McDonald's in Allschwil

Overall, my experience at McDonald's was satisfactory. As expected, the food was prepared quickly and the service was efficient. The selection on the menu is wide and offers something for every taste. The cleanliness of the restaurant was adequate, although it can sometimes be a bit busy at peak times. By the way, a garnished salad also has other vegetables/salads in it instead of just iceberg lettuce.

Went to McDrive. Compared to the restaurants in D or F that we have recently been to, this was by far the best McDonald's. The MCTastys were really tasty with lots of sauce and salad. Friendly service, who even spoke German. In this respect, highly recommended!

Toilet was dirty, no toilet paper in the other. Cappuccino doesn't taste good with "wooden sticks". According to information, chocolate powder had run out. Return money was incorrect.

This restaurant has the worst fries and ALWAYS forgets the sauces! And if I hadn't been persistent, I wouldn't have even gotten an apology. Bad... really bad

As McDo branches go, this one is pretty decent. On occasion they’ll forget to pack an item in the Happy Meal (fruit purée or the toy mostly) and here and there you might strike unlucky with a cold patty in your burger, but overall the service is fast, food is what you’d expect, and the place is very tidy.

12/07/23 Today I waited 35 minutes for my burger. There were 3-4 other customers waiting with me. Half of my lunch break was wasted. I bought the hamburger on my own. They didn't even apologize.

The conditions are very rude and we called about 3 just wanting to ask something. They threatened us that they would call the police!

Service doesn't even give one star. After 1 1/2 hours of our treatment not having arrived, the telephone was hung up upon request. Very professional behavior from the gentleman. Maybe learn German first, then you'll be able to understand it. We won't eat any more in Allschwil, we'd rather drive 15 minutes to another McDonald's.

This is the second time I've ordered there and the food wasn't even fresh, it was just old. I can't recommend it and the fact that the food wasn't even good gave me food poisoning. The fries and Mc Chicken were cold and solid, like it had been sitting there for a while. I've also ordered from other branches but I haven't gotten food this old anywhere. Never again!

Very good and fast service for drive through. Have been multiple times to McDonalds. Staff is helpful and quick to respond. Parking is really spacious.

Burgers are not always the same and sometimes people forget to put something on them in the drive-thru (bacon), but 95% of them are very good, friendly staff at the front, but they change very often.

Tables disgustingly dirty. Bought with the discount app and wanted to pay in cash but the employee entered the normal price without a discount. Cream for coffee is missing. Stomach pain because of eating.

The kitchen workers are terrible. All sandwiches are fallen apart. From the Mc chicken all salad was apart, cheese burger cheese was out of the sandwich completely. However, the cleaning staff are super nice and helpful.

On June 23rd I went there with colleagues at lunchtime and ordered a Mcchicken menu. My colleagues' orders arrived normally, but mine didn't. After a while a woman came with a Mcchicken menu, but not mine. I had a Sprite and a sweet and sour sauce but there was apple spritzer and ketchup on it. I said it wasn't mine and she left again. After a while I went in to say that it still hadn't arrived. She looked at my note and said that it was entered incorrectly, I said that I didn't do that, the worker did. She was rude, almost yelled at me, but still made it seem like I had made a mistake. I don't accept this kind of behavior and I'm not at all satisfied. So cheeky…..

They put fewer drinks on the average menu, less than normal, that sounds like cheating to me.

I ordered 2 Macflury ice creams, 1x maxi, 1x normal. I had 1/2 portion in the cup with Maxi and 1/3 with normal. Topping is zero. When I complained, I was told by a very unfriendly lady who explained to me that the employees were giving out portions that were too large anyway, as they were now following the instructions Weight can be measured. It's a shame, because the ice cream is great but the price is a disgrace.

Swiss McDonald's where cardboard boxes still exist, compared to France. It was to our greatest happiness, it is more hygienic and practical. It was good. Lots of people, and lots of traffic but we're in the city!

Basically, I love McDo's and this is one of my favorite locations, but I should really stop eating at McDo's because, and this is a problem with all McDo's, not just this one: the lids don't lift! They don't stay on it. I've already spilled a Coke on myself (I drank it without a Rörli through the small opening because I wasn't given one) and stupidly twice in the car! Once just on the floor, because I was hoping it would be safer on the floor, and once on the seat and across the floor, everything was full. I would say all the car cleaning will certainly do more harm to the environment than if you had prevented it with a good lid and buying new clothes is certainly more harmful than a plastic lid, something you could have easily prevented. I have also seen several times how the poor employees spill the drinks that they are supposed to bring to the tables. Sometimes they throw everything away along with wet food and put 50 strange strips on the floor to vacuum up. (Instead of cloths they have special giant stripes). 2 kilos of cloths can't seriously be more ecological than a good lid???? In the restaurant itself they don't use lids at all and then throw away 5 good (but wet) burgers just because the management prohibits virtual signals and plastic lids. It certainly helps the environment. Planning 15 minutes of working time every hour just for cleaning is brilliant.

After my colleague ordered a Big Mac without cucumbers, he received a packaged Big Mac that said “without cucumbers”. After opening the box, we found not only 2 but 3 cucumbers. Then we looked up and found a cucumber stuck to the ceiling. We tried to make the employees aware of it but they shouted at us and insulted us several times. After this incident, I will definitely not visit a Mcdonalds in Allschwil again

When ordering menus here, I usually take frappe as a drink. It came to my attention that despite regular (medium), the drink weights quite light, definitely not 400g as stated on the bill, as well what McDonald's website says. So I checked the weight at home and found out that together with the cup drink weights 320g. Today I ordered the same menu as always, frappe was yet again light. Asked McDonald's employee to weight it for me, first he refused but in the end he brought scale. He was very confident until the moment weight scale showed 325g. He filled up to 400g without a word. No sorry, no nothing. Then he continue to discuss to fellow employees with disregard to me, that I dared to question the service. What's up McDonald's?

Something goes wrong with every Mc Drive order. I order a veggie burger and get it with meat, iced tea instead of cola and today a complete burger was missing (unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home and that's very annoying). There are hardly any napkins anymore. When I asked for the receipt, the employee at the Mc Drive counter had to dig the crumpled receipt out of the trash. The Mc Drive counter is regularly staffed by inexperienced employees and is therefore laborious from taking the order to handing out the food. Please improve this. The print head in the thermal printer needs to be replaced and the receipt is no longer readable.

Unfortunately, something is wrong with every MC Drive order. Order vegiburger and get the one with meat, my daughter ordered spicy chicken nuggets today but received an MC chicken. Almost every time some sauce is missing, etc. etc. The disappointment is great every time you unpack the bag at home.

Allschwiler Filliale - Drive-In is very unfriendly, incomprehensible and annoyed reception. Cheeseburger in Happy Meal had a soapy aftertaste. With the 9er Chicken Mc Nuggets you only get sauce once. The drinks were still missing straws. Be sure to check the orders. Employees often tend to forget things. The McDonald's restaurant in Allschwil doesn't even deserve ONE star.

The boss is very stressed and completely overwhelmed every time she visits. This time she was also disrespectful and made me wait 15 minutes just to take the order for a Mcflurry, in the end my colleague did it. When I asked her if I could order a Mcflurry she said irritably: Do you want a lid for your drink again or what? (😂?) You have to wait a moment.. Before she was there it was much better in my opinion, a big negative for the restaurant.

I have received incorrect orders several times. Received instead of Maxi Small or ordered MC Flury with extra chocolate today and hardly any ragusa in it, let alone chocolate sauce which I ordered separately and paid for accordingly. I don't have enough to order from Allschwil anymore.

That's probably crazy. I'm in a McDonalds and I'm very disappointed several times. My drink had no lid and there was a dead fly in my Big Mac. There was also a disgusting and sticky substance under my table.

Big Tasty ordered without bacon and comes with bacon. The cardboard box was completely broken as if it had been stepped on. The burger too.

After several phone calls, I officially give up. I just want a Bigtasty without bacon, I drive back to the store and see the ugliest, most misshapen burger of my life. The burger looked like Burak Yilmaz had used it to score the penalty. I couldn't eat the burger but gave it to my work colleague and even the complainant even though I had paid. Apparently the meat was already cold and the burger itself was very old. And that even though the drive between Mcdonalds and the store takes less than 2 minutes, even according to Google Maps... Poor branch management When I see the last few recessions, I'm only one of the thousands who were able to experience such a catastrophe. Please do the same as in Russia, just close Mcdonalds. Thanks

MC-Donald is always good..that we know..but for some reason this particular branch often forgets to pack some item when ordering take away or drive thru..today it happened again, fries missing in one of the 2 Happy meals..my 8yrd old was choked..bummer..who has the time or wants to un-pack and check an order after it been put in one of those big paper bag's they use..only after getting home does one see oh yeah,,"where's my apple pie"? or, "they forget the 4 nuggets" etc etc..again, it's only at this location it happens..wierd and annoying

At 2x happy meal the cheeseburger was not delivered, I call alschwil mc, I told the gentleman in charge at 9:40 p.m. October 8th, 2021 receipt number 034 that there were 2 cheeseburgers missing and wanted to get that too since I also paid for it, He wanted to sell me vouchers and not deliver the burgers, really cheeky, I explained to him that they were for my children, aged 9 and 10, but the man had no understanding and according to the phone conversation, he wasn't interested at all, how heartless can be the mc alswil. Summary: Place your order verbally (to take away), a burger is definitely missing. After several attempts, I came up with a new tactic: write a note with all the items and hand it in when ordering. The nice lady at the checkout types everything in, the colleagues pack it up and what do you notice when you get home: a burger was charged for but not packed. Dear managers of the Allschwil branch, I hope that with the financial contribution of all my previous, incomplete orders I can contribute to sustainably improving the training of the employees!! Since I can't think of a better strategy to get a complete order (I'm probably not allowed to pack it myself), I turn to the competition in the few moments I have a craving for fast food. Just collected my order from drive through and I must say very disappointed 😞 I clearly mentioned no meat burger yet the burger had beef in it. Plus the fries were cold! What's happening there?

I have known this place since my children were little, today the mallor is 29 years old, times change is normal, but sometimes I am with my wife because it seems like a quiet and cozy place, I like it👍

The usual with usual quality. Vegetarian burger was a bit dry in consistency. Service friendly and professional.
