Nothing to say ! My whole family very happy, with the meal, the service....and the après ski dancing with Giovanni

Nice setting, but unfortunately the positive stops there. Decent cuisine, but nothing more which does not justify the prices asked. Poor service, there were 3 people and we had to ask and wait 10 minutes before receiving one person's dish while the other tables continued to be served. At the time of the bill, there were errors, but no apology from them, the waiter left with the bill without saying a word. In short, a great disappointment and one thing is certain, we will not return there and I strongly advise against it.

Great location, great settings, well looked after by staff, but not sure the food was right, had the Stracciatella di Bufala & Filet de Porc, bufala was very nice but came with 4 cherry tomatoes, which was a bit disappointing. Pork, looks nice on the plate but was very dry, small potion size, flavour was odd, chip was undercooked, fine dinning but without the standard of cooking. My partner had the Filets de Perche de Lötschberg, again dry, flavour wasn’t right, undercook chip. 372 chf for 4 people 2 course is allot to spend when the quality of food wasn’t at the right level. I only mention the above, because it’s a shame for such a great location and great setup to not have a menu that can be enjoyed.

We enjoyed a good fondue on the terrace. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Certainly the prices are a little high, but we are on the ski slopes in Cran-Montana, everything is paid for!

Responsiveness of the service is not great, the dish arrives cold, and the kindness is not up to par. Apart from the superb location, the place is really not to be recommended!

Quality minimalist card to avoid

By far the most disrespectful, degrading and humiliating approach and service! Overrated by all means! After we paid more than 300 euro for cheap disgusting fondue that was served in pot like it was never washed before, cold potatoes and few slices of bread, I kindly ask the waiter if I can take the bottle of wine since it was more than half full and expensive, and he replied with - why would anyone want to take the bottle, nobody does that - with such a humiliating look like I asked to leave without paying. Never going back again, I hope avalanche will erase them, together with the waiter. The place next to them has amazing coffee and snacks, and they are very nice and all smiles and kind!

Very bad service. The manager is rude, and has no idea what customer service should be . He is disrespectful. We were sitting outside and asked to go inside as we were cold . He started screaming at us to stay outside ! Don’t go there ! I know I won’t anymore .
