My favorite Starbucks in Geneva. The whole team is adorable, smiling and efficient. This is the best chai latte in my opinion. It’s a place that feels good!

Coffees way too expensive and honestly, too sweet! The snacks are very good though.

The weakest cappuccino I have ever tasted, like drinking hot milk😳

Honestly, the chain has never driven me crazy, I don't find any attraction in it, from any point of view, taste, prices or variety; But I repeat, it's still my humble opinion. I prefer a good cappuccino in a boulangerie with something fresh to satisfy and tease my palate.

By far the best Starbucks in Geneva! The staff is very pleasant and smiling, the drinks are always made very well and quickly and the chairs are very comfortable. Only small problem: the tables are not always clean, but just report it to one of the baristas and your table will be quickly cleaned. Thanks to the whole team !

It is Friday, November 18. We arrived in front of the Starbucks at 8:30 p.m. it was closed early!! Unacceptable, there's no point in setting schedules if you don't respect them.

Early opening than usual for your morning latte

Great place to chill out or work for a bit with a perfect coffee and some bites, wifi available and the staff is friendly, most of them can speak English and some of them Spanish or maybe more languages. Hope you enjoy the place. If you are living here, use the Starbucks app to get free coffee for points and some gifts on special occasions!

Always delicious and good environment. My only complaint is the high prices, but this is Starbucks standards and i don't think they ever going to take the price down.

Very quiet place for a cappuccino break - cinnamon roll 😉. Very friendly and professional staff who take care of the customers (especially with a stroller which was min xas). I highly recommend this Starbucks

I went to buy coffee today and this tattooed guy has no respect for the customers, I had to wait until he finished talking nonsense with his colleagues and then he made me coffee, I think you should be more careful in hiring staff 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The place is ok. However I don’t get why they don’t turn on the air conditioner with the wave of heat we are suffering these days…. Probably the first Starbucks I got into without this service… the rest as usual.

The staff are always lovely and efficient and the room is very pleasant and ideal for working (many sockets + lots of space + music not too loud).

I recently visited Starbucks Plainpalais and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Santiago. Right from the start, there was a mix-up with my order, where I asked for a cookie and a Strawberry frappuccino. Unfortunately, Santiago misunderstood me and continued to insist that I ordered two smoothies, when I just wanted a frappuccino. Instead of showing understanding and resolving the problem, Santiago displayed an annoyed behavior and started blaming me for the confusion. I clearly explained to him that there had been an error on his part and that I wanted to correct the order, but he did not show professionalism... I do not recommend this seller. Sincerely! (ps: I don't often comment, but on this occasion I feel obliged.)

Still very good, but the service leaves something to be desired depending on the team present that day. My order forgotten. Ordered a caramel frappucino, the worst I have ever tasted in my life. Review your dosages. There was absolutely no flavor. At this price it is unacceptable.

I put one star because you can't put less. Servers in the west, too focused on chatting and being on the phone. We ask for drinks to be consumed on site, we are just given the drinks, not even trays or spoons and what's more, they have the wrong tea bag....No professionalism and no friendliness.

Be careful, we ask for 1 chocolate almond and a normal cappuccino and we receive 1 hot chocolate milk and an almond cappu and we throw both away and we lost 15 balls because it was when we arrived at the office that we left. notices. Check everything. Repeat everything. And check again...

In freezing weather we discovered this American channel. The welcome was most warm. We were looking for our route and we were given information. We saw the packaging of the coffee, apparently no difference between the coffees offered. t. Otherwise to put your eyes on it. In short, the coffee is sorry to say frankly "disgusting" I do not recommend this chain at all. For the same price in a bistro in Annemasse we had 3 hot chocolates with sugar and speculoos! As for the pastries, I haven’t tasted them, it’s true. Portions are reduced and you will pay double the normal price. In summary, a monumental scam that I have rarely seen before! TO FLEE ! Otherwise to ask for directions.

Best cheesecake in Geneva. This Starbucks is always busy. Even sitting outside here is not very relaxing due to its location next to a busy road but as it's close to the park you can enjoy your coffee in a more relaxing location at Parc des Bastions.

Coffee was really bad. Hopefully a one-off miss, but for 6 euros per cup not really something to be happy about.

I order croissants which I suppose must have been in the oven, instead of telling me no or making me wait 5 to 10 minutes they gave me frozen croissants inside, so I will tell them, they collect my 2 plates and come back later with the same overcooked croissants this time...

Very unpleasant service, we asked a few questions because we never come, we were told several times “what do you want” and then “I have a few people”, making us understand that there is no time to ask any questions. Scandalous for a company of this magnitude in my opinion.

The person (female / short / dark hair) is so unpleasant, so impolite. She made customers feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was literally yelling at me when taking my order, then proceeded to literally threw my pastry across the counter. After that I watched her yelling at another client who doesnt speak French “NAME! NAME!!!!”. No please, absolutely no manners. I won’t be going back if she is behind the counter. Get some training on customer service. This ruined my morning mood.

Terrible wifi. Was unable to sync my photos (a 100 or so) to google in 2 hours. It kept disconnecting.

Right next to the Plainpalais station, and that's the best thing about the place. The place was not too crowded, and yet the coffee was without taste. Ordered iced latte and basically, drank water with ice. Weird employees, they ask for your name, but it is not written anywhere on the cup or the sleeve. Tall iced latte 6.20 CHF. Would recommend drinking coffee at some other local place instead.

My order was good. We even had extra capsules. Slight additional wait because they made a mistake in the order.

To begin with, Starbucks are Starbucks... I mean for the price that was a bit high, for those that don't visit often this company. The Standard of their Coffee quality is what I like most!!! They provide a good coffee taste and combined with a good company (friends, colleagues, wife, husband etc.) makes it perfect. !! Another plus for the Starbucks is the free internet they provide, thus the fact that many people go there to enjoy their coffee and at the same time sometimes work.. Lastly but not least, the service people are always in a good mood and that's something that I like seeing as a customer, knowing that these people like what they do and their time is also spent at minimum, enjoyable. Summing up 5/5 ⭐ from me for Starbucks for their Coffee quality, for their environment and cleanliness and of course for the people that make your coffee and most of the times your mood as well 😎

Ventured into one of the Geneva Starbucks....I confirm it's just not my place. Didn't think much of their regular (and quite bitter) coffee, nor was I impressed with the (yes appetizing looking) apple tart.... Sorry !

Nice but the names of cakes noted on the application apparently do not correspond to what is noted in Starbucks. There are often a lot of people so wait outside.

The opening hours do not conform to what is indicated on the internet. Don't go out early in the morning, at the risk of finding yourself in front of a closed sign...

What a lovely Starbucks, I'm in Geneva on hols don't speak much French and a lovely guy working in Starbucks helped me out in excellent English he couldn't do enough to help, deserves employee of the year.

Starbucks is one of my favorite franchises, unfortunately the one in Plainpalais has terrible staff. They are arrogant, put pressure on customers to ship the order and they don't know the drinks menu properly. If possible, I try to go to a different Starbucks.

Incredible Starbucks, when it's not the 2 incompetent guys who work there. Don't try to ask them anything, they won't listen to you. They talk among themselves. And when you manage to make yourself heard, they laugh at you.... Otherwise, the girls who work there are very professional

The cheapest coffees in Geneva!

The quality of the products is correct, but the price seems expensive for what it is, therefore average in terms of quality/price ratio. Regarding the premises, it has two disadvantages: firstly, it is not air-conditioned, which means that you feel the heat there in summer, and secondly, the acoustics are average, which means that it is difficult to hear each other due to discussions and other noises from other consumers.

Not a bad Starbucks in terms of location, interior design and service. But it felt like more I am in a coffee shop inside a university. It felt like a open library work space area. Not many seats left for enjoying a coffee because of the students working and occupying the place. The taste of the oat milk cappuccino was good and the waffle was heated and nice too. Place to recommend if you are close by.

Standard starbucks shop in central city location. Has plenty of space at the ground floor and in basement. Staff was friendly and spoke in English, which is not always the case in Geneva. Prices are standard for Geneva, we got large pumpkin spice latte for almost 9 francs. It would be great to have seats upstairs to get a view of plainpalais.

The staff is welcoming, but the place is too noisy and expensive...
