McDonald’s in Gland

Second time we go to drink a cappuccino! 2x it's cold! Served after 13 min from the time of order. The staff gladly did it again for us. It’s a shame to have to ask for 2 services. And a Sunday that waits 13 minutes... I'll let you imagine what it looks like. Not sure I’ll come back…

I think we are at the worst McDonald's in Switzerland, there has not been a time when I have been and waited less than 20 minutes, and today more than 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting!!! I was informed that I had not received my order after 35 minutes of waiting, I was told that it was going to happen, I am going back after 1 hour of waiting and I have to start the order again! I finally received it after no less than 1 hour 10 minutes of waiting. Big organizational problem to be resolved urgently! In summary: go to Nyon :)

2 trips to the drive-thru, the 1st missing the desserts when returning to collect them, no compensation. And new experience today and all the sauces are missing…. Edit 03/25 - 3rd attempt - drive-thru order using the smartphone app. For 5 people around 60.- I arrive at the terminal the operator makes me wait a good 5 minutes and sends a car that has just arrived through when it is available again. Arriving at the counter, I am handed a bag with a menu; I point out to the colleague that this is not my order. I am asked to go to the waiting area further away. A good 10 minutes to find my order while I give the number which is recorded on my mobile. We come back and apologize several times, obviously the car that overtook me left with my order... Another 15 minutes of waiting to collect my order which must be re-prepared. Fortunately, compensation in the form of fries and apple turnovers were added to my order.

Very poor service, waiting time over 30 min. In a fast food restaurant it is not acceptable!

Slow food... +30 minutes to order. + 20 minutes to receive the order. You better go to Nyon.

Sarurday evening we decided to get something through the mcDrive because we were in a hurry and thought it would be more quick. Huge mistake, waited almost 1 hour in the line. If you cannot support a mcDrive, do not offer it. We would be done much faster if we just parked and went to take it in the store

Fries never good, you often have to ask for others. Burger often dry, the meat hangs too long in the finisher drawer. On the other hand, the staff are very polite and pleasant. Impeccable service. Conclusion not great the quality of the food served but on the other hand in case of problem they listen and act accordingly. I have returned since this comment, the burger is in very good condition, thank you for taking my comment into account.

A McDonald's like any other. Fast, efficient and good. Parking available. It's a shame that GoFast charging stations are missing like in several other McDonalds, let's hope that happens, especially since there is room to install them.

The staff is smiling and friendly but often lacks the additional sauces requested and paid for at the drive-thru. It's annoying to have to check the order every time.

I come to MC Do de Gland because in Nyon, they constantly forget a few things and bad luck in Gland it's not any better. Please check your order carefully at the drive-thru. Every time my order is incomplete

Nice modern-looking maccas, where they really uphold the standards; food was all hot (which I find is rare in outlets in Geneva), everything was perfectly cooked (which I find is rare in outlets in France), and table service was lightening fast.

Today I made a take-out order, and some food was missing, does that mean if I wanted it to be missing I would have to eat the rest cold? Not to mention the first time I ate there with my family, the same story he didn't even send half of the things, I had to ask to serve the rest and we didn't all eat at the same time, that leaves a lot as desired. I will continue going to BK, better quality meat and at least nothing is missing

I often stop to eat, but as usual there are always problems with order preparation, often I receive orders that are not mine and often the sandwiches are not those ordered and often the bacon is not mine. 's not there. every time you have to go back to change the sandwiches. It's better to change McDonald's
