Very nice restaurant. Cozy atmosphere. We ate 870g of Simmental dry aged. The meat came without some vegetables and ingredients. The fries weren't crispy. For dessert we had a cheese platter for Fr 32. Unfortunately no honey was included. There were also no separate small dinner plates. It's just a shame because the total price was over Fr. 280 for two people. The price-performance ratio can still be worked on a little

Setting of the place not usual in Valais, feeling of being elsewhere, very pleasant. Cooking the meat just perfect. Real pink cooking of veal, fresh products, very good and smiling service, good atmosphere between them. The boss came to the table to greet us with a real smile, not that unpleasant commercial smile. Thank you for contributing to our beautiful evening :)

Unfortunately they have changed management. Tonight was the second day of the new management. Before it was a pretty good restaurant, today I couldn't say this… Service was zero, unorganized We had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes to get the card, in fact we had to ask everything, first it was in class… The food was too little and less good than with the management before.., Average tiramisu dessert...too hot, lacked the mascarpone flavor and had too much coffee. The side dishes were not enough the price was not balanced with the dish, i.e. it was little… Honestly we were disappointed with everything service and food except… I'm sorry to say this but my truth.. plus 180 chf for 4 people I think it was too exaggerated, what we had… I wish you the best… But for sure we won't be back for a while. It's really a shame 😟 I hope 🤞 for them that they will do better otherwise they can close already. Ah yes the site is not updated…. Details are still missing everywhere... In short, we don't advise you now!

Beautiful place, refined but friendly decor, beautiful wall cellar, quite exceptional, menu, not far from gastro, well served, the service is correct. I really enjoyed it.

A beautiful address outside of Sion and Sierre, very nice place with two nice shaded terraces, Quality service and a magnificent menu, both seasonal produce and well-crafted dishes, inventive cuisine with great taste,,, Quality meat and cooking respect a tenderness and it is in the mouth,,, I always come back there with great pleasure I recommend it to you all

Excellent welcome, even with the big dog (who does not move under the table). Excellent food and very well presented dishes. The sommelier knows his stuff perfectly! Mini-downside on the dessert - a little too acidic - and on the service which slowed down a little too much at the end (because of a table of 6 which arrived). We warmly recommend this address and we will return there with friends!

Very good restaurant. The meal was excellent from start to finish. The cooking of the meat was just perfect and the taste excellent. The cutting of the meat in front of us was very nice. The place is warm and friendly. And the staff is top notch. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

Even if the welcome may seem a bit cold, it is very friendly and the wine advice is very professional. The service was top notch even though there were only two of them for the whole room! (Hats off to the two people who took care of the service while maintaining their good humor and professionalism). What can I say about the food which was just amazing! Whether it's meat or fish! I shared a meal there with my family and friends as part of a wedding. Instinct met my expectations and beyond. Despite the price which may seem high, the quality is there. Laetitia and Samuel were able to be flexible and offer me an excellent menu. A pleasant and modern place, attentive and very professional staff. I highly recommend for special occasions.

I love when food turns into an experience for taste and sight. An explosion of astonishing flavors in each dish, all in subtlety. A great discovery without a false note. (just the wine could do with being a little cooler). I highly recommend.

During a short motorbike ride this Friday and looking for a restaurant to end our magnificent morning, we came across Instinct. A real discovery. Fine cuisine, nothing to add, the cooking is perfect. A very friendly and friendly service. A bay window offers us a very extensive view. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful restaurant with a nice wine cellar. The starters were excellent, what a shame that the prime rib was not worth the price. The meat was certainly good, but for 7 weeks of maturation we expect something better and above all more tender. I would happily come back but I wouldn't be fooled twice. The service was very pleasant.
