Swiss merupakan negara mahal (mungkin negara kami kalah kurs) namun ada tempat makan yang ngak terlalu menguras kocek terlalu dalam, makan kebab menjadi solusinya, rasanya enak (mungkin gara gara lapar) dan 1 porsi saya bisa share bersama istri saya, dan yang unik disini adalah meja makannya ngak ada kursi, jadi kita makan sambil berdiri..

Wollte etwas anderes zum Mittagessen und wollte unbedingt Falafels probieren, die ich seit langem nicht mehr gegessen hatte. Die Gemüse-Falafel hatte viel Gemüse und sehr leckere Falafel

Zugegeben - bei den hiesigen Preisen tränen mir jedesmal die Augen, aber in 2 Wochen wieder Berlin für 4€ und viel besser !Trotzdem recht gut für hier. Fleisch könnte etwas saftiger sein und nicht so komprimiert. Gemüse frisch und knackig. Sosse lecker und hilfreich. Portionsgrösse genau richtig.

Super beschäftigt mit der Menge zur Mittagszeit - erwarten Sie eine sich schnell bewegende Linie. Die Leute, die das Hotel leiten, sind super effizient und sehr freundlich. Wir entschieden uns für die Kabobs mit gegrilltem Gemüse - sie waren köstlich, aber etwas nachlässig zu essen! Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie zusätzliche Servietten bekommen.

Fresh and quality food and reasonably priced.Their salad is really good. And the ketchup mayo is yum.Its convenient as located in station. You have to go one floor down from the platform.We had it thrice when we were in Lucerne. Would have had more but in the evenings they ran out of chicken.It's mostly crowded but service is fast and easy to take away.

Located in a city where one virtually needs bank loan to eat out, places like this are precious!!!It is a stall At the main train station, just down an escalator from the street above. Stopped by for something to eat after arriving on the train. Got the classic kabob for 13.90 CHF. It was huge with lots of meat and veggies. Got to specify contents and sauces and it certainly was fresh, tasty and filling. It’s fun watching too, both the auto cutting of the meat and the creation of the wrap.

We stopped in to get a quick meal after being out all day - really cool the have a veal (instead of Gyro meat) - see picture - really fresh salad - we had the sliced veal over salad and French fries and falafel over salad - really good - and great customer service - they speak English and helped us decide

In meinem ersten Besuch besuchte ich das indische Restaurant Kaanchi, das Essen ist gut, aber zu teuer. Zweitens möchte ich etwas anderes und Halal-Essen probieren. Durch die Suche habe ich Little Istanbul gefunden, das sich im Untergeschoss von Rail City befindet. Ich habe Gemüsesandwich und Hühnchen bestellt, leider war das Hühnchen fertig und wir haben sehr viel Rindfleisch bestellt. Es war ausgezeichnet und nichts mehr zu sagen. Ich empfehle, ihre Sandwiches zu sich zu nehmen, wenn jemand Lucern besucht

Little Istanbul hat ein kleines Restaurant am Rathausquai in Luzern in der Nähe des Kapellbruck, so dass es bequem nach dem Besuch des historischen Zentrums ist. Direkt am Fluss entlang saust und sehr schneller Service bedeutet viel, wenn Sie einen engen Zeitplan haben. Die Preise waren sehr günstig für Schweizer Verhältnisse, und obwohl nicht schick, die Wraps und Gyros Teller waren gut gewürzt, mit viel frischem Gemüse und gebratenem Fleisch und Soßen. Eine Reihenfolge kann zwei normale Menschen leicht füttern; Getränkeoptionen sind reichlich vorhanden. Für das Geld, es ist eines der besseren Angebote auf dieser Seite der Stadt in diesem Ort.

Great to grab and go and sit some place outside in the cool, as it was hot the day we had our wraps; its located inside the Lucerne railway station and its very busy. They do have a few stand up tables if you want to eat there.

In our way back to Zurich from our lovely day in Mt. Pilatus; needed something quick to eat at Lucern train station ; we found it ; it is Little Istanbul ( wrap and Kebab) ; order two shawarma and one mixed shawarma with French fries ...... food was delicious ; clean service; good staff; portion was huge and could not complete it. Recommend it for quick meal.

Der Preis für einen Dürüm ist überdurchschnittlich.Super finde ich auch, dass anstatt Alufolie Backpapier verwendet wird! Das solltet ihr aussen anschreiben und so "mit eurem Beitrag für die Umwelt" werben.

Good tasty food. You get a lot of food. They have veggie options as well. You can customize your meal. They make it in front of you. It is located inside the Lucerne train station and there is no air conditioning. It is very hot in there. They do have a couple stand up tables where you can eat.

The outlet is at ground floor of lucerne rail station (I hope I am not wrong). It has number of varieties of kebab and wrap and its HALAL. You can select your vegetable and sauce options from a wide varieties. There is no sitting area but you will get high tables where you can keep your dish. The staffs were helpful, at least for my case, to choose the right wrap for us. And the taste is simply WOW at affordable rate.

I ate at the Rathauesquai establishment but it was not what I expected. The waiter was not very welcoming. The chicken dish that I ordered was average and quite greasy for Mediterranean standards. Since I am very familiar with Mediterranean food, I expected to see hummus or some other healthy choices on the menu served with delicious Turkish bread but none of that. You would think that a Turkish place would have delicious Turkish bread as a side dish but unfortunately that was not the case. The waiter told me that they had no other options other than the huge portions offered on the menu, a menu plastered with unappetizing photos of the food. I ended up ordering the kids menu.Won't be going back.

A friend recommended that I try the kebab here in the basement at the train station. He said it was “very good”. It’s average. The service however was warm and a little crowd of tourists was building up watching me demolish the roll. Standards are very exacting. The meat is sliced automatically by machine, and I find out later that is it a franchised (chain) outfit. Filling budget feed.

We ordered the Classic and it was ok. Based on other reviews I expected a larger wrap but it was a moderate size good for 1 person only.The flavor was ok but nothing spectacular . I was really hoping to make this our go to place to eat but unfortunately it has not worked out. Not planning to go back.

This place gives you so much food! My wrap was filled with a pound of delicious sliced chicken and kept me full all day. Very unique food and was absolutely delicious. I usually am not so adventurous with my food choices but I am glad I was with this place. The people that work there are very nice and spoke good English! This place is a must when visiting the area!

Don’t go by the name, Little Istanbul, the place is small, but their wraps are huge, delicious and healthy. And the guys working there are very friendly and super quick. If you stop at Lucerne station, you must try it out, it’s worth it.

Good both in terms of taste and quantity! We took the beef roll. For a 13 CHF, it was good value for money. Its on the level -1 of Lucerne station and quite centrally located. So good place to grab your food and come back to board your next train (lucerne is a place of changeover of trains mainly)

Wir haben in dieser Bude mal das Mittagessen gegessen. Aber wir waren weit von zufrieden. Unser Meinung nach war das Fleisch geschmacklos, die Saucen brauchen Gewürze und der Freundlichkeit hat noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten Es hat in Luzern und Umgebung viel bessere Dönerbude. Und sehr wichtig einen bessere Preis. Weiter ist dieses Lokal extrem überteuert.

This Halal outlet is easily located in Lucerne train station (same basement floor as that of Coop market). We (Indian Muslim couple) were in Lucerne for 3 nights (15-18 Feb 2018) & we regularly grabbed the ‘Classic Kebab sandwich’ (CHF 11.5). It was stomach-filling & super yummy. It is a mandatory must try when you are at Lucerne train station. Mere suggestion. Except for the pleasant lady at the cashier (sorry, couldn't get her nationality, I think, she is from far east), the rest of the staff over there, could at least attempt to smile if possible. The wrap is crispy, the meat is juicy and the vegetables are fresh. Basically most everything you need for a great kebab. The sauce could have been better though. But still very good overall.

Conveniently located underground in the Lucerne train station and with some of the cheapest prices for a good meal you'll find in the whole city. Ideal for tourists who want a tasty warm bite to eat without spending too much on lunch.And let me tell you, it's absolutely delicious. One of the better kebaps I've had. Lean, tender, juicy meat and fresh vegetables and a generous helping of really flavorful sauce. I'm making myself wish I was back in Lucerne right now just so I could order myself one. Love it!

Located at the lower level at Luzern railway station, this restaurant offers authentic Turkish food. We took the shwarma filled with stuffings and sauce oozing out. Absolutely delicious. It's self service and just talk tables provided to eat your meal. Service can be slow with customers queuing up. Very popular amongst tourists and local population.

Great food on the go, very friendly. One wrap ( The Kabab which is like a Gyro) is a huge meal, was enough for two of us. Not too spicy even with the spice topping.

We both ordered the classic kebab and could have EASILY shared it was such a large portion. This is similar to what we call gyros in the US, very tasty, can be spiced up with added sauce (which may be the best reason to not share) and was filled with grilled veggies and lots of meat. The server was very helpful, took time to explain the sauces, etc and was friendly and quick. Definitely a better choice than the Burger King nearby.

This place is located at the Lower Level of Lucerne Station. They make amazing shawarmas (for some strange reason known as Kebabs here in Swiss). The size is also humongous. Cost about 11.5 CHF which is reasonable by swiss standards.

I bit into this kebab expected the same second rate crap you get from every fast food place... I was happily surprised to find I didn't get this, I tore through a crispy yet soft wrap with my teeth and my mouth was met by the juicy meat surrounded by roasted vegetables. It's fair to say this is no ordinary kebab shop.

Wir hatten nur landete sie ab 15 - 24 Stunden Fahrt und hatten Hunger. Gott sei Dank, war dieses Hotel eines der wenigen offen. . . Ich bin sehr froh! Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren genug für 2 Personen (tatsächlich mein Mann und ich hatten eine Kebap) . Auf jeden Fall lohnt sich ein Besuch!

Wir hatten keinen Zeitdruck und wollten etwas essen gehen.Ich hatte zuvor von der Eröffnung im Railcity gelesen und es war klar das dies mein Vorschlag sein würde.Das Restaurant in Luzern kannte ich schon und positiv darauf eingestellt.Ich muss sagen wir wurden auchbim Railcity überzeugt und platzten fast als wir je einen Dürüm genossen hatten.Das Konzept und der Auftritt von "Istanbul" empfinde ich grundlegend anders und edler als alle andren Kebab die ich je besucht habe.Wenn man auf de Zug eilt sollte man sich aber zweimal überlegen ob man das Risiko eingeht.1. Die evtl. Wartezeit.2. Der Geruch könnte andere Fahrgäste stören.3. Die Dürüm sind so voll das er fast unmöglich ist ohne Sauerei. :)Trotzdem finde ich es sehr gut das er so voll ist, danach hat keiner mehr Hunger!

Gehört meiner Meinung nach zum Besten Kebab in Luzern (nebst natürlich auch demjenigen im grossen Bruder, Istanbul-Grill). Wurde sehr frisch zubereitet und egal ob Taschenbrot/Fladenbrot, war beides sehr lecker.

Just tried the Little Istanbul. Convenient in the train station and looks inviting. Clean and very transparent so you can see how and what they do. Kebab ist served in flat bread ( like lahmacun ) with choice of 3 sauces and various salads. The salad IMHO is far too thick and should sliced finer. Kebab is standard convenience but from good quality. If you are used to e.g. Berlin level or in Turkey the meat would have more spices and a stronger taste but it is ok that way as well. 10 CHF is ok for Switzerland and you get a good portion with enough meat in it. I probably had 50% compared to salad which is fine for me.

An einem Bahnhof sollte Wert auf schnelle Bedienung gelegt werden. Bei ca 10 Leuten vor uns und 4 Angestellten war es dem Team nicht möglich uns innerhalb von 30 Minuten 2 Kebabs zuzubereiten.. leider können wir den Geschmack nicht bewerten da wir den Zug noch erwischen mussten....

Super wenig Kebabstand im Bahnhof. Frisches Gemüse, ausgezeichnetes Fleisch und gute Preise. Dies war unser Abendessen am letzten Abend. Perfekt für die Durchführung und Essen am Wasser. Kann es gar nicht fassen, dass es nicht mehr Bewertungen.

zu Fuß um in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und in der Nähe des Rosengart Museum, fanden wir etwas Istanbul Restaurant und alle es versuchen wollte. Das Essen war gut und der Service war gut. Wir haben versucht mit Kreditkarte zu zahlen aber es wurde uns gesagt, dass man nahm nur Bargeld. Wir hatten Bargeld, also war es kein Problem, aber vielleicht wollen, um zu fragen, ob Sie nicht sicher sind.
