McDonald’s in Zürich

Service was awesome! There was music playing and three friends and I danced a bit while ordering, and the waiter responded straight away. What was awesome, when I asked for a song, Bob Marley was playing and everyone was in a good mood! It's just awesome, please keep this good climate going and I'll be happy to come back despite the high prices.

Stumbled upon this McDonald's while exploring Zurich and what a pleasant surprise it was! Had a fantastic time at this McDonald's! Friendly staff, spotless environment, and delicious food. Highly recommend for a quick bite or catch-up with friends.

Easy access and they are friendly in the Service, very central. You can eat outside, downstairs and upstairs.

For the most people it's a normal take away, but i just had a 4/5 good experience, i kind of had to wait a little bit long, but McDonalds in general never really disappoints :)

The mc is so dirty every table has crumbs or messes just disgusting and unfriendly. We ordered food after 30 minutes and the food still didn't come. Then we were told that our order had been deleted. In the end we didn't have time to eat anymore.

Strong smell from one customer, which is why the place had to be left. The staff tried several times to send this customer out, but unfortunately to no avail. It also often happened that a woman begged the visitors for money. The staff is friendly but the atmosphere is ruined by such customers. I will have to avoid visiting this branch in the future.

Finally found a chain store where the customer is king again. The double cheese I ordered without cucumber (came with cucumber) was exchanged by the nice boss without any problem and with a smile.

The “Mäc” on Löwenstrasse is the newest branch in the city of Zurich. It replaced the old branch on Pestalozzi-Wiese. The new one is very modern and actually only runs with EasyOrder. There are these terminals on the ground floor, as well as an order counter and a pick-up counter. There are tables for eating outside in front of the entrance and upstairs on the 1st floor. There are more in the basement, but this is usually closed in the evenings.

Had a mental breakdown here, and an employee comforted me :)

To be honest, Mcdonalds is too expensive for me and the burgers are too small. Nowadays you can go to any other burger resti burger master holy cow union diner for the prices.

The chicken wasn't so great but I had a good dinner

Saturday at 4 a.m. Milica and Inna, my friends and I served and made our evening (morning). We were in extraordinary circumstances and the two of them were still very friendly and loving to us. I would go to this mc again at any time just for the two of them. A true love story

When the order was delivered with Uber Eats, 3 burgers were missing - no refund received if the order value was over CHF 100!!!

The coffee was delicious but there is a complete lack of additional flavours and toppings :( Not to mention lack of milk alternatives for those who are intolerant.

The employee must respect everyone without being racist. When I asked her, “Is chicken forbidden or halal?” she answered me sarcastically and told me, “You are in Switzerland.” She kept looking at me in amazement and saying, “We do not have anything halal here.”, I felt uncomfortable with her words and looks at me, This is McDonald's, and not everyone knows that you do not have halal chicken. You should be aware that you will face such questions from Muslim tourists. It is assumed that you are not surprised by such a question.👎🏻

Dear McDonald's team, I am surprised and disappointed that during my last visit to an almost empty restaurant I was forbidden to bring my small e-scooter with me, even though no one was sitting at the next tables and the scooter was in no way a problem. Incident happened while I was already eating. Very rudely asked to take the e-scooter outside. Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. I hope that such incidents can be avoided in the future.

Just eat Maccas. It was 2 in the morning and there was almost no one in the restaurant, but they still managed to forget my drink and it was to go so it was already too late by the time I checked. Deep even for McDonalds.

I order a tea Order #289 08/28/2023 and at about 10:34am a female Spanish speaking cashier instead of passing me a spoon or stirrer for my tea which only takes one or two seconds instead took the order of another Spanish speaking customer and took her time.

I've never experienced a dirty McDonald's! Even though it's 11 a.m. The food wasn't warm. The waitress was unfriendly to me. I mixed up the number I called and the gentleman got rude and told me to look upstairs for the number. F*** y**

Friendly staff and security. Oh, they are very fast. I always enjoy coming here more than the others. :) it's just a shame last time my potatoes were cold, so they weren't freshly made but just wrapped up.

Horrible experience with my order and the manager. When I was waiting for my meal, someone entered the place and got it in front of me. I tried to alert the employee and he asked me to show my receipt. When I did it her took it out and went inside the kitchen. I though he was asking someone to make a new meal for me. (I don’t speak German). After 30 minutes waiting, I tryed to ask again about my food. The manager suddenly appears and tell me he wouldn’t give me new food, because I should pay attention. I said that I was waiting in from on the order place the whole time, and before I could explain better he started yelling at me in German. I could not believe how rude he was. Even the employees around him felt uncomfortable about it. It was very humiliating and frustrating for me. After yelling her just left me there, and a employee very kindly told me he was sorry about the situation and he said he would prepare me the food. I left the place really frustrated and ashamed for this humiliation. It was really unfair. I will never go back there and I really DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy food in this place. I never got the manager name, but he is he is tall, blond and very thin. Hope I never see this person again.
