This is the best Thai curry in the region

Unfortunately, the staff didn't want/couldn't answer my one or two questions about their food. Were stressed and not exactly friendly. We wanted to eat in the restaurant, but eating at the very unattractive seats in the restaurant would probably require washing all of our clothes afterwards because of the intense smells. I can't judge the quality of the food - we didn't stay. But it smelled (intensely) good and it looked clean.

Super friendly service, very good food. You can't say anything about price performance. If you want to eat on site in winter there is enough space for 7-8 people. In summer the garden at the back and front is open to the main street with tables so there is more space. Keep it up Lotus Thai Kitchen!

The food tastes good. Only the quality of the meat leaves something to be desired. Given the prices charged, one would expect more here. It's a shame that almost all meat comes from abroad (e.g. chicken from Brazil), Swiss prices are charged, but cheap meat from abroad is used.

Great food - great prices- love the Fish in Banana leaves (only on Thu/Fri). Very friendly staff.

The food is good, but I think it's a shame that all the meat comes from abroad. Chicken e.g. from Brasil. That's why I prefer Tanadee which is very close and has Swiss meat. For me it doesn't fit when someone charges Swiss prices but uses cheap meat from abroad.

Delicious cuisine, as eat-in or take-away, with a changing menu and quite a large selection. My favorites are the fried shrimp skewers, Tom Yam Gung (shrimp soup) and Pad Thai. Staff always friendly and attentive. Meanwhile, my favorite resti in Reinach.

My favorite Thai! Great food and large portions. I would like all types of curry (including green gurry and Massamann) to be vegetarian, and not just the red one.

I had to think for a few days whether I really wanted to write this review because this is (was) my absolute favorite Thai so far. You used to be able to eat really well there, the staff was very friendly, especially the 2 women with glasses and the younger woman at the checkout. But now everything has changed, the food has become very bland, the one who works there never wears her mask properly and is unfriendly. I ordered the yellow curry as usual and she said I had also ordered spring rolls, which is not true. The woman at the checkout and the little one with glasses both said it didn't matter and wasn't bad in that sense, but the other one who served me insisted that I had ordered spring rolls and then said something in Thai that I didn't understanding. I'm really sorry, you were my favorite of all the Thais but since everything has changed I'm just dissatisfied.

Great little take away Thai in Kägen, Reinach. Great price performance. You can even eat in a small hut there. I love Thai food and was not disappointed. Therefore highly recommended. Last visit April 2019

It was actually a completely normal working day, marked by everyday depression, when I came into contact with the small but super charming location for the first time. I have to honestly admit that I actually just wanted to use the toilet, but was spoken to directly by dear Jennifer. When I said, “Can I use the toilet for a moment,” she quickly replied, “Of course, and you drink a coffee too, you look tired and depressed.” I then drank the coffee and we had a great chat. However, I couldn't stay for dinner that day - I had to work. But I made up for it today and I'm glad about it. The duck meat was tender like butter and yet crispy on the outside, the rice was perfect, as was the vegetable side dish. I live many kilometers away from the Lothus and yet I will come back whenever work takes me to the area. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the name of the rather short man who was very motivated and cut the vegetables early in the morning. Kind regards to him, he made my day with his sayings. Lotus - way to go! Food and People, I like you.

Simply perfect: I've been eating there for years and it doesn't hurt. Excellent fish in banana leaves every Thursday and Friday. Delicious duck Wednesday and Tuesday. And the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Homely and very peaceful in the car, including the music. This place is pure cult.
