Absolutely top! We were in this restaurant for the first time today. The food and service were very good and friendly! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and you feel comfortable. The garden terrace also invites you to linger! Highly recommended! Our dog also enjoyed the terrace and the shade. The iced tea is awesome👍🏻😋

The Mamsell is my favorite café in Schwarzsee and Monday and Tuesday are always mourning days (because it's closed there) because I can't go to the Mamsell after hiking or swimming and drink my fine Assam, chat with dear Maja and snack on her delicacies or Bathe in the aura of Claudio, who is almost always smiling... I always enjoy being there and can highly recommend it. Personally, I just think it's a shame that dogs aren't allowed in, but I can understand it because dogs are often wet and smelly at the lake and stream. I can highly recommend the place, especially in quiet moments when there aren't that many people there, in bad weather etc. it's doubly comfortable because they then have a little less to do...

The kuchen is really delicious! In the summer, sitting on the terrace with a large banyan tree creates a great atmosphere. For dessert, kuchen and coffee made with seasonal ingredients are delicious, and for a simple meal, I like panini and homemade iced tea. The owner and his son(?) are also very friendly. If you go to Schwarzsee with friends, be sure to stop by! ❤️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A real insider tip in Schwarzsee. Husbands and wives can enjoy a delicious breakfast there (until early afternoon). It has different breakfast variations, everything freshly prepared with fresh fruits, open jam and butter and freshly cut cheese, various breads and so on (no packaging, everything fresh) En Goode

An excellently run café with a very personal atmosphere that invites you to linger. The food and drinks are all of the best quality. Homemade cakes and soups of the day at their finest! Really delicious! The location is ideally central in summer and winter for activities on the beautiful Schwarzsee.

We were there on Thursday October 15, 2020. The place is super cute, furnished with great taste. The owner is very, very friendly and welcoming... and what can we say about her famous cakes. If you go to Lac Noir, this is a place not to be missed.

The food and the service is amazing. I strongly recommend you get the soup of the day, It's always something tasty and unique and you won't get the same soup twice. Some of the past soups that they had were hazelnut soup, spinach soup, and beetroot soup. All of them were excellent. Their cakes are also amazing and I recommend you try them as well.

We were given a very friendly and warm welcome. The milk with special chocolate was wonderful and the orange cake was really tasty.

The old lady behind the counter apparently doesn't like children. She probably couldn't fulfill her desire to have children and now has to let it out somehow. Never in my 40 years have I experienced anything so unfriendly. The cherry cake wasn't homemade either and was sold at a totally overpriced price. Once and never again. You don't have to support something like that.

To avoid. The owner clearly doesn't like children, probably not families and obviously not like customers who don't entirely meet her criteria.

Very nice little café with a very warm welcome. The owner makes dishes such as salads, quiches, paninis with a lot of love and good quality fresh produce. Very cozy place with beautiful decor.

A small “tea room” and high quality, organic catering. The setting is very friendly and relaxing. We are extremely well received there too; in German and French. The pie and pastries I tasted are DELICIOUS!!

We were so looking forward to breakfast together with dear friends. It was a birthday invitation. Pure anticipation! Everything in the Mamsell is very lovingly designed, fine breakfast, original, cozy. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to feel welcome at all. Right from the start, no cordiality, no question too much was allowed, our children were obviously not welcome - even though we tried so hard to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. It's very surprising to us that an owner doesn't put all of her heart into her passion project - according to the motto “The customer is king”. Otherwise we would have loved to come back. A pity!

A slightly retro/vintage tea room which offers a good selection of quality tea and hot chocolates, in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Probably a good place to eat if you want to avoid the crowds at Lac Noir.

Nice choice of cakes with vegan and gluten-free options! Warm and comfortable setting with a view of the mountains from the window and the terrace. Books for children and adults available. Good teas, although we were expecting fresh herbs instead of "simple sachets". French and German speaking staff. We will come back and we recommend this place!
