It's shocking to see a scene and hear the comments, not knowing the names so I'll describe the scene like this... behind the counter there was a girl in a gray shirt, with curly hair tied up, I think she's a manager, and in front of her was a colleague of hers dressed all in black who served the tables. I say that we all work, we all have bad moments, but whatever happens we try to come together, but if due to our character we can't do it, we stand aside and clarify, not in front of everyone in a very lively voice. The comment from my neighbors at the table was more than legitimate: on TV they show and say a positive, courteous work environment, etc., etc. and then we have to see these scenes, cos de pacc... courtesy, respect for colleagues has no price, it is not a shirt that distinguishes rank, but good education and altruism in a world that is already cruel...

After the umpteenth time I had a McChicken with rotten salad to say the least and drinks that taste like watered down medicine, I finally decided not to set foot in it again.

Unfortunately, things don't work with takeaway delivery. Some time ago, when we arrived home, part of the order was missing. Yesterday it happened again. Hurrying doesn't always pay off. I won't go there again!!!

Very friendly, polite and smiling staff which should not be underestimated. Very clean floor tables and chairs. Great food. Perhaps the only flaw is too much ice in the drink for the month of January. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I recently ate at McDonald's in Pazzallo and my experience was very positive. Finding parking was easy, which is always a plus. The Big Mac was delicious, just as you would expect from a classic McDonald's. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, a hassle-free experience and highly recommendable.

I frequent this type of restaurant occasionally, especially for work, I found myself overall well, quiet environment, perhaps I would check the bathrooms a little more often, but we know that it depends a lot on the education of the visitors.

They don't bring you what you ordered, they round up 50 cts even if you say no. Lukewarm sandwich.. too much light and too hot the place..... I'm not coming anymore, are you? Do what you like best, but there are valid alternatives today.

I'll just say one thing, the prices have increased a lot and the sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller! Where has the real Big Tasty of the past gone??

Classic MC, average quality food with other MCs, entrance and exit from the car park not very comfortable and easy, MC drive wait on average longer than usual even with few people. It's convenient because if you're hungry after 10pm it's one of the few options open, even if the prices are rising even at the mc for the quality they offer!!!

We live in Italy and during a trip abroad, on our way home, we purposely stopped at this McDonald's because we had been told that they offered a wide choice of gluten-free sandwiches (as in all McDonald's in Switzerland). As soon as we entered, to be on the safe side, we asked questions about contamination and unfortunately they told us that they didn't insure it because they only have one kitchen. Too bad, it seemed too good to be true 😔 This place itself has no faults (in fact they were sincere when they could have cared just to make money), but it seemed correct to inform people who have celiac disease and are looking for a safe place. Unfortunately this is not for us!

Classic McDonald's with quite high prices. Very convenient because it is close to the highway. To use wifi, however, you must already have a connection because you must receive a message with the code.

The service was good, but they brought the wrong kind of "chips" I asked for the fancy potatoe wedges and received the standard fries. However, I enquired and promptly got the correct chips. I found the price for a family of four to be 20€ more than outlets in nearby European countries. Best of luck finding the car park. No entry sign on the only car park with the only entrance. Absolutely baffled by that. Fantastic that is is just of the motorway and the food was of good quality.

Compared to "our" Italian McDonald's, the choice is much wider with many products never seen in our country. Watch out for the prices!!! Definitely more expensive than in Italy 🇨🇭💰🇮🇹

Terrible experience at this McDonalds. At first we wanted to go through the McDrive, but there was no menu anywhere and when we asked about the options we were unfriendly told that we had to come inside and have a look. Once inside we both ordered a vegetarian salad, one without cheese. For no less than 12 francs (!) I got a bowl of lettuce where they had forgotten the vegetarian burger, leaving only lettuce and 1 slice of tomato. I hope no one ever has to go to this place again

I would change the opening times, given that it says that McDrive opens at 5.30am on Saturdays, but in front of the entrance it says 6.30am....

Soggy, lukewarm sandwich, hastily seasoned, note the unmelted cheese. The meat was tasteless and not much, gherkins 2 slices, onions few, salad a lot but messy, the chips lukewarm and soggy, Fanta forced to take the "0" as the normal one is not included. Taken without ice... Too cold... For now I'll just say that I haven't been here in years and I'll have to do the same if I want to eat. The nice and professional ladies. A control device does not work.

Unfortunately, and through no fault of the staff who do what they can, it is a bunch of incompetents. Continuous changes of staff hired with little or no training create discomfort and discontent among customers. I think I know why there is that constant change of personnel, I think it's convenient financially. Sin.

What to add? By now everyone knows what McDonald's is, but except for the cold fries I ate well. Ps: put the Crispy Mc Bacon back!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately it often happens now that we receive wrong orders, there is always something missing. Especially with the McDrive, you only notice the shortcomings and errors later. Different ingredients, missing sauces, different sandwiches... a disaster. Regardless of whether it is lunch or dinner, you will probably receive the order wrong.

Nice place and usually clean. Good service. McDonald's food. It deserves 4 stars considering where you are. It cannot be evaluated compared to a traditional restaurant.

Very slow for a takeaway sandwich. Mc Donald's are also known for the speed of service but in this mc it is not like that and it is not the first time it has happened...

The food is good apart from the burgers which sometimes the bottom part of the bun seems burnt, in this case the bun takes on a bitter and unappealing taste. I don't understand why this never happens. For the rest, all the other menus are excellent, if it weren't for this reason I would have given 5 stars. Most of the staff is very kind, prepared and quick, but as unfortunately happens in every place, every now and then some rude person comes along to ruin the good work of others, as well as lower the quality of the services offered, to the client. fortunately they are only a small part, and apparently, these types of people don't last long..... For the rest it is an excellent quiet and well-kept place.

As for the meals, their price is very expensive compared to Saudi Arabia. The price is double. The quality of the food is not far from its quality in Saudi Arabia, and I prefer the one in Saudi Arabia.

Ordered a McVeggie, opened the bag an order with 20 nuggets, 2 big Macs and more. Worst McDrive ever, wrong orders, always missing stuff!! Most of the time we stop to check but when there is a queue of 10 impatient cars it is not often possible! Now stop. Not once, not twice, we're talking 6-7 times. It is not the customer's responsibility to check the order!!! The excuses they give on the phone every time are RIDICULOUS, this evening (missed dinner) we got impatient and called, the answer was: "next time you come by, tell them that Giuseppe is sending you to receive the free menu", but where are we? ??? Learn to work! And let's dispel this myth a bit, a job at McDonald's today pays more than good!!! Never again.

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Every time there is a problem. I eat in a restaurant and they get the wrong sandwiches, I make a mc drive and when I get home I realize that I'm missing things... It didn't happen once, but many times... now after yet another mistake I've decided to give a negative review. Worst ever!!!

Out of 5 orders, 4 in two months are wrong (missing drinks or menus) is a lot. However, the boys are kind and make up for it. Orders to be made via screens.... Bad idea. Update: going through mcdrive you also have to memorize the no. Of order. Are we joking??? Zero service. The only thing missing is that we, the customers, have to prepare the sandwiches. Shameful as a business mentality.

What can I say... Mc Donald's is always good in any country, but I must say that the restaurants belonging to the Swiss chain have an edge. Everything is better. Anyone who has had the opportunity, like me, to compare Switzerland and Italy will surely have noticed that the meat in Switzerland is much better. On the other hand, in Italy the choice is wider and more delicious. Higher prices than neighboring Italy, but it's worth it.
