I give the rating 1 since I can't go below to leave an opinion but the feeling is good! I book for my birthday a good week in advance to have a table and firstly I have no problem booking a morning but I have not managed to contact them more than 6 times to warn them of a possible delay which does not ultimately did not take place, I found it already very anxiety-inducing and made me ask questions about their organization. Secondly, when we arrived in front of the 2 entrance agents, we were surprised to be served after the people who had arrived after us. In addition to being illogical about this fact, the agents had the attitude of a prison guard with less friendliness and on top of that, they asked my partner to take off his bob (very classy, ​​to give you the type of clothing) while once we returned we saw hats and caps (straw/cotton) on either side of the sails, could it be a question of color? No matter, once we entered the sails itself, we were redirected by a man at reception, not as rude and cold as his colleagues at the entrance but on the same learning path. This is unacceptable, but no more so than having had to ask to be replaced more than 3 times. Done, I assure you, but on new wet seats... don't I speak French well enough? My impatient partner was able to make the employees understand that we would like dry places as we had reserved the previous week, something done again, but with 2 places less and therefore 2 guests who end up like idiots. Thank you for this organization “Les voiles”, the best 45 minutes of approaches with an establishment. I will not repeat the experience even if I am paid to go this time. I felt embarrassed to have had to inflict this on my guests and no apologies or commercial gestures of any kind were made. Food was okay. We all got unlimited food and drinks, but turned out food were not enough and the portions were rather small. We were a group of 40 but they only arranged us a small section of seat, it was not enough for seats neither. We also have noticed they are very short staffed. It was super crowded and loud at one point. I can’t barely walk pass the crowd. For summer it was boiling hot and there was zero ventilation. A place to party, not to have a private discussion. Toilet is just a few steps away from the restaurant. Overall it’s a cute place.

Reservation made for 3 for dinner… reservation not taken into account, we were parked on a tiny high table next to the DJ after 1 hour of waiting (your table is being prepared….). A superb place, for my part the servers were attentive and responsive. The tapas boards are simply exceptional! And the atmosphere is really great. Even the security guards are on top! I definitely recommend!

We really had an incredible evening at Les Voiles in Geneva. Clean, elegant and very professional server. Very good security at the entrance, a first in Geneva where they know how to be welcoming and polite. The music is incredible (trendy and general). The kitchen was GREAT! The spectacular and very friendly service. The only downside is that perhaps the service is a little long but the shots offered make up for it. Booked by a friend to show us this fabulous place, I was able to drink an exceptional cocktail combining ice cubes and red fruits with a hint of vanilla. This one having made the journey from a local producer for its fruits, we only waited 30 minutes before being served. My palate was captivated and my non-Swiss watch must surely not be working. The music was neither too loud nor not enough, a tape recorder to talk to your neighbor and that's it. As for the toilets, an essential place to make friends given the wait, they were so clean that Mr. Clean himself came to see the shine of the WC... Of course its a joke it wasn't clean . But Jul's "bring out the stolen stick" hold music reminded us that we were still lucky to be in this incredibly incredible place.

We went on the 14.07.2022, a group of colleagues. We had reservation for 18:30. Outside was very hot and although there were parasols they did not offered shadow at all. No cooling option like air/water cooling that a place at this should have. Now the worse part: Me and 2 colleagues wanted a ‘piscine’ which means champagne with ice. We looked at the prices (around 400 per bottle) and we decided we will take the glass. We asked the waiter to come, my colleagues made the request (price per glass was 38) and the waiter suggested to take a bottle as is about the same price if we want one more glass… so my colleague asked for suggestions, waiter gave, colleague picked one of the suggestions made adding that she does not know this so let’s try it. Drinks came, we were drinking and I asked the waiter the price of the bottle. He says 840🤣🤣🤣… classic trick of 3rd world countries. But in Geneva??? I went to the manager who said he offers another bottle of champagne but this is not ok. Being tricked like that works once! I won’t come to Les Voiles but if you do, check the recommendations please 🤣🤗
