Martel Vésenaz in Collonge-Bellerive

We went to get coffee around 2 p.m., we waited 15 minutes for the waitress to come and collect the cups and dirty plates on the table and barely cleaning the table with a lot of carelessness! We ordered coffees with a glass of water, she brought the coffees and just a glass of water!! The second never arrived at the table, very noisy place especially the noises of storage and washing of dishes are unbearable.

Working near the tea room (at the Post Office) I have the opportunity to go there regularly. In addition to the quality of the products, I would simply like to THANK the staff for their always warm welcome and their remarkable sympathy.

I had a friend visiting from Spain and decided to try Martel for the first time. I'm so very happy we did apart from the delightful location and beautiful views the service was wonderful everyone was friendly and helpful and the food delicious. We had home made quiche and salad and I've finally found fabulous hot chocolate real homemade delicious hot chocolate. I will definitely return as there were so many more fabulous delights to try.

I had some coffee and pastries last Saturday. The waiter was nice, the service is done at the table. You can of course choose which pastries you would like to have, pastries are by the counter. The quality is good. During good weather, it will be possible to have the drinks on the terrace if preferred. The ambiance is pretty relaxing on a beautiful view. Prices are fair. Parking is available at the underground Manor parking.

Ideal location, terrace with a view of the lake, attentive service, quality products and coffee IN BRIEF, absolutely perfect :)! Astrid and her team are extremely kind and efficient. I recommend 100%.

Terrible service! I went to Martel Vesenaz on Friday May 17 morning I dared to ask, apologetically, to the waiter Lilian, I think, to filter the fresh orange juice full of pulp He threw a manual filter on our table, telling me in front of my 2 friends that I just had to do it myself! We were all extremely shocked!!!! I would like to point out that there was only one table occupied at that time!!!!

The terrace is very pleasant at the beginning of spring, the fresh fruit juices are very good. On the other hand, the lady who runs the store is very unpleasant (fortunately the waiter was as nice as ever) and we waited more than half an hour to receive our order.. I would not go back

Lousy aperitif... a shame a white martini and a simple prosecco without chips, without hazelnuts nothing nothing too bad an absolutely abandoned bar Never had such a lousy aperitif, sadness and we talk about Martel!!!

When the weather is nice, it is a pleasure to enjoy the large terrace with a view of the lake. Smiling welcome. The pastries and pastries are a treat, the small sandwiches and other products too, I have never tried chocolate. The only downside is the coffee, not great! Accompanied by a glass of lukewarm tap water...

What happened to our good old salon de thé ? Even there mediocrity as spread. Don't count on power plugs to save your nomade working station ,they all 've been disconnected. After and long painful waiting time my grilled ham and cheese arrived with out the ham ! One beer after it finally arrived , 2 slices of overcook bread with a slice of ham and cheese, lying in the middle of my plate was my underweight grilled cheese and ham corpse. I decide in highly and optimistically last attempt to pick up an good old opera dessert that turn to be an old good opera...way too old .
