Had a very tasty fondue with aperitif plates, salad and caramel bowls as dessert. We were a group of 9 people and we all felt very comfortable. Gluten free was absolutely no problem. The gluten-free bread is AMAZING! Gladly again ☺️

I found this place after I was frantically trying to find my girlfriend flowers before she arrived on holiday. The owner saw me looking lost and pointed me in the right direction. I managed to get my girlfriend a bunch of flowers just in time. I since spend pretty much every evening playing cards and drinking wine at this little hidden gem in Luzern. Owner was super friendly and I would 100% recommend!

We came in by chance and didn't leave 😂Sooooo cozy and nice - the staff was courteous, the boss (Claude) was incredibly friendly, the drinks were excellent and first the small delicacies and then we ate a main course - I'm at a loss for words! Please don't pass by - this bar is a MUST

Wein yes, fein? A person said they had their best food in Switzerland here. While we had pizza from Lidl, no internet and the waiter forgot about our wine order that we told him twice about.

Wow…what a great place!!! I only wish we had found it sooner!! The food was truly delicious with amazing wine and great beer. Hit our happy spots! The owner was awesome and the rest of the staff too. When asked what we wanted to eat, we put it in the chefs hand to chose for us. Oh my! He created magic to our taste buds. The relaxing atmosphere combined with delicious food, great service and that wonderful special touch from the owner and staff, makes this a very special experience! Truly a hidden gem.

Greeted with an inviting “Salü,” I sat down on a stool at the counter and was immediately included in the conversation. That was the start of a very nice evening that lasted longer than expected. Very good wine and really nice people, especially behind the counter. I'll be back!

Very rude person who doesn't seems to like "Fasnacht". I recommend closing over "Fasnacht" if you can't handle it.

A place to be, to rest and drink a good glass of beer or wine. Very friendly service, Claude is a wonderful person and always has nice guests around. Always very cozy and great ambience in Liebenau. Service and boss very friendly and professional. Food sensational. Always worth a visit again. 😘👍🙏

Was walking through one night and saw this quaint little bar. Stopped for a quick drink since it was not busy and was quickly invited outside to sit with the owner and some local patrons. Ended up staying for a few hours since it was so enjoyable. Incredibly nice, amazing service, awesome view of the plaza and church and the hospitality and vibe was second to none. By far one of my best/ most favorite and memorable experiences in Lucerne or Switzerland. Cannot recommend visiting this place enough.

Great host, great drinks and food located on a historic piazza in the oldtown part of Lucerne. Ask for the daily specials and you will be positively surprised. We love this place!

This was the best meal of our entire time traveling in Europe. They advertise themselves as a wine bar, which really doesn’t do justice to the amazing food there! Everything is simple and perfectly prepared. Highlights were the hummus, the burrata/caprese, and most of all the steak. Oh, and the wine was exceptional too!!

I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks through foodie meccas such as New York City and Paris, and this is the best meal that I’ve had BY FAR! Everything is so fresh and simply, but impeccably prepared. Wasn’t planning on a return trip to Lucerne, but will make a special trip just to eat here. AMAZING!!!!

Loved this place! On a beautiful, quiet square. The owner and his staff were so friendly that we went twice in one day. We stopped in midday for a beer and had such a pleasant experience that we came back for more drinks and snacks for a light dinner. Highly recommend!

One of my most memorable stay in Lucerne where I got to relax after a long day of visiting the lovely city. Caroline is the best as she made us feel “at home”! Well recommended for guests who needs a chill out evening 👍

The shop is buzzing with people until midnight, including the owner. There are many regulars, but it's not hard to get in, and they're friendly. A shop that is crowded until midnight. The owner is so friendly and therfore calls many regulars, but it's not difficult to enter,. Good taste, good wine.

The bar where the hospitality is served with heart. Every drink is a poem. The bartender does it with all his heart, the guest feels right at home here... we'll be back...
