to go to the terminals.

Incompetent service. the manager with his large size of asparagus every time it is him there are omissions. PS: I would have liked to know how much they earn from forgetting customer orders. PS: and the best once I took big tasty there was no meat I didn't know I was vegetarian.

I'm never going to, just walk past, so you have to stop asking these unnecessary questions

I ordered menu, but I didn't receive any fries, and everything was paid already. I asked why they didn't brig me fries, and they said "to wait at my table" but nobody came back ..

I recently visited this McDonald’s and was very satisfied with the experience. The environment was welcoming and clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I was attended to by a team of friendly and efficient staff who ensured that my order was dealt with quickly.

this is a well managed branch with short waiting times and nicely made burgers and friendly staff. seating upstairs hasn't been available for a long time and is limited (especially in atmosphere) downstairs. McDonald's food itself mostly not great imho but sometimes one just has to go

The usual , disappointing but you get what you pay for and we were hungry and passing the door and wanted a coffee and a quick bite to eat.

We came today with 9 children to celebrate my son's birthday ♥️, very nice experience for the children and the parents. The host was simply brilliant.

Terrible, at the checkout they didn't accept payment by card, but only in cash. Having to pay in euros, they gave me the change in francs and made me pay the commission. In total two sandwiches and a menu taken with the app's offers at the cost of €30. Plus one of the sandwiches wasn't the one I ordered, and they replaced it after 15 minutes. Not a Swiss rip-off

I would like to congratulate this gentleman, I imagine the manager for his efficiency. As soon as he noticed that the trash can was full he reacted immediately. Thank you for your service

Arrived at 8:00 p.m., the ground floor was full. No more free table. We go to the empty first floor where a colleague informs us that the first floor is closed. Despite our explanations, the disrespectful employee sends us to sit outside with two children. Total disrespect.

I kinda had low expectations... and they were pitched right. Incorrect order, slow service and tasteless food.

I don't know if you can find someone even less incompetent than this one! I think I've been to every McDonald's in Geneva. But then “mcdo les cygnes” you have the palm. Although we are the only two customers, we waited almost 20 minutes. Not bad for a fast food restaurant, right? A teammate who watches the other watch who himself watches another…. In short, you will understand! One, I imagine, a student, looks at a crumpled ticket lying around, takes it in her hand, with astonishing nonchalance, then instead of throwing it away, puts it back down while she checks to make sure no one has looked at it. Another, who takes payment, with a very disappointed face. I have rarely seen staff who don't care and are so slow. In short, I don't set foot there anymore. I suspect that McDonald's is not the job we've dreamed of since childhood, but if it doesn't suit us, we'll leave. The customer comes to eat, not to attend a funeral or to have the impression of disturbing the team members who are talking about their weekend. In short, the manager has changed as has the team.

It was almost full, but the burger and my drink arrived quite fast. People at the counter were smiling and despite the place being in a busy location it was a small break from all the chaos outside. Speaking about downsides - I didn't appreciate a gypsy woman approaching asking for money. I don't mind this in general, however this place is not right for it, as one can't escape the situation being in the middle of a meal. I believe staff should ensure people have an undisturbed time.

20 min to get your order (happy meal and ice cream) which I had to ask for!! No toys, he was forgotten! Melted ice cream!! The WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many. The food does not arrive here, do not try your chance and hope that you will get anything to eat. They have a locator to put on the table and they’re supposed to bring the order there. After 15 minutes, I asked about the order to the cashier and they told that they’ll bring it. Nothing arrived after 30 minutes and when I asked them again, their response was ”I’ve seen it somewhere here.”. Well, thank you for at least answering the question. Left without eating.

They didn't want to give me the toilet code without ordering while at the KFC next door they gave it to me

Absolutely terrible. Over here in Geneva and just had a meal. Chips were like rocks so so solid. Didn’t have a taste but I thought eat them anyway. Upset my stomach. Don’t go unless desperate🤙. They’ve ad it knew it all

Great Ambience, Tasty Burgers and Excellent Service

For a McD, it was alright. The crispy chicken I loved though. If you're a tourist, and you're ordering takeaway, remember that your food isn't ready when it shows your order number as "ready". Your food is ready when someone calls out your order number in French. And if you don't know French, just keep an eye out as to when they prepare the order and call out a number. Just approach them with your order number, and if you're lucky it's your order that they call out.

A nice skewer of Incapable. Very often see missing or false items almost all the time. When we Order and the order is wrong, it is also up to us to go to McDonald's to collect the forgotten items. a shame

Even Macs are "not my budget" in Geneva.

I ordered a really good Swiss exclusive chicken burger with honey and mustard, with the service of bringing it to the table and as an option for a young tourist it is really good

It was nice, though very crowded and a little dirty in some points.

Don't go to this McDonald's, it's a big B***, you order an ice cream and it arrives completely melted. And what's more, the staff is not smiling or friendly. And the taste of the so-called caramel Sundays is actually natural

Thursday June 1st 11:30 a.m. I wanted to go to the bathroom. the Mr. who did not want to say his name told me you MUST ORDER BRAVO!!! IT must be new. other Macs do not have a problem, but swans SHOULD BE AVOID.

I had a coke spilled on me by a waitress, they hire employees who live in a disadvantaged environment. Do not recommend this Macdo. I recommend Macdo de Balexert and Meyrin.

No goat wraps, mc eggs etc... we're in Geneva ok, but having to enter a code like when you unlock a safe to go to wash your hands or use the toilet meh, no games for children which justifies my rating....and the most striking example mc first adult France 4.95 and happy meal 4.5

One of the best McDonald's I've visited. Food came quickly and was even really warm. It's not so dirty and you don't have to fight pigeons for your food.

The burger was a bit dry and it was a bet unorganized at the service area even though it wasn't a busy time. nevertheless, McDonald's is reliable

So the Mac do de Genève next to the Cornavin station is just magnificent, very friendly and very professional staff, very clean hygiene which is a change from France. I prefer the mc from Switzerland than from France.

More than an hour of waiting every time we order on Uber..

It was messy the tables were dirty, and you get a tiny portion for a big amount of money, even though we ordered the largest size.. the taste was just fine.

Terrible. I ordered two burgers for service at the table, for which you get a 'locator number'. They did not bring anything to the table. After waiting for 7 minutes, I asked. The reply was "oh we called out the number"...well...that's not how the system works!!!! I then got given the two burgers who were cold and just bad in every way possible, just vile food and zero apologies.

The chairs were not very clean. All the rest was like in every other macdonald's.

Always order on uber Eats with you. But never received the real order. Once or twice it works. But it's annoying all the time. I order 225ml banana smoothies. But I always get the smallest one. Yet I paid for 225ml

I went on a lunch time and had a good vegetarien option, order had got ready within 5 min, kudos for their team and had a good meal.

The waiter was a little stressed, dropped our fries on the table. But the rest of everything is perfect.

Something is always missing, a compote, desserts, a hamburger but at the moment my double cheesburger not delivered was my meal, really there it's too much, impossible to contact "the swans" by telephone, CHECK your orders before having them delivered, I always tip the delivery person because he has nothing to do with it but really it's excessive. Prepare your orders as if you were the one to receive them.

Yeah I arrived, I order the coffee so I can go quietly. We wait for the friend and he arrives to take us back to the area. This little café is a pleasure. Azy, we'll eat there next time for a Swiss mac mac.

Many thanks we celebrated my daughter's birthday this afternoon and it was great the hostess super cute and intentional good entertainment I really recommend nothing to complain about just thanks to the Swan restaurant which didn't let me down like the one at Balex 2 weeks before the my daughter's birthday without solution!

It is better than the Arab restaurants. It is clean, quick to prepare, relieves hunger, and is open until 2 am

McDonald's well placed, there are McVeggie (there are none in France). But if we pay for the ketchup I would like to have some (and I didn't get it). And in terms of cleanliness of the restaurant, we can do better.

This McDonald's is bipolar, I feel like one day I go there and the security guard jumps on me and I find a fly in my Big Mac with the police and the other day everything goes well but one day I came and someone spat in my menu my cousin was attacked by this waiter because he was practicing pignouf in the toilets

Good service and speed when ordering even if it was at night. The McFish was very good, which is a fish burger that we don't have in Spain anymore. Even so, McDonald's Switzerland prices live up to its reputation as the most expensive in the world, and a 10 euro menu with such a small burger is quite expensive. In comparison it is like a one euro chicken burger from Spain.

You have to love hamburger kits: almost every time I eat them, my hamburger just looks like a bunch of ingredients thrown at the bottom of a cardboard box... Update: photo of what I was served today...

There are always things missing, sandwiches or glasses, even when we call right after a delivery order to verify they still manage to forget. We pay extra and we deliver them to you without extra. This is simply unacceptable!

Good McDonald's and friendly staff. Small downside: you have to pay to have the ketchup with the fries and the menus are expensive compared to France

Convenient location close to the Geneva train station and it is probably one of the few eating option for people arriving late at the train station, since almost nothing is open at late hours. It works until 2 AM on Saturday. Delivery of food was fast, but the food itself was very unsatisfactory. Tasteless. Also the napkins were thrown as if the person was mad we ordered.
