McDonald's in Uster

I've been avoiding McDonald's for several years! You can safely do without that! Unhealthy, overpriced and unqualified employees. My money is really worth it!

fat boss is careless with my food, throws it in the bag, disrespectful!!

Me and friend waited 15 minutes for chicken nuggets and almost missed our train.

Didn't get the apple bag I paid for

I called her and I couldn't understand her and then she just hung up!!

Music was too loud. Food was good but had too much salad on it

Once again really bad food. Cold and dried out meat in the burger. The worst MC around. Simply ugly and not edible. Was the last time!

Terrible service. The second floor was closed while we were still there. We are treated extremely rudely.

Very good service and fresh food

I have never experienced anything so incompetent and uncoordinated. Chaos every time and sometimes unfriendly. The orders are systematically acknowledged as ready for collection after just 1 or 2 minutes. Because the order is naturally forgotten, you can then wait 20 minutes and beg for your order. Already experienced here several times. The highlight of the whole thing was of course the burgers we ordered again. Attention, always check orders here, this wasn't the first time.

You wait and wait and then you get the wrong food that you ordered.

I have to say, MC Uster has improved, it was much worse. But you really have to check the orders, sauces, fries, dessert and even a burger are always missing. But there were also things in there that weren't even ordered. Some employees are really unfriendly and look very unmotivated. Hygiene guidelines are not really followed either...

I received cold, unsalted fries for the third time. Absolutely remorseful. The burger is always fresh and delicious. Service is also okay, but please take care of the quality of the fries...

One of the best McDonald's I'm a regular customer, friendly staff & the food always comes very quickly. Also very clean for a few months! Keep it up👍🏻👍🏻

Please stop making orders ready for pickup if they are not! I regularly wait 5 minutes+ after the order was ready to be picked up. It's not the waiting time that bothers me, it's that they say it's ready.

My order was delivered incorrectly several times (uber eats) or was incorrectly taken away today! Every time something is missing from my order! If I hadn't checked today, I would have left again with a missing product. I got home in 2 minutes, but the fries were ice cold and not a little cold, really ice cold! For delivery via uber eats, when I got in touch, we can't deliver, please come pick it up, sorry if I could pick it up then I wouldn't have it delivered! But that's what you mean by customer service! The delivery is subject to a charge and the products are mainly priced higher in the app or I pay more, I don't get everything delivered and it won't be delivered later, when I call I am asked to come pick it up or in the next few days (2 -3) should come over, sorry but I'm not in McDonald's all the time and after behavior like that, McDonald's is over for me! Order Uber eats before the summer holidays! And ordered and picked up today via order and pay! It's a shame that things are always delivered or issued incorrectly.

Be careful when ordering takeaway. Things were missing once again. This time the fries. Be sure to check immediately upon delivery. I forgot today and only made it at home... ... unfortunately it happens too often that something is forgotten to put in the bag.

Update from 8/20/23: Pomnes cold and lampy... to be thrown away, staff unmotivated

They could be friendlier and maybe pronounce the numbers a bit better, but to be fair it was a hectic day and not a big problem after all. The more sad thing is that they forgot the pommes from my order. :(

I pass by very often to make my children happy, the staff is always very friendly.

1. The employee was very unsympathetic and had no desire! 2. They couldn't even make 3 frappes right!!!

The customers wanted to order and others were waiting for their order, but the staff (5 employees) preferred to stand in the kitchen and chat... in the 10 minutes of waiting for the food, other customers got the wrong order and had to return it, like that like me... hahahahahaa! what a service 😑

A really helpful employee. Since I have never ordered with the computer in the restaurant, I stood at the checkout. The employee saw me and came immediately. I said I couldn't order with the computer. He politely said no problem and would accept the seating. Great employee, thank you very much. That was in Schlieren at the Tamoil gas station opposite

By far the quickest Macca's I've been to! Placing order to pick up in under 5 minutes and the restaurant was packed!

Well, I used to be a very enthusiastic customer of yours... but now my order is wrong for the 3rd time in a row... I don't know what's so difficult about pressing the right button, ordering a banana frappe twice, getting a strawberry once that I'm allergic to vanilla...which is okay but not what I wanted...also fries have already been forgotten...please pay more attention because that's how you lose the desire to come to your place...

I have been many times and have always had bad "experiences". I paid for large portions and received small ones instead. I commanded something in doubles and was only given a single. I ordered a Chai latte and was given a glass of warm milk. When I spoke to an employee to point it out, I was told that I was a liar and that it wasn't just milk. Decomposed sandwiches and half-empty chips. Rude staff and it also seems like they don't really want to work. I advise against it, rather drive 5 minutes and go to Volketswil which is much better. I will never go there again.

The McDonalds is almost an institution in Uster. Centrally located next to the train station. As a rule, things move very quickly and most of the salespeople are friendly. Cleanliness is good. It is usually clean. But overall good.

The quality of the food is up to the normal standard but almost every-time I’ve been there have they gotten my order wrong and when I check in-front of them they get annoyed. This time my husband went and didn’t check and like clockwork they forgot two items. Just so disappointed and not McDonald’s standards. I never had to ever check my order in other locations. Check your order each time here!

Ordered big tasty, looked like it was thrown away. Only half of all the meat was in the bun, when I tried to put it in the whole hamburger fell apart. The service wasn't stressful, I'm still the only customer. Simply songful

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Several times they forgot items I ordered. A straw and/or ketchup several times. Today I ordered a Cheeseburger Royal double bacon and what did I get? A BURGER with cheese and meat WITHOUT bacon, onions or lettuce. There were no cucumbers in it either. My friends say the same thing. A real juice shop and not worth a visit!

Arbitrary pricing! Because I asked for a straw for takeaway last Thursday afternoon, I had to pay more for my Coke Zero. The young man was whispering to another employee, who then looked around the corner for me. They were probably making fun of him for ripping me off more money for it. I am aware that straws will be abolished next year, but I can live with that. Then I just make sure I always have one with me. But the fact that an employee in Uster simply collects more out of arbitrariness, while I get a straw in the drive-in elsewhere either without being asked or at my request at no extra charge, is simply not possible! As a loyal and frequent McDonald's customer, I am very disappointed! ************************************ Even if I read about the above-mentioned 4 weeks later. I am still disappointed with the seller who served me, so I think it is only fair to report that I am positively surprised by the feedback from McDonalds Uster. I feel that my anger is taken seriously and I also think it shows greatness to admit a mistake. Thanks! I would have liked to write a separate review about this with appropriate stars, but that is obviously not possible. I would have liked to give this 4 stars.

Good, fresh and clean. Everything I expect from a Mc. The staff are very friendly!

Overwhelmed staff. Order not complete. The system with electronic ordering and table numbers seems to completely overwhelm the employees.

After an extremely long time again in an MC. Staff was tired so unfriendly, no napkins. eating was still marginal; For the price it's a complete rip off. The only plus point is the spicy chicken burger. but that was all.

Meat ok, onions raw, slightly sweet and spicy, so good, but then something like that; Rolls no longer crispy (could be due to the warm, humid weather), but the worst thing was the bland cheese, which didn't taste like anything...it was very slightly reminiscent of a mixture of Raccard, cheap Edam and some Emmental cheese, but only very slightly. It's a shame, they were better

We had two cheeseburgers and a dubblecheesburger besterl and there were no pickles on it. The day before I was there and ordered fries and my sauce wasn't there. Then I was here with my friend and the chicken burger wasn't there, and the worst thing was when we wanted to redeem MC points for sure over 500 and the screen crashed and they just cheekily said yes, there's nothing you can do about it. I wouldn't recommend this store

Ordered right now order number 58 ordered around 23:15 on the 16 july 2022 not only did we wait 15 minutes+ and 20 numbers after us were called up but when we did get tho order and sprinted to the bus at 23:30 i openend the bag and after waiting this long u hope it would be correct but atlast my mcchicken was missing and forgetting something if u fulfill the order in 5 min is something but after 15 cmon shame on you go to the butchers nextdoor is better anyqays

I've gotten something from this McDonald's many times now, but this time was definitely the last time. If an order is complete and correct, it is nothing short of a miracle. This time I got a normal burger again instead of the vegetarian one (said twice!), something else was missing. Exactly the same in my environment. Unfortunately, customer service “can’t do anything about it.”

From the food and coffee perspective, everything was OK...unfortunately the stairs upstairs were very sticky, so I'm wondering if only the lower floor needs to be cleaned...it's a shame

The salted cucumbers are exquisite. The mustard leaves nothing to be desired. The bread is reminiscent of fresh barley. The meat tastes delicious. I like the ketchup!

It's all well and good at a McDonalds, but the fact that something is missing every second order you place to take away is really, really tedious. If you go to get something for the family and a burger or fries are missing, then I definitely don't feel like visiting the branch again and explaining it on site. I also have to say that I always visit the branch when there aren't many guests, so you can expect the employees to pack things correctly. Otherwise quite ok. The young people are extremely disruptive and think that they are at home and eat like pigs out of the stable.

I ordered take away...and again I didn't get everything I ordered: the BigTasty only had one slice of meat. French fries were unsalted, children's drinks had no straw. The saleswoman couldn't give me any Fanta or mayonnaise! Unfortunately very very bad service!

The staff at this McDonald's is absolutely disrespectful and without decency... Everyone is hired here... I ordered 4 burgers from the promotion this evening and the lady of Asian descent made fun of it until the order was ready and laughed at me in front of all the customers and the staff... Because I order 4 burgers...????? They were really, really fun for my family... For everyone's benefit, I left because I wanted to avoid a verbal argument... Shame on the kind of people you hire….!!

It's open until the staff closes at 12:00 a.m. But the doors close at 11:45 because you want to go home early.

Doesn't deserve a star, the way the burgers are packaged is terrible. As if someone had stepped on it... Something is forgotten every second order. You should check this because it looks like it's working in other branches.

It's a good Mcdonalds, just like the others (the ice cream machine worked so bonus points) and it's also really close to a small shopping mall in the middle of the city and the store is right in front of the train station. The service is good. The only downside is that it's often very crowded. Otherwise I recommend going :)

Fits... mcD just. The food is not outstanding, but the service is hard-working and friendly. But the McCafe is nice! But what's particularly annoying is that the sauces (for French fries or chicken nuggets) are always forgotten... Tedious!

The hot Ovaltine that was supposed to warm me was unfortunately rather lukewarm. Unfortunately, the certificate check is also carried out without app cross-checking. Unfortunately, this is very common in the catering industry.

I got the wrong bread 4 times in a row and apparently not just me (Big Tasty & Big Mac). The bread was shiny and had a sweet, strange taste and was darker than usual (possibly broiche bun?) and not the standard Big Tasty and Big Mac bread.. we are going to Volketswil in the future. Very annoying and so far only experienced in this Uster Mac.

Like many others. The staff was friendly and the food was served quickly. On the upper floor, children have the opportunity to let off steam in the indoor playground.

Worst McDonald's I know. The staff is not friendly at all, you wait until the breaks are finished before you are served. I've also been asked to pay for my order twice because the card machine didn't work. Later I found out that I had paid twice for one menu. I have already contacted McDonald's headquarters about this, but unfortunately no one has addressed the complaint.

If so, then only when the Tasty is closed.

Staff show no joy towards customers. I wanted to cancel my order because my children ordered incorrectly individually on the screen (incorrectly printed). At the checkout, staff said that my colleague had already prepared food. Then I paid for the wrong order. My recommendation: Staff still needs friendliness (some are already nice). It is not for all employees

It's a shame, this McDonalds had potential with its location. But orders are often incomplete and the employees seem irritated. The cleanliness is also inadequate compared to other locations. I find it amazing that there can be such big differences between locations.
