Well, I am in each city I am visiting searching for a restaurant. I have been in at least 20 Pho restaurant in the US, France, Germany and switzerland. And this one is the closeset taste from what I think Pho should tast like . My referecne is Pho79 Los Angeles . With that said, the waiteres and the waiter where really kind and friendly . We had both springrols and Pho . We will be back .

As an Australian traveller I really don’t think this place deserves a 4+ star review on Google. I just don’t want anyone else to feel dissatisfied. The waitress didn’t speak English well and took the wrong orders. Upon realising they took the wrong order, they tried to convince us that the sweet and sour chicken was the crispy chicken we ordered. We let that pass but like another reviewer we must warn prospective customers that the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken is industrial mass produced, excessively crumbed with very very little chicken actually contained within. We also had the spring rolls and beef pho which weren’t too bad. In summary, this is an average Vietnamese restaurant particularly if you are from a place with good Vietnamese food like Australia.

Sorry for these 2 stars, but being used to Vietnamese cuisine since my childhood I found it very average for me it is not worth 19 francs. I took a bo bun to test but the vermicelli which was overcooked normally should remain firm. The nuoc mam almost non-existent and a kind of peppers with oil in them that I still don't understand and the spring rolls not even cut that you have to make yourself. Maybe I'll go back to try another dish.
