Bag of fries poorly filled and lukewarm, double cheeseburger also lukewarm, worst McDonald's in the region I always have apprehension before going to this McDonald's at La Chaux-de-Fonds station👎😝

Great location, but forget to order to catch the train 30 minutes later. We waited 20 minutes and finally asked to take it away. The nuggets were cold for the spicy ones and hot for the normal ones 🫤

Positively surprised, the reflection of the premises and the fast service have swept away the detestable image of this Mac Do 10 years ago.

I accidentally ordered take-out a bit too close to my train departure and I decided to abandon my order and run to my train. To my big surprise, the wonderful lady who served me ran after me and found me at the train with my order!!! Thank you, your kindness and dedication really made my evening 😊

A disaster ! Never been so sick after eating something, vomiting and colic for 5 hours after eating this McDonald's, and I only ate that much all day so there is no doubt that it is because of that. Thank you anyway for persuading me to never eat at any McDonald's again.

Lamentable zero service does not manage cold food requested supposedly they reheated it while waiting and it was always cold. The manager replied that it was like that so I got my money back. It is unacceptable .

A disaster!!! 2 Mac Raclette Bacon hamburgers were missing. The McDonald's did not warn us that these were sold out, despite our order placed in the afternoon for the evening. Waited 15 minutes for three coffees and finally we had to leave to take the train without coffee and without refund. And the worst thing is that two people behind the counter were not doing anything useful to prepare the orders while only one person was trying to do well... Deplorable organization and close to zero customer consideration.

We ordered cheeseburgers and apple turnovers. The cheese in the cheeseburgers was particularly powerful in the mouth. A taste that I don't usually find in Lausanne. Every time I go there my order is wrong. The burgers are all crushed in the papers for the BigBang menus. When you order extra in a burger, instead of adding it they completely remove the ingredient. The fries are very often cold. I always come away disappointed
