Extremely disappointed for the second time in a row with my order at Los tacos hermanos. In fact, on the first order via Uber Eats, the restaurant omitted part of the order. On the second on another date, I received my order (after calling the restaurant twice, once to say that the delivery man had already left, a second time to say that he was going to call the delivery man and call me back, something he didn't do) 40 minutes after the phone, or 1h30 after placing my order. The delivery man arrives while on the phone and gives me the bag without even looking at me and when I ask him a question he doesn't answer me and leaves directly. 7 francs for deliveries to travel 2km and come 1h30 later when he was supposed to have left 20 minutes ago is making fun of the customer! Really disappointing service on two occasions!

No restaurant that supports Western Sahara but sells Hawaii as if a Palestinian restaurant served Israeli drinks 2 the tacos exploded on the ground I ordered the tacos the original to mean that their originality is shattered on the ground 3 I return I was happy to hear Koranic in a snack bar in Switzerland when I ordered my malinois tacos I heard that we went from Koran to niniho to flee as much to make a Zakat as to eat garbage

Due to serious concerns regarding hygiene and safety, we must express our deep disappointment with the taco restaurant in question. The blatant lack of hygiene observed during our visit was alarming. Unsanitary conditions, such as dirty surfaces, improper food handling and an unclean environment, were noted. In addition, it is important to note that this restaurant has been reported to the Federal Office of Food Safety and Veterinary Affairs (FSVO) for its unacceptable practices. Due to these major hygiene concerns, we cannot recommend this restaurant in any way. It is imperative that immediate corrective action be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.

There is nothing to say about the quality of the tacos the only thing that bothered me is the way of speaking of the person who is at the reception with glasses no hello, responds with a dry tone, almost aggressive this does not reflect not the quality of your establishment very unfortunate I was passing through Lausanne I will not return to this establishment again.

I loved tacos when the sizes were their real size. Today the simple one has the same size as the mini but you pay more. It has become rubbish.

They forgot part of my order but in the end the quality of the food is so questionable that it's not a big loss. The fried chicken pieces are way too dry and salty. It's more expensive than KFC even though it's not as good...

I went to eat with my husband, I had a chicken and bacon taco and my husband had a double cheese. We were served quickly and we ate really well, it had been such a long time since we had eaten so well in a taco, special mention for the cheese sauce, thank you, you won us over. Congratulations !!

The taco has probably changed ownership since then because it shows. The staff work with airpods and are therefore not available to customers at all, I had a problem with the order screens and they were as lost as I was. The price of tacos goes up extremely quickly if you take extras, it cost me 14 francs for a really medium size. From the first bite, there was a hair in my taco. I finished it for the overpriced price but it turned out to be a very bad taco.

Tacos aren’t what they used to be… Please a note to the boss: hygiene!!! The SAME GLOVE for money, food and even slapping small fries here and there in the eyes of customers… (it’s not the first time I’ve seen that) Before for me they were the best in town, but that was BEFORE.

Frankly unhappy with the quality of the food served. Chosen to help out, I didn't expect the moon when ordering a taco, but still: Little meat, stuffed with undercooked fries, all bathed in an overdose of sauce, to the point that you think you're eating porridge. The kebab meat doesn't come from a roll, the sauces are large industrial tubes. For an unsurprising result: disgusting, difficult to finish such bad food. Another problem is the price: 14CHF for a simple taco, with no extras other than tomatoes, and a drink, it's way too much. And when it's this bad, it's a scam. No real welcome on arrival, the staff seems to be waiting for you to order at the terminals. Then, familiar but friendly service. Unfortunately, no miracle, even for fast food, even for tacos, you don't invent yourself as a restaurateur...

The tacos are really good, on top of that the chefs are very nice, they served us with a friend even though they were 5 minutes from closing and they had already tidied up a good part of the place! It's rare to have such accommodating people at the end of service in a snack bar, and the chefs remained very cool despite our arrival which surely delayed them, I recommend! Not bad tacos but a lot of sauce and not well garnished in terms of meat. The tiramisu was bad. The preparation was quick and we were served quickly. The welcome is not bad, however the interior layout needs to be redone (the room is not very big either)

Several of my colleagues sold me this taco as being a safe source and a must-have... First order from them via Uber eat, the long-awaited moment arrives to taste this famous delicacy that was sold to me. Conclusion, I find pieces of plastic as hard as concrete in my tacos🤣. I had the decency to call politely without getting upset and to explain to them that it is very, very limited and that I can provide them with a photo as proof. The only response was “Sorry sir, we are writing down your name and the next time you come we will make a gesture of compensation” The joke... I'm almost sure that the piece of paper where my first name was written is already in the recycling. No offer of reimbursement, which in my eyes seems to be the minimum. In short, I wouldn't come back. Good luck for the future of your business and I hope that this comment will at least allow you to improve your hygiene standards.

As much as the tacos are good (cheese sauce), the burgers are a big scam. Never had such a fine steak with so much bread.... it's a real shame. For more than 10 chf.... scandalous

I think it's a shame but it's gone down in quality

in any field, respect for the customer takes place even before service and even before quality. On November 18, I went with my family to eat tacos at Los Tacos Hermanos, there was music playing at an exaggeratedly high volume. I respectfully asked the staff to turn down the volume because I was with my wife and 4-year-old son and the type of music playing was not a family friendly genre. Honestly, the staff was respectful and decreased the volume, but another staff increased the volume again right after their colleague decreased it. I am disappointed with this behavior and this lack of respect for customers and I am writing this comment not to criticize but to show the boss what happens during his absence with good faith.

The product is very good but unfortunately we cannot say the same thing about the staff. I ordered here three times and three times I had products missing from my tacos.

Inedible. The tacos consisted only of fries and very little sauce. Non-existent meat, it came down to 2 burnt nuggets. This would involve renaming your products as French fries at this stage. Making an effort is literally rubbish. 20.- mini tacos to only have fries ????? We are clearly making fun of ourselves.
