I had an incredible time in this magnificent outdoor setting. The cabin is bright and warm, perfectly equipped to enjoy without fear of the cold. And the pancakes are a real delight, as always! An experience not to be missed.

Great evening spent in the chalet during the Christmas market. The atmosphere is friendly and warm and the waitresses adorable. We opted for the aperitif board with good cheeses and a sausage and mulled wine which was delicious.

The cabin in winter is perfect for a little pancake or an evening with friends. The cocktails, beers and mulled wine are super good and the staff is always smiling and welcoming!

The crepes are delicious with lots of choice The boss is very friendly, on the other hand the staff is arrogant and slow, it took 25 minutes to receive my coffee which was cold very friendly atmosphere but a shame about the welcome which was unpleasant

Little drink on the terrace which wasn't so bad. For half an hour I felt like I was in Paris! Unpleasant waitresses, trying to give us unordered drinks and complaining because there were 15 of us for a drink! Flawless! Unfortunately no Eiffel Tower nor the charm of the French capital. No hard feelings and thanks for the change of scenery.

Low-end pancakes. A little hard dough and stuffing to be reviewed. In short, it wasn't good. Too bad because the place is nice.

The service is a complete disaster. Arrogant and slow. We weren't served and then had to leave the bar without ordering.

After sitting down at Le Sud, the waiter noticed us pretty quickly. After 15(!)‘ of not being served we decided to leave this ignorant place. Arrogant and unprofessional behavior. Won‘t bother to ever try Le Sud again.

Yesterday the two of us went out for ice cream with a school class of 16. We were served friendly and quickly; Everyone received what they ordered, without errors and relatively quickly. The person who served us had a very good overview and responded incredibly quickly to the guests' wishes. I was very impressed by the very good service and efficient operation! The restaurant was full to the last seat outside! BRAVO 👏🏻 (The ice creams were so fine that there wasn't enough for a photo... so at least two pictures of the beautiful steamboat Neuchâtel... 😜)

The food was pretty good but we had to wait a long time to place our order and also another long time to get our food, as it seemed there were only 2 people working and there were lots of indoor and outdoor tables. But the waiter was very nice. There were a few ingredients and suggested combinations that the other creperies don't have. The outdoor seating is nice, it's in the pedestrian zone and close to the lake. Indoors it's ok but not cozy or nicely decorated.

The Crêperie du Sud is not an ordinary and simple place. It is a place where we eat with pleasure and indulgence, in a warm and even intimate atmosphere because the interior is made up of several small rooms, some of which hold barely more than 10 people. The first time, you may find this place strange because of its narrow interior, but when you learn to discover it, you come back with pleasure. In addition, in the summer, its terrace is shaded and in winter it is covered with an original chalet which gives the place a very warm mountain atmosphere. All orchestrated by a dynamic and welcoming team and you're guaranteed to have a nice and pleasant time there. Thank you to the whole team for their work and their welcome and see you soon.

Great creperie in downtown Neuchâtel 🇨🇭. We started with a mulled wine (delicious) then had crepes (one sweet and one savory) the latter being very good, well stocked and the waiters were friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stop and to drink/eat. I took a baileys coffee, was well presented and really good! My friends took also some crepes. And said it was good too. We were outside in the little house 🤗

It's been a long time since I went to this restaurant and this evening, a big disappointment in the service! I had booked 2 days before coming, in their chalet and when I arrived, no reservation. The only solution offered: sit in the restaurant. I was really disappointed. But apparently, no other possible solutions. I found myself next to the kitchen door (which was open): Charming! I noticed shortly after sitting down that two people seemed to have had the same problem as me with the reservation at the chalet, but the lady (arrived after me) complained a little more and was granted cause and was placed at the chalet. Besides the fact that my reservation was messed up, we were served by a very unpleasant young woman who almost threw plates and cutlery at us and who, at no time, was welcoming or friendly. We really felt like, let's be clear, we were pissing him off. At least the crepes were good and generous. Well stocked. On the other hand, the small container of salad... it's frankly..... bad. I don't think I will return to this restaurant.

Servers not nice at all! After we realized that the apple juice was fizzy we asked to change it since it was for the children, but it was not possible since they had already opened the bottle. No alternative offered and very nasty and very unfriendly way of doing things.

The head of department takes refuge behind her employees while she does nothing and accuses the news who are in reality the only ones working. She claims to take care of the bar, but there is no one at the bar and "everyone" (5 tables) on the terrace. A Thursday morning during the week, few customers, 40 minutes of waiting to order my own coffee, then 30 minutes of waiting to be served without cream, then 10 minutes to get cream that I went to get myself, and all this to be consumed on a table where no dishes from the previous table have been cleared. 1h20 for coffee on a weekday morning during off-peak hours? At the price of coffee, it's my last time with them... Thanks for nothing!

Small, dry, cold pancake, much too salty. However, I only found traces of raw ham... and the crepe being folded, it was difficult to find anything! The cheese is obviously industrial and the salad is a joke. The staff did their best but for me, once not twice.

The welcome was rather pleasant, however we had to wait almost an hour for our first pancake. The servers apologized and I can understand that this could happen, to see if it is recurring. The pancakes are good without being exceptional. I think we were there on the wrong day so I'm not going to generalize my opinion.
