Price performance (self-service): poor Service staff: unfriendly Ice cream wasn't special I think charging 15 chf for an ice cream sundae that was full to the brim is a rip-off and customer fraud!!! Never again👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 I really don't understand why there are so many People who give 5-star reviews are a mystery to me??? @mia gelateria In your case, a cup of ice cream full to the brim weighs 500g. Check the scale, cheeky. Customers will definitely pay attention to you! It shows me that they have no relation to the scale. Regarding high-quality food, what should be high-quality? Fill with finished liquid ice cream.

For me, it is really hard to get good ice cream and dessert in Switzerland, so even though it is expensive, I don't mind paying 16CHF every time I'm craving bubble waffles and ice cream.

I don't want to beat around the bush for too long. Loading: great Selection: top Taste: great Price performance: bad Sorry, but I think charging 42 chf for three sundaes is a rip-off!!!

All over Baden people walk around with the Mia Gelateria cup, so we wanted to test it out :-) The ice cream tastes very good, for me it was very cold, there are a few different types and not just the classic ones. I chose yogurt, raspberry and chocolate. It was very tasty ice cream. I liked the topping selection! Unfortunately (at least for us) there were only purchased sauces and nothing homemade. It would be great if there was, for example, a warm chocolate sauce, etc. The ice cream cup only came in one size, which of course leads to you taking way too much and, in the worst case, not eating everything. Everyone who came out of the store said the same thing. I understand the sales strategy behind it, but different sizes certainly wouldn't be wrong. I would urgently replace the plastic spoons with an environmentally friendly alternative ;-)!

The staff is very friendly! The ice cream is very good and the waffles too👍🏼 The shop in general looks promising and interesting. The large ice cream in front of the shop is also very great. A great place to eat ice cream on a Sunday!! I can only recommend it :) I will continue to visit this gelateria☺️

I have a bubble waffle today 🧇 and bought ice cream. This is what I paid for according to the receipt: -16.70 chf scale (Waffle and some ice cream with some decoration) -3.00 chf for creating something yourself 🤷🏻‍♀️What's that supposed to mean? - minus 5.30 chf Tara waffle stand (It's quite clear that there is no charge / but... so the customer gets the feeling... wow... how gracious!!!!🤦🏻‍♀️ - 4.50 chf coffee crema (filled into a Togo cup myself / employee didn't have to do ANYTHING) Overall impression ‼️Never go there again ‼️‼️‼️As a customer you feel ripped off ‼️The dough doesn't even cost a franc to make / and can be kept in the fridge for 3 days. I come from the LM industry...why are you messing up your customers so much? I am very very dissatisfied!!

A really delicious ice cream that we like to get again and again! Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, business model: self-service Enough selection of toppings! You don't do that though @Michael Kussmaul WOW, how do you manage to show so much incompetence in one comment? (And really interesting that with "self" service, you have to prepare everything "yourself") Anyone who compares this quality with a McFlurry will certainly prefer the frozen pizza (over the Italian). Finally: Mia Gelateria Definitely 100% recommendation!

Sorry - I really don't know why it has so many 5-star reviews... The service is very nice but the ice cream is really nothing special... 8:15 liquid ice cream from the machine, then heartless topping like in an all-inclusive hotel (Smarties, gummy bears, all kinds of corn flakes, Oreos) plus you have to make everything yourself. A McFlurry from the McDonalds next door is almost an equivalent alternative... Unfortunately never again!

The best ice cream and many varieties were lactose-free. Very nice and helpful staff.

In my opinion, this is the best ice cream you can have, I even like chocolate ice cream, which I don't normally like 👍🏻 I can only recommend it 💥

Last Sunday I spontaneously went to Baden and wanted to go to the ice cream parlor. When we got there at 5:40 p.m. everything had already been cleaned up and it was closing time. 20 minutes before closing time, I think it's a disgrace. Especially since this is the second time this has happened. Maybe your opening hours should be adjusted if you want to close at 5:30 p.m.

You can eat great piadina here. The selection is small, ham salami and cheese. The prices are very fair. 8 francs for a piadina.

I received great advice and was served very politely. A super delicious ice cream and an iced coffee was great. I can only recommend.

The concept is fine, but I don't understand the extreme price for the overly sweet and tasteless ice cream. Coffee tastes terrible. The ice cream is at least well chilled and appropriately prepared. The selection of toppings is okay. Tried once - not again.

I don't like the soft ice cream. I get my ice cream 20 meters further up in the ohne.ch. This is real ice cream. Recommended: crazy raspberries with yogurt!!!!

A great place where perfect ice cream is not just a dream. The ice creams are delicious and the decorations endless. You have to pay the price, but it's a real pleasure!

Good selection of ice cream and delicious shakes. The ever-changing selection has advantages and disadvantages, on the one hand you can always try new things, but on the other hand I have already found my favorite variety and my favorite toppings, so it's a shame if you're looking forward to it and then miss it.
