A standard McDonald's offering tasty items from a standard and uniform menu. Well situated and easily accessible by car or on foot.

I saw some bad reviews for this McDonald, but I think they improved their service. The staffs might not speak english very well but it was a quick service and they are friendly! The french fries here is very good, but the burger is so so. Sometimes the music is too loud. Toilet is clean.

Mac Drive to escape, every time they crash in the orders if we don't check everything... Even when there is hardly anyone there!!! Errors in the menus, and therefore forget to ask for a sauce they throw away the first one that falls into their hands... Also twice I ask for a Fanta and when I get home I see that it is a Coke (and machines adjusted, not enough concentrate in the drinks). Update January 2024: Still not great, I had to ask for a drink, there was no ice cubes and the glass was not filled, the fruit was also missing from the Happy Meal... Really still progress to be made...

Update 03.01.2024: The store is usually dirty and not really clean every time I'm there. The tables are dirty and there are usually leftover food on the benches. When I found a seat I saw on the floor next to my seat that it had probably not been cleaned for a long time, there was already mold. In general, the brown rack had probably not been cleaned for years. Not exactly appetizing and good for a McDonalds. I have certainly been here 20 times now and at different intervals and the experience was unfortunately the same every time. At least the staff were friendly on yesterday's visit. That was also worse. What also bothered me personally was that there were about 3 dogs in the branch, which I find very unappetizing. In addition, 2 of the dogs barked relatively loudly at each other. I'm not an animal hater, but I think the dogs should stay outside. Original Review 2023: The staff was probably totally overwhelmed by the Covid measures. Also it took about 20 minutes until we received our food. But the food was ok.

35 minutes of waiting for 6 nuggets... Fast food, really?

They forget something every time, and some have more than questionable language, the worst McDonald's in Switzerland, I advise you to go to Bienne you will be served by people with a minimum IQ.

Unfortunately too often there are oversights in the Mac drive commands. It lacks a bit of rigor. This is at least the 5 time this has happened to me.

You just have to know. This has nothing to do with fast food. Preparing a milk shake can take around 15 minutes. And there's no one at the checkout here. But every time it's the same thing in the store here. If there was another option I would go somewhere else.

MISTAKES ALL THE TIME! we order (for example) “royal crispy onion and bacon”, each time simply royals instead... When we asked for modifications on certain sandwiches, not taken into account. And strangely ALWAYS the same evening manager... and when we come to explain the errors to him, nothing better than to blame others. “We are going to make a gesture and modify”, we don’t care about the gesture, the principle of fast food is speed (and receiving what we order/pay for!)

Underground service. Waited over 20 minutes for chicken nuggets even though there were absolutely no people in the branch.

Not always at the top, there is room for improvement if I compare with other establishments in the chain.

A McDonald's restaurant like the other, unfortunately the tables are no longer cleaned because Corona had its advantages, otherwise it's ok. the toilets are rather dingy and not that clean. The food is brought to the table and comes relatively quickly but it doesn't look as disappointing as it does in the pictures

Decided to turn off the heating for the winter, draft, people eat in jackets. To take away, repeated order errors (to the customer's disadvantage of course), Caesar salad with 2 slices of tomatoes

This restaurant has simply become a disaster. I don't know how much has changed. Error in systematic orders, employees do not want to admit their error even by showing them the ticket. Run away!!! I can't even imagine the state of the kitchens...

This is more the Macdonald we knew. Cold fries, overcooked meats. Lack of hygiene, dirty benches and chairs. Difficult to find a clean place. Very disappointed.

Too expensive way too expensive

The "cleanliness" of the toilet is horrible. Even when the store opened, the toilet ring was completely wet (from "cleaning"), but the floor, walls and everything around it was disgustingly dirty. Every time! They only wipe the bowl and the sink once, and obviously nothing else is cleaned there. The burgers are rather cold, especially if you order one with extra cheese. The cheese slices are all but not melted. When I wanted to order a cake at the McCafe counter they said I had to do it through the machines...I don't know. Then I left it. In general, they pack way too many napkins every time you order takeout.

It might be good to hire people who care about their work. Not succeeding in aiming for the topping on the bread. They are champions all the same. From time to time, always smaller, always less filled

Not enough air conditioning in summer, the uniforms are ugly and the managers are rude and I got stung by a wasp... Positive point: the children's park was closed, therefore silence reigned

I order a strawberry Fleury mc and end up with a smoothie and when I tell the waitress she affirms and is sure that I ordered a smoothie.. So I don't insist because I find that the exchange is sterile and I leave with it. she was right anyway!! whatever I say, but for the moment I was sure of what I had said at the drive even if I don't know anything about it..Afterwards she kept smiling throughout but I don't think it cost him much to change it for me..It's called being professional

When visiting McDrive, don't forget to check the order as soon as you receive it before leaving!

Only MC Do from Jura with recipes different from what you can find in France. The prices are a little more expensive because you are in Switzerland but it remains affordable

Hamburger meat just infamous. Eating after the sole of your shoe would be the same thing. And as a bonus, staff as friendly as a barn door! I understand that working at Mac Do must not be easy but if you don't like contact with customers please change jobs!

After 4 years, the date of my last review, the results are still poor. At Drive, when things are clarified it's even worse. But damn, a caesar salad should come with a basic caesar sauce, right? This was the case before. To avoid once again ending up with a French sauce, we specify. It does not change anything. Same when you ask for no sauce, barbecue sauce delivered. Boring. The recent competition installed near Delémont will perhaps help to have a complete and fair order at least 1x out of 3.

There is always a lack of either sauces or compote in happy meals.....

Too bad about wooden spoons for desserts! The ecologists are doing a little too much!😪
