Toni & Family & Team are excellent hosts and you should definitely try their authentic Italian specialties. The prices are also very reasonable and you shouldn't miss the divine tiramisu for dessert either!

On the recommendation of a good friend, the four of us went there for dinner on a Friday evening. The restaurant has a very homely atmosphere and we immediately felt at home. The order was taken very quickly and we got our drinks quickly. For starters, our friends had Calmaris rings and Nüssli salad. We tried the Calmaris and although my girlfriend and I are not usually Calmaris lovers, we both had to admit that the Calmaris were phenomenally good. For the main course there were 2 different pasta dishes and one Parma and one Funghi pizza. We didn't try the pasta dishes but they looked very tasty, which was also confirmed by our friends. Our pizzas were excellent, the dough tasted excellent and the Parma ham was top notch. My friend's Funghi pizza was also very tasty. When folded in the hand, the pizza stayed straight, which indicates good dough. We had the restaurant's house wine, which is specially made by a winemaker friend of the owner's family. This was exceptionally good and can only be warmly recommended. Rarely have I had such good wine with pizza as I did there. The tiramisu and the tiramisu ice cream were particularly delicious, you can really feel the love that went into the ice cream, as I have never had such good ice cream before. All in all, I would definitely recommend the restaurant, as the prices are absolutely fair and the family owners make every effort.

By chance we had lunch at the trattoria again. Had 3 menus to choose from. But ordered a small mixed salad and a pizza. It went quickly, hardly any waiting time. Pizza was okay and had plenty of toppings. There was enough, but it didn't exactly blow my socks off (a matter of taste). My favorite pizzeria (wood-fired oven) is still Fontana Goldach!

The worst Italian family restaurant I've ever seen in my life. Only the young waitress working next to them is friendly. Others are sullen. We ordered two minestrone soups and a carpaccio as starters, but it took half an hour to arrive. Minestrone portion was ridiculously small. Water accumulated at the bottom of the plate because they did not dry the arugula they put under the carpaccio properly. As main course, we ordered porcini mushroom risotto and four cheese pizza. Risotto was very tasteless. The porcini was oddly tasteless. The worst part was the pizza. The pizza dough was most likely industrial dough. Because there is no pizzeria in sight. Someone in the family takes out the rolled out dough on a tray from the cabinets below, puts the ingredients on it and bakes it by throwing it into the electric oven.
