Hauptstrasse 3We went to the butcher shop. I ate a wonderful liver with rösti. The liver is roasted in a fantastic sauce. This was the best liver on a butcher's menu so far. My companions were also very satisfied. An absolute recommendation. Please come Friday or Saturday. It has or has not. Many thanks to your chefs and your service staff.
