McDonald's in Therwil

Modern McDonalds, has some seating outside and now also a larger parking lot. Food tastes like any other McDonalds. So it's good for every now and then.

Very friendly and attentive service from the boss.

Super Macdo, more expensive because Switzerland but definitely above in terms of service and cuisine In the end the quality/price ratio is a little better than in France, lazy to pay 12 euros for a crushed and poorly cooked burger and still white fries. Here at least we eat a real meal, maybe just a little less often :)

Newly renovated, very nice. However, when entering the Restaurant from the parking area, the pedestrian path is missing.

Food and staff top. However, there is a new boss from the looks of it, a lady with blonde curly hair. Yell at your co-workers so everyone can hear. It was really humiliating and hard to watch. I felt very sorry for the employees. Yes, they forgot to include food when ordering, but that's no reason to treat the staff so disrespectfully and condescendingly!!! We were there for 45 minutes and the staff were shouted at probably four times so that EVERYONE heard it. Someone like that should NOT be allowed to manage staff!!! The rest of the staff was TOP!

Well, just a McDonald's, nothing special but friendly staff and good quality compared to others

I placed an order for 54CHF on McDrive. When I got home the order was completely wrong. There was someone else's order inside. I find it impossible that something like this could happen. I think that the staff is not well trained. This should be greatly improved. I will never go there again because it wasn't the first time. Very embarrassing for a McDonalds!!!

I don't understand why McDonald made the inside smaller, with fewer seats, but has plenty of tables outside. There is also enough parking space, so there is always a space available 👍🏻👍🏻. Otherwise the food is wonderful and delicious. 🙂🙃🙂

Unfriendly, apparently escooters not allowed but no sign at the entrance. Why do you have to scare away customers for no reason? Make it more professional.

They always forget something in the drive, it's crazy. This time two things were missing. Shame. Every time!!!

We previously ordered take-away food from the restaurant, but when we got home we unfortunately discovered that a burger was missing. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's not the only branch where this has happened, it can't be.

I always feel welcome at Mac Sissach along with my dog. The staff is sweet and funny and very attentive. I always receive my food very quickly and it is fresh. Thanks to your great team.

Very bad service every time I order from Mc Therwil either the cola is not good or the burger is cold then I call and I am treated disrespectfully

In Mc Drive the things are mostly old. The salad is brown and almost never fresh. There are much better ones in the region

Every other branch should take a piece of this branch. Very customer friendly, food is delivered very quickly and most importantly the food is hot when it comes to the table.

I ordered a take out and paid for a double bacon big tasty burger and they gave me a single big tasty without bacon, I drove to my house and when I find out is too late to go back and complain. This is unacceptable.

Was in the drive-thru. Therefore no ambient application. Nice service, quick processing, good food.... keep it up :-)

Normally I'm quite happy, things get forgotten every now and then but it's not that bad.. but I noticed that NO ONE is wearing gloves in the kitchen, which I find very unhygienic because everyone touches all the food.. But today it did the rest for me: I ordered a cheeseburger to take away as normal. When I got home and started eating, I noticed that something was wrong and the burger tasted strange.. well the meat was expired.. I was really sick. So I went back and showed the burger and described the situation, the answer to that: Sometimes it's the bread, maybe it just smells strange to them?! Are you crazy? I'm sold expired meat and then they want to blame me? Definitely won't go there again. And recommend everyone to check the meat first.

Fees good friendly staff but I don't understand that I always take the same thing and the prices vary...🤔 from one week to the next I pay or 30.50 or 33.80 or 30.40 I would like to know why the price changes every week....a bit of a scam...

Unfortunately the tables were very dirty. Staff served, but a damp cloth could have solved the problems. The rest is the usual, solid McDonalds quality.

Since the new building everything has to settle down again. The new building is very nice, but very stressful for the staff. I think a goods lift should be installed there, and one or two people take care of the service and cleanliness on the upper floor. In general, cleanliness should be taken more seriously.

The restaurant was perfectly clean. The service is friendly. The food was brought to my seat. That's not the case in every McDonald's. The burger and fries were fresh and hot. The taste was good.

Ordered sundae, the bowl wasn't completely full!! After I pointed it out, the lady said it was normal!!!

Unfortunately the staff is extremely slow. And the restaurant was almost empty at 8:30 p.m. what are they going to do because the place is full, the boys have to wake up. Hamburgers hardly any ketchup, sad citizens.

Sunday 6 p.m., mc drive. It really happened very quickly. We had the menu twice. Big Mac and Cheeseburger Royal. Cheeseburger burger had a lot of ketchup, like a soup and fries were very thin and very dry, as if they had been in the sun for two hours in midsummer. Since I only live five minutes from McDonald's, I would have preferred to bring them back. Otherwise I was always satisfied.

You don't have to say anything about food, everyone knows it. toilet incredibly dirty. Also relatively dirty inside, it scared me a little.

Haven‘t been here for a long while. Ordering system lets you order and pay. Food is delivered to your table in minutes. Great customer experience!

McDonald's is a system restaurant. The word “system” is absolutely out of place at the Oberwil location. Huge chaos in the kitchen, unfriendly service. Ordered food today, June 15th, 2022 at 7:20 p.m. (checkout), received the order at 7:49 p.m. Big Mac, curry sauce and napkins were NOT packed. A nasty surprise at home. Absolute disaster - you should be ashamed! Never again, I'd rather drive 10km further to Allschwil or Basel. 0 stars.

McDonalds for young and old when things need to be done quickly. Unfortunately, recently there has been an increase in overwhelmed and stressed staff. The order terminals are a complete disaster. Either there is an error and the entire order has to be re-entered from the beginning or the payment terminals don't work. As a matter of principle, I only order directly at the checkout. Because I get my food quicker. Until further notice, not all outdoor tables should have ashtrays! Especially this one near the play tower for children. In general, there should be no people smoking around the play tower or in front of the children! The prices for salads are currently at a very high price level, even astronomical. For the same price that I pay at McDonalds, I get 3-4 kg of salad at Aldi and it's even organic from Switzerland!!! It should urgently become cheaper, for the benefit of health and consumers.

Ordered today: 2 cheeseburgers with 7 extra cheeses! Paid: 2 cheeseburgers with 7 extra cheeses! Received: 2 hamburgers without pickles!!!!!!!!!! The disappointment is great, even if the staff doesn't really speak German, you've managed to get the amount on the bill correct! So why not the order too? Unbelievable, and according to the other reviews the owner won't change this!!!!!

+ Short waiting times at the drive + Wide roadway and also good for deep cars - Sometimes fries are unfortunately not completely cooked through.

I'm getting very annoyed. Things have been missing from the drive-thru order several times. Just been there again: 2 menu mediums + 1 burger: Ordered: 1 Double Cheeseburger Menu Medium, 1 Double Cheeseburger with Bacon Menu Medium, 1 Double Cheeseburger with Bacon. Receive: No glasses - had to go again. 1 double cheeseburger with bacon - correct 1x Cheeseburger Royal, 1x Cheeseburger Royal with bacon. Is it so difficult to pack the right things? If nothing is missing, it's the wrong thing. Slowly losing confidence!!!

Drive-in mostly perfect. The restaurant itself is fine. Suitable for a short stopover.

The visit was a complete disappointment. The Ragusa Frappee was warm, the fries were cold, the only good thing was the whipped cream and the Mcchicken patty, hence 2 stars. The waitress was completely unfriendly and bad-tempered, they weren't even wearing uniforms. The floor was dirty, there were table numbers everywhere and the trash cans were overflowing. And all this at a time when the restaurant is not very busy.

They were really nice to us, we were just making a quick stop as we were driving through France, and the service was top tier!

I don't actually rate fast food restaurants with 5 stars, but... After yesterday's experience at Burger King in Lörrach, I was blown away here. Here, too, there were rules that were pointed out, but with nice, cheerful words such as: B. thank you and please…. The food was what I ordered and matched the recipe. What is also crucial for the high rating is that it is very well maintained, fast, friendly, adheres to the guidelines and... an employee who walked around and asked if everything was ok... it's not a fast food desert... thank you for allowing me to experience that 👍 🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It's a shame that the minced meatballs are not freshly prepared, but only warmed up, so they aren't as juicy!! You only wait a very short time, they can't be fried fresh in that time!!!!!! People don't have any Time to wait more, what a shame

I go there from time to time, the products are fresh and clean, but every time I miss my drink and when I see it I'm already far away and think I won't go there anymore as it's expensive.

We go to get something every two weeks and it's become a bit of a habit. But every time something is missing! We probably already have McDonalds for 60.-Fr. Gifted. Because we don't always check everything with 5 people. We also noticed how rude they were when we called and pointed it out. Personally, I would avoid the branch if it wasn't the only one nearby and the children are always so happy!

I'm not a fan of fast food, but I'm a fan of ice cream!! This is super delicious 😋 especially M&M's is my favorite flavor.
