Very nicely located restaurant on Lake Thun with excellent cuisine!

It was simply delicious, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was simply lovely...

Ate something after diving in the lake. Was very good.

Very unfriendly service. At first we were pushed into a corner because everything was supposedly reserved, which wasn't true at all. Only two people came twice in the two hours, without a reservation! After changing tables, we were barely served. Without the good location, these people would have trouble getting customers.

The place is crowded and there is no waiting. I did not try the restaurant. I felt unwelcome upon arrival. The outdoor parking is not free. Make sure a table is available before paying for parking

Luxurious country, good restaurant, great location. The price of the food is above average, but it is worth it, very very tasty food. I was most pleased that the owner of the restaurant is Ukrainian, attentive and friendly.

Very bad customer services, they are unwelcoming at all

We often come to this restaurant, especially for the location which in summer is priceless... Near Interlaken it is one of the few directly on the lake and the view is stupendous. The positive comment, however, goes to those who also make the service worthy: compliments to the waitress Silvia, very kind and competent, a note of merit for the welcome in Italian and for the constant friendliness. Thanks obviously also to the kitchen and pizzeria. Good products and satisfactory quality.

We wanted to eat at da Elio again. The reception was catastrophic, it couldn't be more unfriendly!!! At 8 p.m. only pizza, no more salad and the menu says open until 11:30 p.m. Thank God the country house and Unterseen are not far. You are welcome there.

When we asked for plates they told us u have to pay for 2 franks for each plate especially if your arab!! They say is the boss rules!!! And the way the waiters is talking to us is very rude and disrespectful !!

A wonderful restaurant. I went for breakfast, the coffee is nice compared to many places in Interlaken, but the croissant is frankly ordinary, and the atmosphere has a view of the lake, which is amazing.

I honestly don’t usually write reviews especially if the review is bad about the restaurant to give that place the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a bad day that they treated me like this. However, let me start by saying that this is the worst Margherita Pizza that I’ve tried. The tomato sauce and cheese tasted terrible to be honest. I’ve tasted way way better Pizzas in switzerland. In addition, we ordered a french fries side which took 30 minutes to get to our table. Finally what drove me to write this review, I asked the waiter for the bill while I was heading to the restroom while he literally was next to me. After 3 minutes he came into the bathroom looking for me because they thought I had left the restaurant without paying the bill. Absolutely terrible treatment for a customer who literally asked for the bill. Other than enjoying the view, don’t come to this restaurant and waste your time.

A distinguished Italian 🍴 restaurant. The view is very wonderful and the food is excellent and there is no mistake. We ordered the mixed salad and seafood risotto with margherita pizza. The service is fast and the waiters are kind. I highly recommend.

The waitress with golden hair and bangs could not speak English or French. she was tired and very unfriendly. I recently visited this restaurant located by a beautiful lake, and I'm sorry to say that my experience was not satisfactory. The location is undoubtedly splendid, but unfortunately the service I received from one of the waitresses was less than satisfactory. I think it is essential for all staff in the restaurant industry, especially in a tourist location like this, to treat customers with kindness and respect. It is unfortunate that despite the breathtaking setting, the inappropriate behavior I encountered left a negative impression on me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better customer service training. A little courtesy can go a long way in making customers feel appreciated and ensuring a positive experience.

Perfect place to relax a little, eat something and continue on your way, without first observing the beautiful landscape it has. Those views, quick and easy parking are priceless.

The bald receptionist is racist against Arabs. We were blocked at the lake and gave us a table far away from it, claiming that it was reserved and we were blocked. I will not repeat the experience. His name is Bram Al-Bani.

I parked just next to this restaurant. I don't know how it is in this restaurant, but the terrace was full of people. Beautiful. However, a good place for a break, on the way to Lauterbrunnen, a beautiful lake, quiet, clean, orderly.

Racist treatment. When we saw a Muslim family, he wanted to isolate us from the restaurant and make us sit in the sun at isolated tables. Even though the restaurant was almost empty and reservations were not possible, I would not recommend it at all.

We wanted to have something to drink or have a dessert on the way through. We received the menu quickly, but after that we were completely ignored and not even looked at. The staff had little to do, but preferred to clear tables, re-set tables or stand behind the counter to gossip instead of serving us. We asked a waitress twice if we could order. The first time she just said, a moment, but didn't come back. The second time she ignored us and only when I called after her quite clearly did she react extremely rudely, but didn't think it was necessary to take care of us. We then left the restaurant again. Looking at the other reviews, we probably didn't miss anything.

The manager who drives a black Lexus is very unfriendly and rude, she causes so much stress to the guests and staff that they forget the taste of the food. That lady thinks people eat there for free, so the next time she does that I'll throw her in the water next to it

It is in an incredible place next to Lake Thun. Parking is paid but it has changing rooms. In the restaurant you can eat in or order to take away. In our case we ordered some pizzas to eat by the lake. The food was delicious and they brought it out very quickly. Also, taking into account that it is Switzerland, it is a cheap place.

The location of this restaurant is fantastic but that is about it. They believe they serve the best pizza in town and they probably get a lot of orders too but maybe the orders are coming only because its one of the only few located around this area. One thing you should be vary of and you should question is getting charged for mineral water. They charged me 3.50 Euro per person and I was with my wife and daughter there. Thats 10.5 Euro on normal tap water. Bit exorbitant.
