It's a good store, it has everything you'd expect from a MCDONALD'S.

Bad service doesn't do the job well 👎

The food is good but the service is very rude. You have to know.

The branch manager speaks bad German, worked very slowly and was only obedient and aggressive with employees. The woman who was learning worked very well, faster and better than everyone else

Every other Mc is open at Christmas, just not Buchs... bad, you can't even adjust Google öz.

I would prefer if the person who prepared a burger for me, meanwhile regularly touching handles of different drawers, wore gloves when touchin what I am going to eat. Yes, it looks like it is only a recommendation, but the fact that the woman who cooked for me did not wear them will make me not to ever come back here.

The food was very good, normal McDonald's standard. The service wasn't great, things were forgotten even though we were almost the only ones there. Unfortunately, in the restaurant itself there was a strong smell of kebab, it wasn't very pleasant. Don't know where this taste came from.

Better than any Dutch or German McDonald's I've been to recently. My friend can't stop talking about the fact that he finally ate really tasty McDonald's again.

It is unfortunate to note how much the quality of this McDonald's restaurant has deteriorated. I've had great experiences here in the past, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately, that has changed. The current staff was extremely unfriendly and didn't seem to enjoy their work. As for the food, it was really disappointing. It looked like it had just been thrown on the plate without any care. The changes in this restaurant are really unfortunate and I hope they will be able to improve their quality and service in the future.

Food was great Service was great. It would be better or more comfortable if the tables outside also had a number for orders. Ambiance... the constant car parkers are a bit annoying. But the restaurant itself can't do anything about it.

It would be nice if you hired at least one (better two) employees. It can't be that you have to wait 24 minutes for the food because only one person has to sort the cash register, drinks and food, plus service to the table and everyone is waiting for take-away...

I was there with a friend and we were then laughed at by the staff.

Typical McDonald's, no different in Switzerland than in Austria or Germany. The offer is also practically the same, except that the prices are almost twice as high as in Vienna! Despite ordering the drink electronically "without ice", there were plenty of ice cubes in the cup. That should not happen!

Unfortunately there are no zero stars, poor service, mistakes made by the employees. Order mix-up. The other customer has already started eating my order. However, I didn't even get a new order. A bad apology afterwards.

Anyone who loves McDonald's will be happy here

A tiny place. And horrible pickled cucumbers in sandwiches. Ukrainian McDonald’s are way better. Even sauces taste so much better. I Europe everything is extremely sour.

Mac needs no introduction, its meals are nice but expensive compared to Saudi Arabia 😂

The McDonald in Buchs is quite ok. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. In summer there are also a few places outside. Unfortunately, the restaurant is far too small for the city's 12,000 residents and is usually overcrowded. The neighboring restaurant was empty for a long time. More space could have been created here without moving. Unfortunately, this opportunity was not taken advantage of.

I hope that the team has learned something new in the meantime :-) February 2023: Got something on the Mac again. There was nothing going on, but we still waited almost 15 minutes. An MA with L status takes the order and doesn't understand a word. Neither in dialect nor in standard German... At the level: "French fries... Are those fries??" After several failed attempts, he was at least able to type the bill. Afterwards he stood around at a loss. One of the other employees finished the order at some point. Either I'm just unlucky if I buy something there or there's a massive personnel problem there. By the way, the fries that were already in a box above the fries trough during the adventure were tough and lame. Who's surprised?

I don't really like McDonald's food but you know what to expect, it's always the same, it's fast and cheap, relative to where you are. In this branch you can order at a machine without interacting with people.

The food is like most McDonald's but the employees are unfriendly. I don't want to exaggerate, but I've never seen such a disgusting toilet before. Not everything was disgusting. Unfortunately, the tables there are very rarely clean.

Unfortunately, the staff was a bit overwhelmed by the rush. The tables were not cleaned and when we ordered for 4 people a spicy veggie came instead of chicken.

McDonalds in Buchs is really bad! You should take a lesson from Mc Triesen, because they do a great job! Firstly, all employees seem unmotivated and are also unfriendly. Since you can look into the kitchen you can see how the burgers are simply slapped together. The side dish is not in the burger but in the box. You could also see how the burger was made without gloves. The employee didn't look like she had washed her hands either when she strolled out the back. Either you should hire good employees or think about hiring another manager who is stricter!

Unfortunately, the burgers here are often smeared from top to bottom, and even after direct mail to McDo several times, there was no improvement. Which is why I don't go to this Mc anymore if possible, even though I like Mc in itself.

The employee was having private conversations with the employees and the employee looked like she had been forced to work there. She didn't have the mask on properly either. The burger was typically McDonalds delicious. I ate at the table. Ice cream is typically McDonald's expensive. My order was taken and was complete. Service was also ok. The toilet was dirty and didn't smell very good. The water was dirty, the toilet was also dirty and the tables were never disinfected. I will avoid this branch in the future. Those were the reasons why I don't give more stars.

I always enjoy going to Mc. But the Mc Donald in Suhr Ag is just bad. Every time you have to check that nothing is missing! Because something is missing every time!! And that's true, the burger isn't cooked properly!!!It's just a shame!!

Small but nice. Still one of the small McDonalds. It's always a little journey back in time, when the MDs weren't yet in the gigantic buildings. Always reminds me of McDonalds from the 90s. Also great.

I go to MC Donald in Buchs SG about 3-4 times a year and it always seems very unkempt. I'm usually there on Saturday afternoons. Even when there are few guests, the tables are dirty and the floors are not wiped. Even in Covid times, cleanliness is no longer valued. The staff never stood out for their exceptional friendliness. But it's okay, since you can now order at the terminal. I am only a guest in this MC because of my godchild.

For the money, one of the worse McDonald's, the service is quite unpleasant.

As far as Swiss McDonald's is conerned, this is well run. I have not been to any McDonald's since the start of the Covid Pandemic. I am happy to say this one is very safe for me.

Went to McDoof yesterday and today. a) the people don't understand German b) yesterday we ordered chicken mc nuggets there were no sauces in them after a call they said we would get a burger etc. as an apology. instead of asking what we would like they just give us an apple bag c ) Today the spicy nuggets were so extremely stale and the burgers were cold that you thought they had saved the ones from yesterday... Everything has never been easy. O.! The products are becoming more and more expensive and the quality is getting worse!! In any case, BurgerKing is now a lot better than McDonald's when it comes to quality!

The McDonalds in Buchs has friendly staff who try to bring the standard menu of all global McD's into the boxes true to the original, which also tastes exactly like the American original. So far, no Mc D has managed to surpass my 3 stars on all rating platforms, so I have RATED Mc D Buchs GOOD.

It was the only place in Bucks that was open after 6pm and was reasonably priced.

Although it probably goes without saying, I do. The food is terrible, and you can get something decent for the same money. The staff is unfriendly and hardly speaks German. But given the miserable pay, you can't blame them for that.
