The decor is modern, boring like new coffee shops everywhere. Today's architects can obviously only do the same thing over and over again. When you run a café but you don't really want to run a café, but you're filthy rich and can afford to swallow up guests, offer poor service and are completely unfriendly to children. The typical place where rich dad pays mom to have a café as a hobby and his daughter pays for a hairdressing salon. It's a shame bassersdorf would have deserved a nice café or bistro, but not this.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. There was an event on the village square - so there were a lot of people there and potential customers for the café. I wanted to go in at 3:45 p.m. with my hungry 4-year-old daughter because our friends were already in there too. The owner came towards us and scared us away. She wanted to close promptly at 4 p.m. otherwise she would never get home on time. Of course my daughter then cried. If you own a cafe, you should also be interested in customers and service. Otherwise, please choose another profession!

At 3:45 p.m. the outside door was locked by the boss because she wanted to go home at 4:00 p.m. Our friend had to wait outside in the rain with her toddler until we finished our drinks. Absolutely miscast.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there...

I was really shocked by the disdain for customers. That attitude should be closed. The owner is ugly, fat and has a bad attitude. I just want to come in and have a coffee while my kids are playing. But the owner kicked me out while my child had never entered the store. Uneducated, miserable

I was shocked. Staff has no specialist knowledge, every step has to be asked. Bad climate. The place is nice but no reason to go. Food good but overpriced. No idea about customer friendliness

We were served very nicely and courteously on the terrace on a sunny Saturday. Coffee is great (Henauer sends his regards)... Gladly again

I breastfed both of my children at the restaurant and it was never an issue! Very friendly and helpful staff who have been happy when we come with the kids for over 5 years!!!

According to the landlady, breastfeeding is not allowed. It's sad that something like this still exists today. Breastfeeding is the most natural thing in the world.

I went to the coffee shop on a rainy day when everything outside was wet to have a coffee and breastfeed my newborn. I asked at the counter if it would be a problem if I breastfed here too! The “boss” herself came forward and told me in a very unfriendly tone that there was no way I could breastfeed here!!! I find it incredibly cheeky and unbelievable that this is happening to someone today! I will never visit this cafe again and can only describe it as family unfriendly! I'm really stunned!!!!

Even though the staff is very friendly, I almost get burned out watching the ladies. As if it were a matter of how quickly they get from table to table. And with a coffee machine like this you should be able to make good coffee. But it is so bitter that customers have to be rewarded for drinking it. It's a shame, you could really do more in this prominent location...

It's a shame... You could do more with this location in this location with a different concept: miserable opening times, hectic (for whatever reason???) staff... Very meager offerings, excessive prices. OK in an emergency, but nothing more.

Good village coffee. You always meet nice people there. The service is not bad.

Great location, in the middle of the village and the children can play on the village square and you have an overview of everything. However, service is not very friendly, unmotivated and not flexible (e.g. tables outside are always locked and only after a long discussion are they unlocked individually even though the sun invites you to sit outside!) Has potential for improvement

Friendly service. Centrally located. There are enough parking spaces in the underground car park. Latte macchiato was an experience 😀
