Maison Blanche in Leukerbad

Disastrous romantic stay when we discovered our room coming from another century in addition to being dilapidated, dirty and not maintained. We asked to change rooms to a higher category which allowed us to go to an annex building being the Hôtel de France which was a little better but still limited for a 4 star. Staff during our deplorable welcome, not cheerful with little explanation. Furthermore, varied breakfast with quality products and pleasant baths next to the hotel. Despite this stay not to be repeated in Leukerbad!!!

The old part was getting old but it was clean and nice and warm and somehow homely

Unforgettable experience, especially the service, Portuguese boy who takes care of the customers, excellent service! Well varied breakfast.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was very tasty. The bathrooms are extremely comfortable. The rooms are also very comfortable, but could use some renovation All in all, I have a very good impression of this hotel.

Disappointing stay: high price, cold room with lack of products, defective telephone. No generosity (no still water in the fridge). Positive points: good food, pleasant welcome. Hope for improvements

I went out of season so that may have impacted my experience. Still, the entrance hall is large, breezy and adorned in warm colours. The reception lady might as well have been AI as she just repeated word for word what she had told the previous customers. The room was quite a shock for swiss standards: worn, old fashioned, not very clean and dingy. The hotel pool was devoid of people or music so quite a bit scary. I quickly decided to go across the road, through a spooky maze of underground tunnels, to the public pool. The reception area felt like one for a prison, being underground didn't help. The locker rooms and showers were scary. But! The inside and outside pools are glorious. Anecdote: upon my return I found a cat waiting for me in the hotel lobby. The breakfast was served in the hotel across the road so I had to trudge through snow to get to it. It was generous and diverse.

Old hotel you can see that nothing has been done to the furnishings for years. Very unfortunate. Breakfast buffet was top notch and so was the staff.

Very poorly maintained, not very friendly staff

A hotel with pleasant rooms with a dilapidated layout. The lunch buffet was very well stocked and varied, the evening meal was a bit like the rooms, we still really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was totally unmotivated, some of them only spoke English. At breakfast the three of them stood around with their hands in their pockets or on their cell phones. The hotel is old and partly run down. If something had to be done, at least we had great weather that made up for a lot.

Unfriendly staff, we were sold something different than what we booked.

Unfortunately, upon arrival there was an unmotivated, unfriendly receptionist who cheekily came to us with a lack of information. The gentleman who served us after her was friendly. He gave us a supposedly "better" room with a view, which was not the case and is in the neighboring house. The bathroom should be renovated. The room is very small and smells strange when you lie in bed (mattress). In addition, the path to the baths is quite long and not pleasant with a bathrobe, as you had to go through the restaurant to get there. The wellness area is in need of renovation and is unhygienic - it smells disgusting and the water looks dirty. The pictures on the internet show it as a top place to stay, which unfortunately is definitely not the case. A pity.

The White House. It is a building which belongs to the Alpentherme hotel. It is a four-star hotel. There are three buildings and three swimming pools. At the White House, there is the breakfast room. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time, but they remain correct and spacious. The hotel has changed owners several times in ten years and the staff changes almost every year. Therefore, for renovations, you have to wait. First investment and then renovation. Overall, the hotel is still interesting.

Gorgeous!!!!!!!!! amazing stay Fabulous spacious suite with a breathtaking view, professional staff very attentive to customers. Exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner catering. Exceptional baths in water between 36 and 40 degrees. Super sauna and hammam all within the property and hygiene. I really recommend this establishment to everyone. I have been coming to Leukerbad for many years, and this establishment has always made me dream. Good to read the different reviews I didn't dare believe it, I still booked via Booking a few weeks ago and what a surprise I received "You have been upgraded" Well, good news. When we arrived, the receptionist confirmed the upgrade and informed us that our room was in the hotel opposite: the Hôtel de France!! It was renovated a few years ago and you will be better there. So we take our renovated room and what a surprise (another one) Certainly work has taken place, bathroom redone and carpet changed, but what can we say about the finishes, paint stains on the earthenware/tiles, the sink taps just fixed and what can we say about the bathroom door which is old and squeaks like crazy, in the middle of the night, I can't tell you. As for insulation, not much has improved. For a 4 star we do not have a kettle, enough to make coffee/tea in the room and at the top of the thing a safe which only has the name, in the cupboard just placed on a shelf, nothing fixed to the wall... We had access to a beautiful swimming pool reserved for hotel guests which we did not try but it looks pleasant. The breakfast is well stocked and good. Downside on the carafe of cold milk which has not been washed for many days to see the condition. The hotel enjoys a beautiful view of the valley and the village. To summarize, we are far from a 4 star and the prices remain high for the quality of these renovated rooms.

Has seen the good years for a long time

This hotel is a real scam. They make everything to make you believe you get access to Alpentherme if u get a room. You don't, and they do it intentionally. They actually have an ok spa in the hotel, but they scam you with the price. It's so expensive for what you get : super old and dirty empty rooms, poor bedding, 0 sound isolation and so on. The breakfast was really nice and the cleening personnel super friendly. Don't get this hotel. Just pick a room nearby or opt for an Airbnb. It's a shame leukerbad allows this behavior.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. Nothing matched the pictures on the internet. We booked a 3-bed room and got 1 double room with a folding bed. The shower was dirty and there was no hot water in the room. For breakfast and dinner we had to go to another building and even the parking lot wasn't directly at the hotel. The wellness that looks so great in the pictures is actually just a disappointment. Pure waste of money!

Employees don't understand any German or French, only English.🙄

Needs a major renovation. Inventory worth at most one star. Warm welcome, excellent staff. Perhaps missing a welcome aperitif, for the price of the stay. Nice breakfast. Dinner way too expensive for what it is.

Public parking (if not full) at Fr. 14.- for 24 hours or Fr.12.- for 550 min 😂😂 Really unpleasant bed. Bathroom to renovate. Access to heated hotel swimming pools free but nothing exceptional. Access to the SPA Fr. 33.- for 3 hours. Evening meal Fr. 55.- for a buffet 🤦‍♀️ Once not twice.

The best thing we got from the stay we had was the good bottle of red and the cappuccino. Otherwise room a little dated Meals you are told at reception that there is a menu and when you arrive it is a cold buffet and in terms of services there is nothing I will not return

Worst hotel I have ever visited in Switzerland. It started with incorrect booking of the rooms. From the former model hotel to the No. 1 flophouse! There was an eaten “Gipfeli” in the playroom from Friday evening to Sunday. Calcified shower, broken telephone, dirty bed linen and much more in the room. The food is better in every run-down take-away! Conclusion; Absolute disaster and we will avoid this “hotel” in the future!

Die 2.5 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Im Hotel intern hat es eine Sauna, einen Pool drinnen und einen draussen. Das Alpentherme Termal Bad ist direkt vom Hotel aus zugänglich. Empfehlenswert ist es im Alpentherme zu baden, der Eintritt kostet um die 30 Franken, jedoch wenn man erst kurz vor Feierabend ins bad will (1-2 Stunden) wird einem der Preis reduziert auf 12Fr. Die Duschen in den Hotelzimmer könnten eine Renovation gut vertragen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Zeiten sind flexibel. Das Hotel hat nettes Personal, die Angestellten tragen alle Kravatten und Gilet, was heutzutage nicht mehr nötig ist und für die Mitarbeiter sehr unangenehm ist.

Hôtel en dessous de tout. Pour un quatre-étoiles, il ne les vaut pas. Et on a l’impression, à part le personnel très serviable, que l’hôtellerie suisse vit encore au siècle dernier. Après quatre mois enfermé, on espérait un peu mieux. Vraiment déçu.

Vraiment limite, hôtel à déconseiller

Man bekommt zum Abschluss ein Schokolade das man gut bewerten soll das viel zu viel negative Bewertungen .Leider muss ich sagen die Zimmer sind aus den 70 er Jahren das stört mich nicht was mich stört , nicht sauber alt Interieur und verkalkt. Das nachtessen Sorry fur 55.— fr zu teuer und nicht gut . Personal zu wenig und total überfordert . Das einzige der Mann an der Bar freundlich und hat alles fur den Kunden gemacht . Total eintauschen sorry auch das Bad alles defekt und nicht sauber . Es schaut niemand zum Inventar .

A notre arrivée on nous dit que notre chambre dans le 4etoiles a été donnée à deux autres personnes. On nous met dans deux chambres communicantes dans l hôtel 3 étoiles qui est très vieux, chambre datant d il y a au moins 50 ans... propre mais vraiment vieux et defraîchi. Le 2ème jour on ne nous fait pas la chambre, il aura fallu dder 3 fois pour enfin qu on la fasse et encore à la va vite en oubliant de vider la poubelle, prendre les linges sales....Souper: buffet chf 55 par personne et pour les enfants dès 12 ans le même prix et pour les petits 6 ans, moitié prix. Buffet cantine passable mais cher pour le prix. Pas possible d avoir de café car pas assez de personnel (ce qu on nous a dit texto). Déjeuner: passable mais il faut attendre longtemps pour qu on remette des verres, croissants et autres. En bref je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

es handelt sich hier um eine bewertung für das hotel.zuerst muss man wissen dass die gemeinde leukerbad hoch verschuldet ist.wir bezahlten ca. CHF 200.-/nacht im zimmer 258 mit poolsicht. kleines heruntergekommenes zimmer mit leichtem unangenehmen geruch jedoch sauber. der wellnessbereich: wasser ist sauber und angenehm warm bis heiss. die bereiche vor den bädern riechen abwechselnd nach füsse und gülle. es gibt viele kleine bis grosse renovationsbedürftige stellen. das thermalwasser ist natürlich dennoch eine wohltat.personal ist meist freundlich und hilfsbereit.grosses plus ist der salon/bar bereich: sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, gute cocktails und ein chilliges ambiente

A notre arrivée, on nous informe que, suite à un bug informatique, l'hôtel a accepté plus de réservations que ne le prévoit la capacité totale, et qu'ils allaient nous fournir une chambre plus petite que celle que nous avions réservée et payée. En compensation : deux entrées à 30.-- au Walliser Alpentherme. Nous allons voir la "chambre". Elle est minuscule, il s'y dégage une odeur nauséabonde, et elle est dotée de deux petits lits placés en L (nous sommes un couple). Nous redescendons de ce pas à la réception et nous exprimons notre mécontentement. Nous ne sommes pas responsables du "bug" informatique et nous avions réservé 3 semaines à l'avance !! On nous donne alors une chambre digne de ce nom. Mais l'hôtel aurait vraiment besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. Il vieillit mal et on voit qu'il n'est pas très bien entretenu. Le buffet de cantine proposé est à 55.--. Pas trop le choix d'aller ailleurs en période Covid. Mais hors de prix !

A notre arrivé une heure d'attente pour la chambre .La chambre très austère avec moquette et salle de bain usé et très mal isolé. Accès au bain parcours du combattant et très mal indiqué. 2 bassins .A la réception aucune indication à avoir accès à l'autre partie des bains .soyez curieux pour les trouver .Du jamais vu ca ne vaut même pas une étoile.

En période covid, il est vraiment dommage de proposer un buffet où tout le monde se sert. De plus, pour 55.- un buffet devrait être achalandé avec des produits maison. Mais là rien que des plats précuisinés et peu appétissants à force d'être tenus au chaud... une vraie déception

Pretty disappointed in general, which is rare for Switzerland. Although from outside hotel looks rather nice, inside it's very dated. Especially the spa areas, didn't want to go there again. Also didn't feel like hotel made any effort to at least create a sense of safety with regard to Covid, no notices of disinfections, for instance, nothing in the bathroom or on or around remote control.

Leider mussten wir 1.5 stunden warten für das Entrêe (salat) warten. Das Hauptmenü kam dann 20 Minuten später, aber war leider kalt. Ich rate ab. Es gibt besseres in Leukerbad...

Grosse Portionen, freundliche Bedienung und faire Preise. Regionale Speisen, gute Qualität. Wir kommen gerne Wieder.

Prestations en baisse d'année en année vraiment ; petit déjeuner très moyen aucun produit local ; moquettes tâchées, bar fermé, vous devez payer votre parking en plus en sortant ; le personnel fait son job sans plus (l'équipe des femmes de ménage est toutefois sympa), pas de chauffage malgré le froid, seul point qui est vraiment positif c'est les thermes dans l'hôtel en particulier la piscine extérieure ; après des années de présence dans cet hôtel je vais essayer autre chose à Leukerbad.

Zimmer war sanierungsbedürftig. Zu erwähnen ist, dass wir eine Reservation für das Maison Blanche gemacht hatten. Bei der Ankunft wollte man uns in das Hotel de la France einquartieren, mit dem Hinweis es sei ein Upgrade. Das de la France ist zwar mit der anderen Hotel der Thermen Gruppe unterirdisch verbunden, jedoch von außen gesehen eine "Bruchbude". Nach langem Insistieren erhielten wir ein Zimmer im Grand Hotel Komplex. Dieses Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht unsere Buchung. Offenbar wurden Zimmer im Maison Blanche angeboten, obwohl das Hotel gar nicht disponible war. Wir vermissten auch eine hauseigene Bar, die am Abend offen gewesen wäre.Frühstück war ein Kampf mit der Kaffeemaschine, da nur eine von drei für alle Gäste einsatzfähig war. Das Angebot war mager u.a. keine warme Speisen (z.B. Rühreier, Speck, Würstchen etc.).

Freundliches und professionelles Personal, immer zur Unterstützung bereit. Das Familienzimmer war sehr komfortabel für uns vier. Das Spa ist sehr entspannend. . .

Sehr altes Hotel. Wenig Charme. Verkalkte Dusche. Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Viel zu teuer. Aktuell eine Baustelle. Hoteleigenes Bad wirkt ungepflegt und ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Einziger Vorteil ist unterirdische Passage ins Alpentherme. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

L’arrivée pour le Check in s’est déroulé avec 30 min. de retard pour avoir la chambre. Réceptionnistes peu accueillantes, paraissant totalement dépassées. Chambre confortable mais dans l’ensemble l’hôtel a besoin d’un bon coup de peinture, y-compris le spa et les piscines de l’hôtel qui sont en piteux état. Le soir, accueil au restaurant peu sympathique, personnel totalement dépassé. Plat correcte, sans plus, par rapport au prix. L’hôtel reste idéalement placé, au centre du village, vue sur la place et les montagnes.

Ein sehr altes Hotel, dass wie bereits meine Vorschreiber erwähnt hatten, renovationsbedürftig ist. Der Eingangs bereich sieht top aus. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet im schönen Speisesaal lässt sich sehen. Das Personal ist freundlich.Leider ist auch das Bad wie das Hotel selber mangelhaft und ebenfals renovationsbedürftig. Das Bad sieht mit seinen Kalkablagerungen nicht sehr gepflegt aus.Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich nicht.

Nous avons essayé de passer les fêtes de fin d'année au restaurant de la Maison Blanche mais ça a tourné à une catastrophe. La musique nulle, le repas très mal préparé et servi froid. Les mêmes plats ont été servis aux enfants qui ne les ont pas appréciés. La totalité du restaurant s'est vidée avant 22h.

Atmosphère chaleureuse, SPA exceptionnellement agréable avec mention spéciale pour la piscine de natation à l'entrée, cuisine raffinée, service professionnel, un lieu à ne pas manquer.

We though we had a "good deal" but the price we paid is actually too much for that what we had. We were in that hotel a few years ago when it was under Lindner Hotels management. At that time it was already old but at least kept in good shape. Now that has changed, the carpets all over are rotten, partly taken out and covered with rocks. The locker in the room had no bar to hang cloth in nor shelves to place things, just an empty thing. The curtains were hanging out of the reeling, looked terrible. The shower door didn't shut. At least the towels and sheets were clean. We stayed two nights, that's enough.Even check in was a bad experience. There was only one couple ahead of us already being served but still it took almost an hour till we got our room. The first front desk lady had no clue and the second one taking over was very unfriendly.The breakfast was good, good coffee.We enjoy going with bathrobe and bathing slippers from the room to the thermal bath and sauna. That's the plus for this hotel.

Au bénéfice d'un forfait j'ai eu droit à une chambre dans la partie ancienne. C'est très vieillot, propre et le personnel d'étage charmant est au petits soins pour vous. L'avantage c'est que l'on a accès aux bains directement. Cet hôtel aurait besoin de bon rafraichissement. Bravo à tout le personnel pour l'accueil et sa disponibilité. Un très bon point cependant pour le petit déjeuner.

Aus unserer Sicht, wir reisen sehr viel, ist das Hotel mit 3 Sternen unterbewertet. Vor allem muss das zuvorkommende Personal lobend erwähnt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann sich mit den besten 5 Sterne Hotels messen die wir weltweit kennen. Wir werden wieder dort wohnen und dann die Thermalanlagen ausgiebig nutzen.

Alloggiando all'hotel de France il ricevimento si trova in questo albergo dove noi abbiamo usufruito soltanto del servizio colazione. Si presenta molto variegata e come già segnalato mi ha meravigliato il servizio che pur essendo tutti cortesi eseguono il lavoro di ripristino tavoli buttando a terra le briciole della colazione. Ovviamente a terra non manca la moquette!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit en hiver (novembre 2018) dans cette établissement. La chambre est correcte, mais mériterait un rafraichissement. Le lit était bien. Par contre le petit déjeuner buffet n'est pas excellent les produit ne sont pas de premier choix mais cela reste honnête pour le prix de la nuit. Le grand avantage de l'hotel c'est sont accès direct par des tunnels au Walliser Alpen Therme. mais sachez que l'hotel dispose de son propre espace de bien être qui est tout à fait suffisant aussi. Il y a une grotte d'eau chaude, une piscine intérieur, une extérieur, sauna, hamam. il manque juste la vue sur les montagne qui sont caché par l'hôtel. En résumé séjour très agréable.

Chambre avec décoration un peu vieillotte mais les avantages de l'hôtel effacent vite cette impression. En effet, accès gratuit à 2 spa, wi-fi gratuit, cafetière avec 2 cafés et magnifique vue sur les montagnes.

Wenn Sie nicht gerne ein Spa haben, bleiben Sie nicht hier. Der Service an der Rezeption war schrecklich, wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 und es wurde für 2 Personen vergeben. Ich fragte, kann zu größeren Zimmer für 3 Personen wechseln, da das Zimmer eher zu klein ist, um 3 mit Gepäck unterzubringen! Sie sagten mir, dass alle Zimmer ausgebucht seien und ich erzählte ihnen, dass wir vor Monaten gebucht hatten und klar 3 sagten. Sogar ein Rollover-Bett braucht Platz! Schließlich gaben sie nach und stellten mir ein Zimmer für 3 zur Verfügung und haben eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. . Ich glaube, dass sie sich nicht um etwas kümmern, wahrscheinlich haben wir es über ein Reisebüro gebucht. Das Zimmer hat nichts anderes als Handtuch und Shampoo für die Dusche! ! ! ! Kein Handtuch und andere Annehmlichkeiten! Der Raum ist zu erschöpft und wie kann er eine hohe Bewertung beanspruchen? Überspringen Sie dieses Hotel, wenn Sie können. . Das einzige, was man wohl loben kann, war das Frühstück. . Es war recht gut im europäischen Standard. Sie verdienen einfach keine Sterne mehr als einen!

Un weekend de bien être, en couple, avec une offre sur un site internet, personnel très sympathique et compétent , les bains a l'hôtel suffisent amplement, dommage qu'il n'y es pas de restaurant directement a l'hôtel, cela éviterait de sortir....par temps glacial. Petit déjeuner agréable et bien garni.

Nous avons passer une nuit dans cet établissement mais le séjour n'a pas commencé de la meilleure façon. En effet la chambre nous a été remise avec 30 minutes de retard. sinon les chambre sont cosi et accueillantes. La chose qui m'a irrité passablement est le fait qu'une bonne partie du personnel ne parle pas une mot de français?! alors que nous sommes en Valais.Et le jour du départ ils leur a fallu plus de 25 minutes pour récupérer ma voiture.

Grand hôtel avec trop peut de personnel à la réception, attente longue. Chambre moyenne literie usée. Salle de bain minimaliste. Un seul linge par personne. Petit déjeuné médiocre. Depuis 9 h 30 plus aucune marchandise rechargée. Un seule machine à café pour au minimum 200 personne , en permanence une queux de 10 à 12 personnes inadmissibles pour un 4 étoiles. Der Erste Eindruck (Eingangsbereich) war super.Die Zimmer waren nicht der heutigen Zeit entsprechend !! (Heruntergelaufener Teppich + 50 Jähriges, abgenutztes trödel Mobiliar). Die Fliesen in der Dusche waren sehr abgenutzt . Im grossen und ganzen sind die Zimmer stark Renovierungsbedürftig .Wellnessbereich= Grosser Innenpool war okay leider funktionierten diverse Funktionen nicht . Aussenpool war zu kalt und ungepflegt .Das es Kalkablagerungen gibt ist normal die Kalkablagerungen waren aber enorm (deutet auf ungenügende Pflege hin).der" Wellnessbereich" war lieblos und kalt , nicht zum wohlfühlen .

Mehr Schein als sein. Waren im maison blanche untergebracht. Hunde waren erlaubt, jedoch wurde man mit Hund schräg angeschaut, trotz gutem und zurückhaltendem Benehmen. Hunde maximal im Zimmer erlaubt, sonst wurde man ziemlich forsch kritisiert, statt informiert. Personal am Empfang ok sonst flop. In der Badewanne konnte man noch einige Haare vom Vorgänger finden. Badezimmer allgemein staubig und schmutzig. Haare am Boden, Staub auf Heizkörper im Bad ( Badetücher konnte man nirgends trocknen ), bei der Badezimmertüre fehlte der Schlüssel. Bett war bequem, Lage des Hotels war gut, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Achtung wer auf die Idee kommt, den Hund mitzunehmen an den Tisch, muss damit rechnen, dass er / sie beschimpft wird, obwohl nirgends ein Hinweisschild hängt oder man darüber informiert wird. Bad vor Ort klein aber fein. Drink konnten wir beim Bad erst nach dem dritten Klingeln bestellen, dauerte extrem lange. Weit weg von fünf Sternehotel.

samedi à 16.00 heures, avons demandé à la réception de l'hôtel de nous réserver une table pour samedi soir 20.00 h au restaurant attenant le Sacré Bon. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à l'heure dit, il n'y avait plus de place et la réservation n'avait pas été faite...Heureusement que nous avons trouvé un autre établissement qui nous a reçu avec le sourire et où nous avons très bien mangé.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig, aber sie müssen modernisiert werden in den Badezimmern. Das Frühstücksbuffet, das bereits im Zimmerpreis enthalten unsere Reservierung und war sehr lecker. Die Innen- und Außenpool, Grotte und Sauna waren himmlisch!

Nous avons été en famille pour tester ce restaurant, quelle déception, plat salé, sans saveur, très longue attente, les serveurs ne sont pas assez nombreux

Bon accueil, bonne literie, personnel sympathique et efficace. Les enfants sont les bienvenues et le personnel est super avec eux. Petit-déjeuner varié et très bon. Bien centré. SPA et piscine à disposition.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Gebäude, aber es gibt eine U-Bahnstation ist Tunnel sorgt für die Anbindung an das Hauptgebäude des Hotels. so oft voll ist. Das Essen war etwas " heavy " aber auch für spezielle Wünsche. Brot war ausgezeichnet. Der Service war schnell selbst, wenn viel los.

Alle morniing während unseres Aufenthaltes mussten wir unser Frühstück serviert im Maison Blanche. Während Sie zu Fuß durch Tunnel an, haben wir ein Geruch frisch unterstützt Brot und Gebäck. Gute Auswahl an Essen würde nicht bekommen Sie gelangweilt, die den gleichen über und über. Ich mag die Kaffeemaschine, die verschiedene Arten von Kaffee produzieren konnte nur durch drücken der rechten Knopf. Auch die frisch gemahlenen Kaffee Mülltonnen wäre jedes Mal. Es würde geben Sie Ihren Kaffee ein besonderes Aroma. Einfach nur super Qualität und Service.

Essen hier ist einfach sensationell!!!! alles frisch zubereitet, super Service, wunderbar angerichtet! Immer sehr gerne wieder! Kinderkarte ist auch vielfältig!

1.i stayed in family room. Room was little small and old building but it ok better thing is beautiful Mountain view from room and After 4 hour long drive from Basel. i feel relaxed and Hotel staff was nice.2. (Parking)=Very difficult to find the hotel parking at the snow time where difficult to drive and it very complicate for unknown person to find hotel parking i park my car in another Hotel where it find parking at Chf-12 per night.3. Hotelpool indoor and out was fabulous it make us very good feeling and very nice view from outer pool, it really awesome, in my family room Mini bar was amazing with full of 2 wine 1 cola 2 beer, 4 mineral water with snack & chocolate was Gr88, thank you for the welcome drink.4.(Room)yes room was little old and less space for family without Balcony better when their also balcony happen.But not bad .5.Morning Breakfast was superb and rest was soo beautiful and big around more then 150 people can sit without any problem and good decorated.6.Reception people was so nice and kind and helpful the Man work at reception had help me out to Manage and bind my car wheel winterketten(chain) in my car iam very thankful to him.unfortunately we stay only 1 night in weekend but miss this place a lot and happy to visit over their and hope we coming soon again in sommer and suggest all our friend to this hotel and Next time hope we staying longer.Best regard umed singh

Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet frisches Brot, Obst, Müsli, Rührei, Würstchen, Speck, Pfannkuchen - habe ich etwas vergessen?

Had a friendly and serviceminded young waiter (dark hair and glasses) who guided us through the meal. Very professional, friendly and smooth. His colleagues were not expressing that friendliness, just there for work, efficient but no smiles and didn't really make you feel welcome. Food and service was very good, the restaurant itself is not very cozy so if we had been earlier and had more time, we might have gone out for dinner another place instead. Thanks to the nice waiter and the chefs, we didn't regret it and were happy with the meal.

Chambre pas très grande mais largement suffisante, donnant sur la place. Très calme, très propre. Bonne literie. Peignoirs fournis pour accès aux bains.

Niet heel bijzonder, ongezellige inrichting koud en ja niet leuk. Prijs kwalitatief ondermaats. Waren met 4 personen, twee hadden lekker gegeten en andere twee niet lekker. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar en dat is toch jammer als Je er maar 7 dagen bent.

Je n'ai que dormi à l'hôtel. La literie est bonne mais la moquette suis pas trop fan. Vraiment sommaire le frigo bar il n'y a qu'une bouteille d'eau. Les wc tout en plastique vert cela fait un peu toilette de chantier.

Nous ne sommes pas décu de cet hotel.Il y a quand meme des choses à changer comme les fenêtres (humidités et odeurs de moisi dans les chambre), les coussins et plus de choses dans le mini bar (il n'y a que de l'eau) Le bar de l'hotel offre un trés grand choix de boissons : cocktails , digestifs, vins etc...le service est trés bien , les serveurs sont chaleureux.

Gutes Restaurant und immer guter Service. Das Hotelrestaurant ist für jedes Alter zu empfehlen. Nur hoffe ich, dass die Plastikpflanzen und die Einrichtung endlich ausgewechselt sind/werden!!!

Toller Service waren die Leute nett.Ein Frühstück serviert, wir wurden von ihre Sprachkenntnisse erstaunt. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden!

Grand hôtel idéalement situé près d'Alpentherme, et avec ses propres thermes super sympa. Petit jardin avec terrain de tennis. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes et sont d'un uniforme monotone. Piano bar. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet assez impressionnant, mais il faut être parfois vigilant sur la fraîcheur des produits. (fromage moisi une fois + cheveu dans œufs brouillés).

Schönes Hotel für ein Frühstück. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge, ist dieses Hotel eine Katastrophe(veralteten Geräten, ignorantes Personal, das Essen ist gut!

Au début on fessait pas attention à nous et lorsqu'on a dit que c'était très lent le service, ils se sont excusés et après on a été très bien servit.

Très belle table. Belle carte, accueil sympa. Grand choix de vin. Ce restaurant fait partie de l'hôtel Lindner.

Das Maison Blanche ist aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und hat darum einen gewissen Charme. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig (also unser Zimmer war es). Die Einrichtung aktuell und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer war nicht mehr ganz up to date, hatte es doch verschiedene Kittfugen, die erneuert werden müssten. Aber grundsätzlich passt alles zusammen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Maisen Blanche ein Zimmer beziehen und fühlten uns jederzeit sehr wohl.

Die Einzelzimmer im Maisen Blanche sind gut eingerichtet. Meistens mit Dusche was ja reicht, weil das Thermalbad mit Sauna im eigenen Hotel benützt werden kann. Zudem ist der Zugang zum Speisesaal näher als vom Centre medical

Sehr sehr nettes und höffliches Personal. Behinderten gegenüber respektvoll und natürlich behandelt. Kompliment, findet man nicht oft, das Menschen mit Behinderungen so super behandelt werden !!!

Das Essen im Maison Blanche ist einfach traumhaft! Es lohnt sich, diesen Aufenthalt mit Abendessen zu buchen. Leider kann man bei schönem Wetter nicht draussen sitzen aber das Essen ist köstlich.

This the main restaurant of the Linder Hotel and Spa. It use to have an excellent breakfast, but in 2012 cut it in half and cut out the best things (fresh omlettes, waffles, a variety of fruit and cheeses). Still has nice tea selection. Always seems understaffed and don't be surprised to see all the tables taken or merely not cleared, if the extra wing is not open. We waited about ten mnutes for any staff at all to emerge from the closed doors and clear tables.

Malgré une carte assez chère en général, cela vaut la peine d'y faire un tour s'il on souhaite se faire plaisir avec du haut de gamme. étant le restaurant atitré de l'hôtel lindner alpentherme il faut cependant réserver avant. Le service est très professionnel et très accueillant. L'ambiance est chaleureuse.. y avons mangé le chateaubriand avec 3 sauces.... Une tuerie!

Das Maison Blanche Restaurant wird von den Lindner Thermen Hotels als Speisesaal für Halb- und Vollpensionsgäste genutze, am Abend Essen, am Morgen Morgenessensbuffet.Das Servicepersonal arbeitet sehr, sehr effizient. Scheint gut ausgebildet zu sein.Für die Pensionsgäste gibt es jeweils zwei Menues zur Auswahl. Fleisch und Beilagen waren gut.Salatteller schön angerichtet.WEisse Tischdecken, mehrere Besteckgarnituren, daher wirklich alles schön, gediegen und sauber. Der Saal ist halt ziemlich gross. Für romantische Abende besser eines der ala-carte-Restaurants wählen.
