McDonald's in Fribourg

McDonald's is a place where you can always count on impeccable service and a pleasant experience, and my recent visit was no exception. The waitress Naïma (sorry if I misspelled her name) was remarkable. When she saw my little sister in tears and wanting a McDonald's balloon, she went out of her way to get her one. Her attention to detail and empathy really made our day. Naïma's warm service and thoughtful gesture were the icing on the cake of an already great experience at McDonald's. It's because of people like her that we continue to choose McDonald's for our family outings. Five well-deserved stars for this memorable experience!

They clearly gave my order to another table and we had the nerve to believe that I ate their nutella donut ptn (they had more) fortunately they made my order (without the nutella donut, they 'have replaced with a good vanilla one) and on top of that there is a bit in my coke

The person at the checkout is extremely rude. She gave our order to someone else without asking for the receipt and then refused to give us our order. We had to argue to get our order even though we had the ticket! She half-heartedly called us thieves and didn't even apologize! Not a single move and giving away our meal as if it was a favor! There are always a lot of people, they cook quickly, the staff is friendly, there are always promotions. Remarks - the standards of cleanliness should be raised, there should be more staff responsible for cleaning, especially in such crowded places.

Today I had a menu with coffee as a drink. On the machines there is no “pick up the coffee later” option like the desserts so I pay for my order and rush to the cash register to inform them that I will have the coffee later but too late it's already ready so I explain to them that it's impossible for me to drink coffee with fries and fries and that I'll come and pick it up later. The lady who prepared it stays silent and gives me a killer look and the young girl at the cash register tells me it’s ok to come pick it up later and puts the coffee aside! I tell her that I won't drink this coffee because it will be cold and she agrees. 45 minutes later I went to get my coffee and they had carefully kept it aside! I thought I was dreaming when she gave me the coffee prepared 45 minutes early! I tell her I want a hot coffee, she takes it, goes to the right corner and gives me a hot coffee! I ask her if she put it in the microwave and tells me no, she made one again?! The coffee was not good and the experience unpleasant and exhausting! I will never go back to this McDonald's again! In addition, the sandwich and fries were cold (but since then, you no longer need to ask for that)!!! All this for a single café but apparently they would rather lose customers than have to repeat a café. Damage!

It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant (FAST) but there's no rush, more than 20 minutes of waiting for a menu and what's more, the order isn't complete...you have to go and ask for it. It wasn't even during rush periods (10 p.m.)

Drive order Saturday at 3:30 p.m., no car behind me, I am asked to go to the waiting area to collect my order. I don't move because there is no car behind me. The manager comes to ask me to go to the waiting area, I ask why: these are orders from management. The bacon was missing from my Tasty Bacon (not the first time, add the time when I found a label of apple turnover between two salad leaves). In short, don't set foot there.

The staff is cold as much as the food and the boss is bitter every time, very disappointed once again I do not recommend this restaurant which is considered "fast food" in French "rapid food" (I still specify because half the staff does not speak French…) 30 minutes of waiting for a single menu is shameful.
