I ordered my food and after 30 minutes the food still wasn't there

If you have ordered once and someone doesn't know who it is and thinks you're pretty, he writes to you on the wats app and wants something from you, props everything up and doesn't give up. I order a fitness plate there every time. This also tastes VERY good. You can't say much about the ambience since it's a typical snack bar. I have never tried the delivery service because I always come to eat in person. But the owner is a VERY warm person. 🤗

The Dürüm or kebab tastes good, what I would like was hot powder as there is only the hot sauce. However, it tastes so sweet and has a lot of sugar. The chilli powder is simply better, but it isn't available there. Hence 1 star deduction. Change my recession if there is chilli powder.

Kebab in flatbread gives you a stomach ache and is dry and has little sauce, which made the kebab inedible.

Not very happy about the fact that I ordered the box with both sauces. This is the second time I get it like this. Sorry, but why should I have the option to choose 2 sauces?

Pizza was very bad, it had too much oil and had a strange smell. I felt very sick after the pizza. I don't recommend it!

Well, you were good at the beginning, but I recently ordered from you again after about 2 months because everyone else was closed. Kebab bread was really dry and old. I don't know how long it has to sit around for it to get like that, but there isn't a single kebab shop in our country with such hard, dry bread. I ordered another dish but it's not worth mentioning because it was just bad. I don't think it's a shame, I'm happy to know that I'll never order from you again. p.s Find another supplier, the kebab was cold, he took a very long time and kept driving up and down neighboring streets until I finally caught him and I was able to give him a signal about exactly where I was.

We have today, May 15th. Ordered 2x kebab. After about 35 minutes. We received a notification from Eat that the food had supposedly been delivered, but we haven't received anything yet. We tried to reach the restaurant by phone (called 9 times), but the phone was never answered. After about 45 minutes. Someone from the restaurant (most likely the supplier) called us and asked for our house number, which was clearly stated when we ordered (EAT). The supplier told us that the order should be there within 5 minutes, but now we have been waiting for X minutes and there is no sign of the supplier anywhere. I'll give you some kind advice. NEVER (regardless of the circumstances) order from Lions Grill Haus Herisau. I'd rather not eat anything and starve instead of ordering and hoping that the order will be delivered on the same day (if at all). Absolutely bold. Never again. No concession from the restaurant was suggested either. Dirty shop.

Doesn't even deserve a star. We ordered and received a message that it had been delivered. Nothing arrived. I've called the snack bar for the 7th time and no one answers the phone. Be professionally ignored. I will order from a good Swiss restaurant again in the future. Here you can at least communicate normally.

We have only been ordering from Lions for a long time. 1A prices, always on time delivery. Food 1A. Cordonbleu 1a, salad 1A, pasta 1A Large selection, long opening hours. I like to order from Lions and I also like to tip the driver. There is also a free salad with every product/cordonbleu ordered. Best regards

Food is ok. However, what was ordered was not delivered. The receipt says arugula. The wrong pizza was also delivered. But with BBQ sauce.
