Manor Restaurant in Baden

Ms. H.Azak upstairs in the restaurant is always very unfriendly and arrogant. I was recently there for my two children has already seen with me several times at the Manor why I take a children's menu. She says this every time and always asks if I have children. Such an arrogant person doesn't have to work with customers. They should just do their job correctly and be friendly to customers.

Today I was in this Manor branch with my girlfriend, we saw a cuddly toy and wanted to take a picture to send to my mother because we have been looking for this cuddly toy for a long time. We were confronted rudely and were told “hey ladies, the cuddly toy is not there to take selfies” in a very arrogant tone, we then explained to her that we had taken a picture to send to my mother after which she replied to us “Yes, then stop it.” I've been shopping at the Manor with my mother since I was a little child and I personally have never had anything like that happen to me This has nothing to do with customer friendliness. Young people should also be treated with respect and kindness. I expect a position name from you, kind regards Desiree and Michelle

Pleasant shopping atmosphere if you don't have to shop at peak times. Very large selection of fresh fish and always friendly staff. It's a shame that it almost exclusively has wine in the higher price segment, which is too good for cooking. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, but unfortunately there are always no French fries on offer.

The employees on the beauty floor are very unmotivated and are always watching you, especially in the perfume department and in the makeup department you are constantly followed around. It got to the point when me and my friends were harassed by an employee while we were looking at an Essence product. We opened it without realizing it wasn't a tester when one of the employees got in our faces and yelled at us loudly, incompetently and ignorantly about the situation

Perfect restaurant for lunch with good price.

I bought a PS5 and when I put a CD in it I found that the drive was defective. I brought it back with a guarantee and then they say they need a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks. I go there again to find out about the status of the PS5 and suddenly I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I'm not even given anything to confirm that I dropped off the PS5 there. It's just really tedious because the PS5 was a Christmas present and now I have to wait about 2 months.

Manor has good articles. The restaurant upstairs has good selection of food. It has pretty much everything you need.

Incredibly bad today - After we waited in line for 5 minutes, the saleswoman (ground floor) went on break/home without comment and left us standing there without saying anything to us. After a few minutes we were able to ask another saleswoman if the dear lady was coming back. The reaction was a smile with the comment that we should queue again because she wasn't coming back. As soon as we started queuing, a second saleswoman opened the cash register again and called the people behind us to her. When we were finally able to pay, the third saleswoman immediately clicked on “cash” instead of “card” and immediately left out the receipt. Instead of changing this in the system, we had to somehow scrape together the 50 in all our pockets because we didn't actually have any cash with us and she couldn't change it. It's incomprehensible that customers are treated like this and something like this happens.

It is a small shopping center, but the truth is that it is very fair in some aspects. For example, in winter accessories for boys and girls there were hardly any products, and in toys they tend towards the visually prominent rather than the didactic.

What can I say, the shine has faded.

As a loyal Manor customer, I was a little snubbed by my visit to the Baden branch on Saturday, September 2, 2023. As soon as you enter, penetratingly loud oriental pop music - totally inappropriate! You couldn't understand your own words. The saleswomen immediately scurried away when my friend was apparently looking for advice. I had the impression that the department was having its own party and customers were rather annoying. Many make-up testers were blocked, and when an employee did show up, she responded to the notice politely, but clumsily and unmotivated. In the clothing department I wanted to grab a bag from the shelf and look at it (right next to the changing rooms) and was just able to take cover from the immense amount of dust that was trickling down. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet and it was also a bit dirty. It's a shame - otherwise it's always worth a visit! 9. 12 23 Unfortunately everything is still exactly the same - I never received a statement from Manor. Dusty shelves, inappropriate and loud pop music in the cosmetics department, dirty or non-existent testers, unmotivated consultants who prefer to talk to their peers instead of maintaining the department and helping customers - just embarrassing and unpleasant. Manor on the decline is all I can say...

I would like to thank MAC Cosmetics and Estee Lauder for the great advice. I was served by a great lady Shambi R. With her expertise about the two brands, she was able to give me the best advice on all three days that I was there. She took away my uncertainty and let me test exactly the right thing and knew exactly which product I needed for my age and which suited my type of woman. I'm so happy. Thank you for the fact that I still employ employees who are not only concerned with the sales commission but also that the customers are happy and properly advised.

I was with you in Baden today and was interested in a laptop. After walking around the Apple table unnoticed for 10 minutes, I dared to ask the central cash desk if they had any other computers. The friendly employee told me to wait, someone would come soon. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I became convinced that you didn't want to sell me anything. I'm going to Migros now.

The store is empty but no one is taking care of the click and collect station?!

As a special goodie, this Manor has a Manor Food branch. There is a wide range here! Fish, meat, 🍺, yogurt, spices and much more. It has many departments, e.g. Clothes, cooking utensils and toys. The jewelry and watch corner is also worth mentioning, where you can have your watch battery replaced at a fair price. 🥰

unfriendly employees. I almost had an argument with a saleswoman because she didn't want to send the earrings in for repair even though I still had the warranty! Then she called her boss but she couldn't help me either. Luckily I got my earrings back repaired. but why do you have to be so unfriendly to customers? My goodness!

In the perfumery department you are ignored even after 20 minutes and that is the case every time. Another customer recently asked me where the cash register was because the employees preferred to talk about private matters instead of serving customers. Definitely missed the job, that's all I'm saying.

Very good choice and quality for a department store self service restaurant which is catering for blue and white color workers' lunch place. Food ready to eat, including a good choice of salads, and also prepared to order on several cooking stations. Very solid food at very reasonable prices for Switzerland. Also a good breakfast place. We will be back several times while in Baden.

Large range of different things. Department store through and through. But it is already very old. Be it the shop or restaurant or the toilet - renovation would be nice and more appealing.

I have never experienced anything so unfriendly I also had to wait 10 minutes even though I was the only customer. 5 minutes after the store opened, the entire store was a huge mess. The toilets were completely full of clothes and the changing room was full of clothes My conclusion: I will never go to this store again

Being remodeled, no longer as special in the food sector as it used to be, some magic lost. But very clean and fresh products

Wanted to look at a chrono watch on the ground floor of Manor. The staff consisted of three people, two women (who were appropriately dressed) and a man who wore special trousers and similarly flashy footwear. They were talking to each other in a very entertaining way and I was standing next to them and waiting. Even though I was standing in front of them the whole time, they didn't seem to notice me and I waited and watched them. Since I wasn't being noticed, I finally decided to walk away. However, thanks to this incident I was able to purchase a nice chrono watch elsewhere that I am very happy with.

The delicatessen department, known as the 'supermarket', with a strong connection to high-quality regional products, is definitely worth a visit in every manor - if available.

The Manor used to be better. We weren't advised even though we asked for it. The other saleswoman showed no interest. Unsympathetic saleswomen. Once but never again Manor

I liked the range and the selection, but I didn't like the fact that as a new customer my discount of 20CHF was ONLY valid for online purchases. I prefer to spend my money in the store. Does it feel a bit wrong?

I have very mixed feelings about the assessment because 99% of it has to do with the staff. Once it was unsatisfactory when arranging a repair order (changing suitcase wheels) and the second time with the same thing, the two saleswomen were uncomplicated, expedient and nice. It's a shame that it doesn't always work correctly and correctly the first time, so you don't have to go to Baden twice for just one and the same thing.

I can't say anything bad about the store. We just wanted some small warm food. There is nothing left in the early afternoon. People are discussing loudly in a language I don't know. I didn't feel welcome at all and that's why I left the restaurant.

Comparatively one of the better branches. Good location with a parking garage a few minutes walk from Baden train station. Enough employees and well equipped. There is even a gift wrapping corner. It's worth taking a look at the children's clothing department. Big discounts on relatively good branded clothes.

I have never encountered such unmotivated and unfriendly staff on the ground floor as there! I forgot the Manor card in the vehicle and wanted to add the points. A theater and telling the customer that it doesn't work and that you should pay more attention to it? Sorry? That can happen to anybody! This compartment is simply cheeky!
