The food, the service, the view - everything is fantastic!!! We enjoyed and can highly recommend. As vegetarians we were able to find delicious items in the menu. Which is not easy sometimes in Valais' restaurants. The pizza quatro fromaggi was one of the best I have ever tried. The pumpkin soup and the burattina rossa were well presented and also very delicious. Highly recommended. I was a bit surprised by Espresso - to my taste it was not great, quite diluted. (Should have taken ristretto, probably). The service is great, everybody is kind and attentive. They tried their best to be helpful despite an enormous amount of customers.(Saturday lunch time is crazy busy there) The booking in advance unfortunately does not help, so we still had to wait half an hour to be seated. but at 14.30 it became much quieter. So if you can avoid being there on the weekend 12.00-13.30, do yourself a favour and come earlier or later.

The burger was cold with unmelted cheese. The staff was unpleasant and despite giving the final price in euro, we had to pay in franks.

Nice view but chicken was undercooked and soup was too liquid. No commercial gesture after the complain knowing the risk of having salmonella

It is a great Restaurant to stay and it is very nice because it is new. I ated there several times and I loved the food. The service is very fast and the pasta Alla Norma for the Gluten free is very good.

Prices are “reasonable” for the location and resort. Meal or aperitif with a view of the Mont Blanc massif. The Valais salad is good. The portion is not huge; but for 11 chf it’s reasonable.

Kitchen closed at 4 p.m. Attention: you did not return any deposit after 4:00 p.m.

The former Chalet Carlsberg used to be a great place to stop on the Verbier slopes for a mid morning coffee or quick lunch. It has now been replaced by an ugly new building. The comfortable outdoor seating with couches and lounge chairs - gone and replaced by uncomfortable metal chairs or seating on the wooden steps. The super convenient upstairs bar window perfect for a quick coffee or drink - gone. The large outdoor food service kitchen - gone. The cool Music they used to play - gone. Now a single window with room for one staff member has to handle all the food and drink orders, and it’s chaos. After twice recently waiting in line for almost a half hour to just order a few drinks, we’ve sadly had to take this off our list of good mountain spots. Shame they had to ruin something that worked so well previously!

Very good address on the slopes. Refined cuisine, hearty dish after a morning of skiing, the pizzas are great, the service friendly and professional. The setting is magnificent, not noisy. I recommend The pasta (ravioli) with vegetables, the Milanese escalope :-) the aperitif board is worth the detour.

Beautiful new restaurant on the slopes, where the Chalet Carlberg used to be. Very stylish and cosy, correct prices. Roman made our stay very comfortable pointing out the mountains in the distance, even pulling together the prettiest vegan pizza ever! Top marks for hospitality. Not to be missed.

Finally a good restaurant on the slopes of Verbier. Great Italian food. Had the Sarda salad. Excellent and very fresh.

Perfect ! The personalized and very professional welcome from Mr. who must have one of the most mysterious and beautiful eyes in the world! The profound kindness of a waiter from Brugge, the embodiment of kindness and the sense of attentive and absolutely perfect service! Tasty and careful food, which exceeds all the standards that one would expect on the slopes! For an otherwise completely reasonable price! And, finally and I didn’t taste it, a colleague who spends his life in the trendiest bars on the planet with whom I ate told me that the chocolate-amaretto cocktail was absolutely divine! Not to mention the bay window and/or the terrace which overlooks one of the most beautiful panoramas I have ever seen! Many thanks to the whole team <3

The Service was excellent and friendly. Our reservation didint go through but they managed to find us a table regardless, thanks. The food was a bit pricy comparing to other places on the mountain, but the view is exceptional.

Horribly bad food, the lady who took the orders was super unpleasant with her lip piercing and her unpleasant voice and I must admit that the service is fast but that's normal given the quality of the food and the price is excessively raising it is a big scam. Don't really go there.

Disappointing experience, were told we couldn’t have drinks inside, when it’s freezing and no one was inside the restaurant. Overall, disappointing from a restaurant we hoped might improve on the Carlsberg, will be sticking to le Dahu.

We had the best time thanks to Romain, he was very accommodating, gave us great recommendations, and explanations on the menu. We were a group of 8 and didn’t have a reservation, but he made sure we had a table. A wonderful place, with a pleasant atmosphere, good service and tasty cuisine! Must try the Straciabella Pizza and Cristina’s Tira-misu was lit!

A must on the slopes, on the Verbier side, always well received and well served in a relaxed atmosphere! Top!!!

A nice place to quench your thirst after a day of skiing. For those who are put off by industrial Carlsberg-style beers, there is a local beer called “Mont Gelé” on tap which is much more interesting!

Expect a glass of less than 100 cl for a glass of wine served by a completely unpleasant person.

No outside service after 2:30 p.m. due to excessive washing up, with the added bonus of provocation from the staff who laugh at the fact that we are not served...

Avoid!!!!! First we tried to order soup, but it was cold soup, only about 20 degrees. Then we ordered a panini. That panini was the most terrible thing I ever been eating in whole my life. Avoid this tourist trap to all costs!

We ate inside the restaurant three days in a row because the Pizza is really tasty and the personnel is in such a good mood. You have to come early, reserve or else be really lucky to get a table spontaneously 😅 would maybe be good for them to put up a sign as soon as only reserved tables are available so that people don't get upset and less queues build up.

Had a nice break here on the piste. The drinks are nice and there is a nice terrace outside where you can enjoy the sun.

Looking at the plates ordered by others I would recommend the pizza or pasta as they looked better! Service 👥 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ As anywhere else in Switzerland, the service is fast and cordial. The waitresses were available to solve doubts. Atmosphere 🛋️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The overall restaurant is great! You will eat inside in a warm atmosphere 😍 Furthermore the seats have fur on them making them comfortable. And the view.. 😍😍

Relaxed and reasonable value for money

After queuing for fifteen minutes for a table, we were told that as we had not reserved there was no place..., when two people before us had been seated without a reservation... all we had to do was write a sign saying: "all sold out except for who has booked". Only two very slow waiters in service.

Demands a deposit on glasses and refuses to pay it back... that was the last time we were guests...

The location is good. However, the staff can't do anything. Is overwhelmed with orders for 5 people and we only ordered drinks. Once we bought a hot dog outside which was very expensive. To this day we don't know if the hot dog had cheese in it or if it was raw dough. The only bright spot in this juice shop is the beer, which was very good. That's why there is 1 star otherwise it would have been 0.

The only good thing about the restaurant is the location... The service was semi-friendly and the portion size of the food is massively too small for the price/performance ratio. We ordered the ravioli and received 12 of them for 22.- per person... I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

The star is only given for the excellent location and the great weather. The staffing situation in the restaurant is completely understaffed in relation to the number of guests. Due to the resulting stress, the staff is unfriendly and the quality of the food portions is correspondingly poor and overpriced.

Much ado about nothing. Nice location in the middle of the ski area, but that's about it. Full of expectations, we ordered chicken nuggets and French fries for 11 people at the outdoor bar. You might think it's a common menu in a ski resort. Everything seemed to be going according to plan as the assistant chef prepared the first portions. But then a discussion began between the cashier and the assistant chef about how big the portions should actually be. The staff was completely clueless and a bit overwhelmed. I don't want to imagine what it's like to work here when there are more than 5 people in line. Ultimately we received 6 different sizes out of 11 portions. One smaller than the other! For the price of 17.- per serving, it borders on a rip-off. We tried to clarify the situation but the staff were unreasonable and there was no trace of goodwill. It's a shame, because customer-oriented looks different. My tip to the staff: Maybe the staff should get to know their own menu before the start of the season. With about 7 dishes on the outside table, this is not “Rocket Science”. And the moral of the story, we won't be eating there tomorrow!

Very friendly staff and fast service. The terrace was unfortunately closed due to Covid, but the music was very nice. The chicken nuggets are really delicious: a real chicken fillet and a very crispy breading. It's quite rare to find this quality on the ski slopes. We will definitely come back!

Pizza and pasta were good. Draft beer only in the restaurant not in the apre-ski tent. Lots of loungers with a great view of the western Alps.

We were in the anteroom. Good and friendly service. You have to register at the entrance and you will be assigned a place. Pleasant when you sit down. No crowds of people looking for space around you. There is a bit of a draft through the crack at the top, but otherwise a nice atmosphere. Pizza with toppings to choose from, tagliatelle with various sauces. Citizens. Everything delicious.

Outside you get tasty fries and good hot sandwiches for a very decent price.
