Endless waiting: After ordering and waiting for 1 HOUR (dishes which are normally ready in 5 minutes), we asked the boss for the status of the order, and received an unpleasant response from him. 2. Unpleasant service: in every interaction with the boss, he was very cold and nonchalant even though we had come with enthusiasm to have a good time. 3. Carafe of water at 6chf: the boss charged us for a carafe of water at 6chf, under the pretext that a bottle of water costs 10chf basic. This amount was added orally at the time of payment. When we told him that this was not right of him, he lost his temper and became even more aggressive. 4. Quality of food: We were looking forward to eating Lebanese, but none of the dishes were good for the price paid. The chicken was not fully cooked, a great lack of hygiene. We were aware that booking with La Fourchette means that quantities are often reduced, but a restaurant that wants to advertise itself should treat all its customers equally and ensure that they come back. This boss was rude and aggressive towards customers even though we were friendly to him the whole time. Very disappointing restaurant.

Unpleasant and unfriendly waiter, waiting 1 hour for a starter to arrive, 1 hour 20 minutes for the dishes even though there is no one in the restaurant. Dishes served cold, we were made to pay 10 chf for a bottle of water even though it was not on the menu, attempted scam, miserable value for money.

We placed an order for hummus, tabule salad and falafel as well as lentil soup. After about 30 minutes the waiter came to our table and informed us that there was no lentil soup. After that, another 1 hour and 15 minutes passed and we still had no food on the table. We asked the innkeeper the reason for the delay and he explained that the deep fryer was broken. He asked us to be patient for another 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes we complained again as we had already waited over an hour. The innkeeper replied that we should wait another 5-10 minutes. At this point we were already very dissatisfied and decided to ask for the bill. The price for a plastic bottle of Evian is CHF 10.00. That seems excessive to us. All in all, I can't wait to visit Les Cèdres du Liban.
