Makan Panasian Food in Crans-Montana

A true culinary gem in the heart of Montana. The place offers both outstanding modern Asian food and a great atmosphere. The wine selection is also impressive. Highly recommended for lunch and dinner. Kudos to the Chef and the team.

Simply a magnificent experience! We took the tasting menu: really careful, varied, generous and creative. Very recommendable! The waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere, as well as the decoration of the restaurant, are very pleasant and neat. I hope to be able to come back very soon!

Definitely one of the best ramens I’ve had in Switzerland / Northern Italy. The tomyam ramen I had was tasty with a variety of ingredients and its broth super rich but not too spicy. Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff was friendly.

We tried this new restaurant tonight and food and service was amazing! The Indonesian beef curry and beurre blanc hake were so good. Will definitely come again and try the entire menu!

Chef Johny (and crews) did an amazing job with the food, service and ambience. We did the tasting menu and it was really good. Recommended. They also have good wine list! Love the Indonesian beef curry...must order! Please note, AMEX is not accepted, glad we had a back-up card.

Superb! The goyza is incredible! The poke bowl and ramen are of top quality/quantity and delicious! We will be back for dinner to try out the tasting menu soon! For now, it is already my favorite restaurant in Crans Montana!

It's a pretty new resto in Montana with the new food for this area. We like it. Sometimes new! We had 3 different appetizers. All of them were very good with interesting taste. I liked a lot the goudzi and Kim chi croucant. And They even have the proper green tea. Thank you.

The exterior of the restaurant maybe simple, but the food is great and service is warm. Came here for lunch because I saw their advertisement for Ramen. I was curious and was surprisingly delighted by the taste and effort that has gone into making the bowl of Tonkotsu ramen as authentic as possible. I would be happy to come back again to try other food on the menu if it reflects the love and dedication as the chefs have put into the ramen.

We enjoyed the “Joyeux voyage” menu… Tasty dishes that awaken all the senses 🥰 Special mention to the papaya salad, the kimchi croquettes, the 2 kinds of gyozas, the cod and the Valais cheese cake ( surprising 😛). The Indonesian beef curry was good, but without much new flavor for us. The setting is magnificent and the team is very attentive in a very relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for the great time we had. We will come back on our next vacation and we recommend everyone to eat at Makan.

We had the beef curry, and the beef gyoza. Average service, beef full of chunks of fat and ultra hard coconut, we almost broke a tooth! Very salty gyoza. Having traveled to Indonesia I can't find the flavors. We shared our opinions with the waiter, he offered nothing in return and seemed unprofessional. In short, a disappointment

Great set-up - Menu to be refined. All dishes are tasty. Waiters very kind. Menu far from being self explanatory and app user experience poor. Sea bass with salad leaves and sauces : a revisited fish’n chips too expensive. Excellent papaya salad but again with 3 tiny pieces of squid : should be more generous. Please avoid putting mint and coriander leaves in every dish. Room for improvement but a excellent start

A delightful dining experience because the food is amazingly delicious and pimped beautifully then served on table. The ambience of restaurant is nice, the chef and staff all were very nice and hospitable.
