Residents of Puplinge, we are delighted to have an Italian restaurant in our town which delights us with its homemade pasta and delicious Neapolitan pizzas. With every bite, we feel the passion and the know-how, a big thank you.

Quite simply the best Italian restaurant in and around Geneva. I recommend it to all my friends and they are never disappointed. A restaurant that knows how to stand out from other Italian restaurants. I come often and I'm never disappointed 10/10 👍🏼

Takeaway pizza really not great, really a shame

A great pizzeria, very good cooking and excellent service, I'm just taking away one star because it was very expensive. But prices are still very high in this region.

Super welcome, Spaghetti dish with a simply excellent pecorino sauce and very nice people. I sincerely recommend.

Good pizzas 🍕 I came twice with my husband, and we found the pizzas really delicious, nothing to say about that, however the service and the waiting time are a little limited. There is only one person who takes orders, so the time to sit and wait for 20 minutes for him to come collapses… In order for the dining experience to be completely satisfactory, it is essential to respect all criteria. I hope I can experience better next time.

I left a comment a few months ago to express my disappointment at seeing an Italian restaurant cooking with peanut oil! Being a person with a peanut allergy and of Italian origin, I was reassured to eat at Mamma Lisa. I was super disappointed to see that the restaurant only used peanut oil for its fried foods and certain dishes! So I expressed my dissatisfaction to a waiter. He at least had the honesty to tell me that indeed, it was a question of savings! Given that an allergic person will not be able to order more (starter with fried pizza dough) or a more expensive dish given that there are peanuts, this is aberrant because the customer(s) will consume less or for less! Whereas if we could eat everything, we would more easily have a starter and a main course which would be more expensive than a pizza... in short.... The restaurateur responded to my opinion, saying that their recipes were part of their family for generations. I believe him on that but not on the fact that they used peanut oil at the time! This is false because in Italy, we have always used olive oil, sunflower oil or rapeseed oil. So it's a shame to lie and not just be honest like their server, who simply said it was about money. Damage....

We have been to this restaurant several times over the last two years, but we have only noticed the free fall in quality and service over the last 3-4 months or so, and we will not return there again until now. 'at further notice. Sunday lunch with family today: the waiter huffs when we ask for a small plate of gnocchi for the little one, but nods, and we order two pizzas for ourselves. We waited AN HOUR for these three simple dishes as possible, having to show up several times, even though the terrace was really sparsely stocked for a presumed peak hour (12:30 p.m.). Very salty and frankly bad four-season pizza, the extra egg requested was forgotten and the cook crudely disguised the thing by adding a fried egg on the pizza (!), also too salty. I complain when paying to the waiter, who blames our wait on the gnocchi which take 15 minutes to be prepared (how we went from 15 minutes to an hour the story does not tell) while taking us for idiots who don't know what gnocchi (sic) are. Bad faith dominates, even if he concedes that we went after all the other tables (for what reason?) and the “chef” consulted offers to offer the digestive (on a Sunday lunchtime in the middle of a heatwave, no thank you), “ very clumsy gesture which does not replace even minimal apologies, therefore to be declined. Finally, for about 4 months I have noticed an aggressive policy of "suggestion" which flirts with constraint: the waiter "suggests" you systematically and in an unfriendly tone a specialty which is not on the menu, by hammering its arguments, a specialty which is always placed at the top of the price range (more than 40 chf!). I accept this blackmail even less since I have brought full tables here in the past; I do not have to be received as a “sub-client” nor detailed as a margin on foot by the servers. Moreover, during my last visit, where I indulged in the “specialty” based on homemade pasta, it – as luck would have it – arrived in less than 10 minutes. Faced with such a contrast, it is tempting to think that treatment is differentiated depending on what you order, which is completely unacceptable in a restaurant. I pass on the terrace furniture and the carpets which are starting to seriously deteriorate and on a drunken customer who began just after we had settled down to aggressively question each customer, to kiss the children without knowing them etc., both customer and waiters. have done little to rule out elsewhere, etc. This restaurant had everything to succeed, good location, decent menu, pleasant setting but obviously it is slowly going to the wall: it's a shame, but that's what happens when we replace passion with the sole lure of profit and I I won't cry if they close.

Authentic Napolitan pizza in Geneva. Pizza choice is great. You can also go for meat and fish dishes if you like as well as some pasta ones. A bit far from downtown Geneva and pricey for its location. However, the quality of pizza compensated for it by a mile.

We came at the beginning of summer and found the terrace pleasant and the food relatively well. This time we had pizzas, which were delivered to us with a certain waiting time. And what a disappointment, burnt edges and a soft center!!…instead of tomatoes it was filled with sauce. Rubbery mozzarella bathed in tomato sauce. Glass of red wine served iced. We talk about it to the waiter who tells us that soft pizza is their trademark??!!. Fortunately he still offered us a limoncello.

We were a table of 8 people. The dishes are not great at all, tartare on marrow bones, the tartare is well hidden for an excessive price. “The real” carbo dough ok but without egg pasta taste and incredible price too. Impossible to pay the bill in several installments and kicked out because “tonight we close early.” In short, the place is nice, parking is easy, but that's it. We will not come back.

One star... because you can't put less. We took takeaway pizzas, catastrophic, the dough was not good and soft, everything was too salty... borderline inedible and above all burnt. Very bad experience, we do not recommend at all..

Good, tasty food and friendly service. We ate well, and enjoyed a good time on the terrace. On the other hand, the bill was more than hefty: 214.- for 3 people without excess, with 1/2 of rosé charged... 60.-! Never seen. A limoncello overcharged and never consumed: excuse my colleague.... At this amount we would have expected a commercial gesture which was never proposed. We won't come back again. Like a feeling of being too nice pigeons. Shame...

Forced to contact the waiter (who was friendly) because our order was forgotten. 5 burgers requested “rare”… these are very dry and overcooked blocks that arrive. The bread hadn't even finished defrosting. On the verge of sending the plates back. … In short, move on.

A very bad experience... not many people in the rest and yet a wait of 1 hour 20 minutes for 5 hamburgers which arrived much overcooked and dry (this is what happens when you put the products in the oven without defrosting...) in short, inedible. The fries ordered to wait were obviously not offered to us and we ended up costing more than €50 a head for a burger and 2 beers… A disaster despite a very friendly server.

Very very disappointed, 1h30 wait for five hamburgers.. the meat which should have been rare was overcooked, the bread just out of the freezer.. in short a meal to forget, the only positive point was the waiter was friendly..

We came to eat thinking of eating typical Italian cuisine, we arrive and are placed on a pretty terrace and welcomed by a young French-speaking waiter. We order a starter to share (charcuterie, olive and chiacchiere) for 34.- with products similar to those found at the supermarket “rosette, mortadella, 4 green olives and emmental cheese” Then we order the main course… spaghettone vongole but we are still looking for the taste of the vongole and the dry ravioli with almost no stuffing. we turn the dish over and order a “real carbonnara” which cannot be made with fresh pasta even if the sauce was well made. The moment comes when the prices are higher than noted on the menu. (Ravioli at 40.- on the menu and 45.- on the bill) In short, a culinary experience that leaves something to be desired. A big thank you to the waiter who showed patience and sympathy despite everything.

Half of the dishes were not cooked. We were double charged for a bottle. One of the people was forgotten twice by the service, and ate 1 hour after the others. Pleasant waiters, but distracted. When it was hot, it was good, but the quantity left something to be desired.

More than 30 minutes of waiting despite a reservation. Once at the table, there was an even longer wait to have our dishes, and not all served at the same time. Had to ask for one of the plates. Nothing too complicated, pizzas, tartare, minced steak and fries. Staff not particularly friendly... The prices are exaggerated considering the overall experience. If everything were above reproach, they would be justified. The setting, however, is very nice.

Arrived at 7:30 p.m. left at 9:10 p.m. to eat only 1 dish. We waited more than 45 minutes for a dessert. After having to claim 3 times. And not even a gesture made for this wait just a note of 110 Fr. We will not go back there again.

This is the third time that my girlfriend and I have gone to this restaurant, the pizzas are very good, there is nothing to complain about at this level. On the other hand, this evening was too many times, we will not go back there again. The deplorable service, only temporary workers, an overwhelmed boss who has to manage everything and who doesn't let go of a smile... we wait 20 minutes for a cocktail for example. Oh and I forgot, we had booked on their site but they had not “taken into account” the reservation and they were surprised. So, the “nice” owner offered us an aperitif to take on the terrace while waiting for a table to become available (~45’ wait). A word of advice: take the pizzas to go, it’s a good compromise. It’s uncomfortable to see servers without training, stressed and overwhelmed…

Good quality products. Very friendly waiters and very pretty terrace! There is even an outdoor children's area. The only downside for me is that they cook with peanut oil... and that's a shame! Because firstly, if they cook with good products, the ideal is also to use local products. We are in Switzerland and we produce sunflower or rapeseed oil! Secondly, I'm allergic to peanut oil and as an Italian it's frustrating enough not to be able to eat at Chinese restaurants etc. But there is also not being able to eat certain Italian dishes because they are fried in peanut oil whereas in Italian cuisine we do not use this oil. So nice disappointment for the use of peanut oil but other than that, very nice place! The pizzas are delicious!

The only place in Geneva where I go when I want to eat like in Naples. The menu is never banal and fine products are never lacking. The pizzas can't even be commented on because the goodness far surpasses the expressive capacity of words. Emma, ​​the owner, always gives me a greeting and a kind word. What a pleasure to finally eat a succulent pizza, rare to find in Geneva, I can say. As for the wait relating to the service I have nothing to say it was reasonable I have experienced much worse. I really recommend this restaurant.
