Good morning, I really don't understand the negative comments about these donuts. I tried it for the first time today and it was really good. The donuts are very tender and fresh, the icing has a nice crunch which is great. Perfect service. I can only recommend this place. Thank you 😊

The dough is a little bland for my taste. So, I was quite disappointed with the one coated with chocolate icing. It just tasted like bread crumbs. It's better to have a donut with lots of toppings to compensate. The one with speculoos and the raspberry filling were not bad.

Disappointed... on a Saturday 4 p.m. each time I never come in stock, always the empty windows or two or three which only remains. Too bad for the lost time to come. Otherwise when there are some in stock, super good donuts, the best in Geneva:)

The donuts are pretty good; the dough is quite light, tastes good and is not too greasy. I find the icings a little more disappointing, too sweet, they mask the basic taste of the donuts, it's a shame! The service was great. The prices are quite reasonable for Geneva. Overall a pretty good address!

I've been ordering donuts from Loops&Coffee for over 2 years. (...and I never took the time to give my opinion, but I'm going to do it!) I have never been disappointed with the quality of the donuts, and even less so with the service. Very friendly and very welcoming. (no complaints!) I continue (and will continue ;o) to offer these magnificent donuts to my loved ones, it is always a pleasure to see their reactions when opening the boxes, so beautifully prepared.

I've been a customer for years. And I don't find it normal. WHICH CLEARLY SHOW REVIEWS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. Too disappointed, He wants to make orders better, and again

I was interested in your chai latte because I love chai lattes and gigerbread lattes and also dark chocolate donuts then I came across the ice teas which are a real change from the lemon and peach they are refreshing and delicious I saw myself in reminding myself of the good old days when I sipped this on a beach in Saint Tropez with an incredible sunset 😻

We have found donut heaven! Loops offers a wide selection of flavors, from classics to bold ones. Each donut is a sweet masterpiece, perfectly soft and deliciously filled. The team is also friendly and the service is excellent.

Donuts way too sweet. Icing on all sides and for the speculos donut a real frozen crust under the speculos. Cappuccino donut...really??? Just a very cheap milk chocolate taste... All donuts end up tasting the same. Even at the Coop or Lidl, they are better. Just sickening. To avoid.

Very very mediocre donuts!!! Whatever flavor you have, it's coated in this sugar glaze! Too sweet!!!! Why just crumble speculoos and not use speculoos spread?!?! Extremely disappointed! In the end, all donuts taste the same...

Discovered today to please my daughter, I'm not a fan of Donut's, but these are super good, and not too greasy! The caramel is to wake up at night! The server is very nice! We will come back!

The donuts are of average quality especially compared to the price, but the staff is friendly and the coffee is not bad. Once I had a cronut which is a puff pastry donut and it had a disgusting smell and a stale taste, it really leaves something to be desired

On the sweet side, there is no photo, we enjoy it! However, the little savory that is offered is really average, given the little choice there is it could be done better despite the specialization in sweet. Finally, the overall value for money is rather average, even for Geneva.

I’m a regular for their delivery thru HOP, always deliver yummy donuts really quick, nicely put in the box, never mixing up orders, very reliable and our construction workers love the donut day. 😊 Their plain donut is something close to our kids’ favourite krispy kreme so they’re happy to find this place in Geneve!

Funny coffee shop... Apart from the coffee which is not bad, I found myself in front of a window of very poor donuts in fact no filled donuts 😥I wanted to fall back on a muffin, croissant, pie, cookies or other but there was NOTHING yet the menus indicate it on the wall. Impossible to eat salty any bagel like in the photos. Concretely if you want a basic donuts + coffee without anything extra it's a match otherwise move on. It’s a shame to offer a frozen product when the flagship product is donuts.

Empty window at 3:30 p.m., COVID or not, there's not much to offer to take away, 5 donuts of different varieties and... that's it! Nothing else, the menus offered on the 3 screens are not even available and the only interesting one that seems available, the employee lets me know that the time has passed. Exceptional current situation so I think that the demand could have been considered exceptional, if you open it is to make sales especially since there are no crowds at the moment, in short it's a shame not to adapt, I I was alone too, in the end I didn't have anything except a pretty good coffee I must say.

I only had takeaway but there is also the possibility of sitting down. Well received, the team seems nice. The donuts are good.

Based on the great reviews, I had high hopes when I visited. However, I was so disappointed...I got a pink frosted donut and it was small, wrinkled and weeping sugar. I got it in a bag to-go and the wet sugar was seeping through making even the bag soggy. I'm thinking of going back to try a different choice since there are so many positive reviews but I'm nervous as truly it was not a great experience for me.

Even if they had a problem with the card reader today, the service was great. The food is delicious. Important note : if you are on a diet, DO NOT EAT THE CINNAMON ROLLS ! They are delicious and you cannot stop yourself from eating more and more and more and before you know the box is empty and you find yourself going back to get another box.

Don't expect to eat healthily but the donuts and bagels are very good and really well presented, especially the little pig donut or those with sprinkles, a box like that is ideal as a gift...
