The overall quality is clearly declining. The children's corner has almost no games left. It's the same person who serves both coffees and cashes meals, which generates a lot of waiting at lunchtime. Once but not twice!! Dirty tables, no one comes to clean between customers. Expensive and tasteless dishes. I've never found anyone who manages to miss pasta, it's a done deal! Little choice of vegetables, expensive and tasteless meat. Rude staff. We didn't even try dessert... Never again!!

Ideal place to eat as you wish. Large buffets, hot meals, daily menus. Very correct. Outdoor play area for children. Beautiful sunny terrace.

Really disappointed for a Manora restaurant!!! First and last in this one!! Neither hello nor kindness from the lady who was in charge of the children's menus, she saw me with the child's plate in my hands and the only thing she found to say to me while bellowing, "no no, those are the plates for children"!!! I showed him it was for my grandson 😂 The person in charge should take a look at the one in Vevey and take an example!!

Le self Manora, dans la galerie commercial des Eplatures (mais accessible directement par le boulevard) est un incontournable à la Chaux de Fond.Plats du jour, grillades (steak cheval très tendre), filets de poisson, tout est frais, tout est bon. Légumes au choix, en self service,desserts idem.Bien sûr, on est en Suisse et ce n'est pas particulièrement bon marché! Mais pour le pays cela reste correct.Malheureusement, le dimanche, c'est le service minimum puisque le centre commercial est fermé et les choix sont réduits.

I like this restaurant, the coffee is excellent and quite a choice of pastries and meals, even if the freshness and quality sometimes leaves something to be desired.... I'm only giving very few points for the moment, because I find it unacceptable that the staff removes food like desserts almost 1 hour before closing, cleans the coffee machine and most of the time sets up the chairs. Being used to it, I put myself in the place of tourists or passing Swiss people, it really leaves a bad image of Manor. The quality of service takes a hit.

Ce qui est bien chez Manora où nous nous arrêtons souvent le samedi après les courses c'est l'aspect self-service et le grand choix de plats, pâtes, viandes, salades, et desserts. Il y a souvent pas mal de monde là où se cuisent les viandes et nous choisissons alors des plats prêts, comme des salades ou des lasagnes, voire d'autres mets gardés au chaud, gratins de pommes de terre, par exemple. Le choix est grand car il y aussi les desserts, les pizzas et autres focaccias. Depuis peu il y des spécialités wok, ou dernièrement, pour le Nouvel An chinois des plats en rapport. Nous avons choisi ce qui était prêt en wok. C'est bon et pas trop calorique. Cette fois-ci horreur, trop, trop salé ! Difficile d'arriver au bout de l'assiette. Vraiment dommage. Et, en plus, ce n'était pas spécialement bon marché. Un dérapage que l'on espère très ponctuel.

The quality of the products is good but the prices are sometimes exorbitant. A 0.5 lt bottle of Evian for almost 4.-! And when I had a pizza, the person didn't even take the time to distribute my ingredients, they were still clumped on top when my pizza was cooked. I'm going to go back and hope that changes but for now, this place disappoints me.

J'y vais assez souvent depuis longtemps. Je dois dire que je n'ai jamais rien eu à reprocher tant pour la cuisine que pour le personnel toujours aimable qui cuisine selon vos désirs. Le choix est vaste et pour toutes les bourses, on peut faire un repas correct pour quelques francs si on est petit mangeur ou alors plus cher pour les affamés, on remplit soi-même son assiette de garnitures dans la plupart des cas. Cela reste quand même de la cuisine rapide, mais avec une touche en plus qui privilège les produits frais visibles sur les présentoirs. On peut y manger sainement. Nombreuses offres de saison. La pâtisserie est excellente et le prix des boissons avantageux. Ouvert le dimanche
