Five stars nothing for the quality of the baguette according to Parisian standards: crunchy, the right acidity of the sourdough, light crumb. It took me 4 years to finally find a baguette worthy of the name in the region. I also ordered birthday cakes and small pastries: everything is fine, green light.

The cake was very good and had a very pretty visual.. unfortunately the saleswoman was not particularly happy to serve and perhaps wanted to go home more, which I understand because it is Christmas Eve and I arrived 20m before closing but I work and couldn't come before and it happens, it's one of the first things to know when you work in sales.. I would have really liked a smile, a desire to serve the last customer who buys a cake for 52.-. I just regret that, the attitude. We must maintain, even sometimes for fake because we are human, a smile and good humor until the end of the service, the customer must leave the store happy and not disappointed.

I don't know the other products of the house when passing in front of the window this morning the sight of the vermicelli pastry (a sort of dome) caught my eye and my stomach :-) Verdict: INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS Believe me, I'm picky about sweets... But here, a perfect balance between flavors and textures, bite after bite we go from surprise to astonishment. Not too heavy nor too sweet and yet delicious as possible. Bravo to the creator of this feat.

Before ordering I contacted the Morges bakery for an idea of ​​quantities and I received very good advice and a pleasant telephone call with the saleswoman. I had made a special request for a cake via my order but I had not received a response so I followed up by email and within the hour that followed, I had a call to find out what I wanted . I was very well advised again and they agreed to make a cake with the flavors I wanted, which they do not offer in their assortment, and which was really delicious like everything else.
