Sooooo cheeky and disrespectful employee Time spent 15 minutes looking at our table until the ice cream was completely melted. When I called out, there was no response and instead of apologizing, I responded so cheekily and aggressively. Never go there again.

We ordered McFlurry but it was like frappe and we told an employee and this woman reacted so aggressively 😡and she said “that's normal”😐.

Food prepared quite poorly. Citizens look like they've hit the wall. Fries soft and soggy, salt a foreign word. It's a shame, it could definitely be better. Restaurant has been beautifully remodeled.

Very bad service, expected more. Most employees just wanted to have an unnecessary discussion because the receipt didn't match the other number. My break was unnecessarily wasted and the food was cold and the frape wasn't even edible. However, I got my food. Still very disappointed.

I would like to complain to you about an unpleasant experience during our visit to your branch. We duly paid and were on our break when we tried to collect our order. Unfortunately, we encountered problems as your employees were unable to verify their own receipts. The resulting long discussion resulted in my Frappé melting and becoming unpalatable. Our break was unnecessarily compromised. Although we ultimately received our order, the process was fraught with unnecessary hassle. We even showed how we paid.

Ice cream with 🍓 flavor and extra liquid chocolate ordered... chocolate was hidden under the ice cream instead of thrown on top... very practical, like truck drivers, but without any knowledge of restaurant ingredients!!! Toy with Happy Meal: only 1 variety, color: pink! ...apart from whether it's a boy or a girl, upon request for an exchange... the remaining varieties have been exhausted! …Craziness!!! ...accordingly from experience I do not recommend the Mc Donald Glatt in Wallisellen as a 5 star “restaurant” because 1 star is too much!!!

Since reopening, this restaurant, with new staff, has been incredibly unfriendly Prepared for food: if a woman was extremely sick with a cough, I would be happy if you wore the mask 😷 or washed your hands and disinfected your hands. The burger bread is black brown and the chicken is too hard and not cooked properly. Never come back again... As I have seen, there are a lot of McDonald's surroundings, there are always bad employees at work, no good German, no respect, just annoyed by customers, just sad..

Totally overcrowded. Staff slow and unfriendly. Worst McDonald's far and wide, no longer recommended since the renovation. After waiting 30 minutes we left without eating. Don't know if the burger ever came to the table.

Since reopening this restaurant, with new staff, I will no longer be able to recommend it. The food was cold for the umpteenth time, the fries 🍟 were soggy. Coffee waiting time: 20 minutes, even though there were almost no guests present. The staff was discussing behind the counter... Up until now we have been there 2-3 times a week. A pity.

I just think it's a shame that I ordered the Big Tasty medium fries from you via Uber earlier, about 70% as with Small, the additional fries weren't fried long enough, the additional Royalburger was simply thrown into the packaging. I can't put it any other way

Otherwise the food is always good. The atmosphere is good. But the lady at the counter who prepares the orders made my food wait on the side for 8 minutes (not just mine) and first greeted her family and her son named Aria. She preferred her husband's order The one that had just arrived. Burgers that were 8 minutes old; chicken nuggets and wings and fries are no longer good (it's a shame about the 42 francs). It's a shame that McDonald's scares off customers so much. I've been there often but I'm sure not like that anymore.

Had a nice and quiet breakfast with the family. It helped that we were one of the first customers on a Sunday. The breakfast menu was quite nice and washroom very clean.

This McDonald's in the Glattzentrum is always quite full. Nevertheless, even 'on-site service' works quite quickly. Staff friendly.

Chaotic conditions at midday. Waited 20 minutes for food. By “fast food” we mean something different. Burgers were cold. Fries cold and without salt. Ambience great. Outside you sit on a parking lot, inside there is no daylight. All in all a failure.

Shift leader Bina is very unfriendly! Snatched the tickets with the order number out of my hand and started typing something on the cash register without telling me what she was doing. Totally cheeky treatment! Then I'm supposed to pay for 3 drinks separately, even though I just wanted to ask why my children haven't gotten their drinks yet even though the guests after them had already received the menus. She didn't listen at all, but asked me to stand on the side until the order number was called. When we got our three drinks after 10 minutes, I asked for straws. She said they were only for children! But my children didn't get a straw either. What a cheeky staff! Never again! Every franc left there is too much! A question for all the incompetent McDonalds managers: isn't McDonalds primarily intended for children? Why are my children (sometimes also me) treated like pigs in the branches?! Winterthur, Wallisellen, Glattzentrum... Is that a company code?

The “Mäc” in the Glatt. The Glattzentrum has a direct entrance to the McDonald's branch on the top parking level. This is why it is almost always open, even late in the evening and on Sundays when it is closed. When the weather is nice and warm, the terrace on the parking deck is really great!

A classic nothing new always welcomed

04/20/23 4.15pm Pretty bad experience. I ordered a sandwich from which I had removed some ingredients, the latter arrived with everything I didn't want, however the problem is that the cashiers/waitresses except one of them (who tried to be available even though the colleges didn't allow it) not believing what I had told them, they decided to control him in an arrogant and listless way, which in my opinion was not appropriate. (YOU CAN SMELL THE INGREDIENTS!). Furthermore, a person (I assume one of them) entered the kitchen, wearing outdoor clothes, which shows us that hygiene is another negative point. To conclude, I can only advise the cashiers at this fast food restaurant to be slightly more encouraged and less arrogant in doing their job.

There are always a lot of people

Very easy ordering: 2x coffee (1x with, 1x without sugar) - Didn't work, sugar was missing. 2x Sundae (1x with extra topping in addition to the normal topping, 1x Nature) - Didn't work, extra topping was missing. A spoon was forgotten at one sundae and the sundae was already half melted. It took a good 10 minutes from order to delivery to the table. Rather something more. If such a simple order goes wrong, I don't want to know what will happen if I order a whole menu. It didn't convince me.

Great burgers, was a little busy when I was there.

Fast service, but far too loud and crowded.

Hamburger just cold and terribly bland. Food like it came from a 3D printer. It's not just freshly made, the meat is just kept warm for a long time. A guy, go to McDonalds Winterthur Grüzefeldstrasse, it's a real MC who grills the meat fresh, you taste it and love it. The kitchen has no food containers. As before! What should you do at McDonalds, I think they know exactly what the problem is. It's not about the products, but rather the meat is no longer fresh from the grill.

Food was great. Had Fish burger meals. Service is too slow. Tables are super dirty.

Really loved the coffee... First time got coffee in actual glass and ceramic mugs... And not in the disposable ones.... Nice ambience and sitting arrangement!!

On January 21st, 2023 we celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday in McDonald's Glattzentrum. There can be no question of a celebration, the children were more disappointed than ever before. According to McDonald's, the children were supposed to dress up according to the chosen theme, games were supposed to be played and the children were supposed to be animated, but none of this happened. The children went into the narrow room where our daughter was almost claustrophobic, she said the room was too narrow for her, which is true. The children were seated, had a few colored pencils and were allowed to paint. Two entertainers were standing around sharpening their colored pencils; you could see that the children were very bored. My daughter finally told me, "Daddy please don't go to McDonald's next year, I didn't have any fun." Of course it hurts to hear that from your own child. You can't make up for that, it is and remains the memory of her 5th birthday. There are much better birthday events out there, so we advise everyone to celebrate their birthday from there. There are two stars only because the colored pencils were sharpened.

Fries could have been a bit hotter but the homestyle chicken mustard bacon burger was very good! Easy parking!

1/19/23 Chicken tenders ordered via ubereats. Hard as a rock, reddish brown inside and ugly taste! Were they from the day before? How can you still sell something like that? Danger of food poisoning. Unfortunately not the first time that Mc Glatt has delivered such poor quality. Dietlikon is much fresher!

Tried it again this afternoon after a year. Conclusion: It has become much more expensive. Fries almost cold and soggy. Big Tasty was just lukewarm, much smaller compared to before, especially the roll. Absolutely not okay for the price, sorry. Diarrhea in the evening, strange... definitely the flu *irony off* 0 stars.

I've never had such a bad meal at McDonalds. Burger lukewarm and limp. Certainly not freshly prepared. Fries cold and also limp. Mineral water tip top. 1 star for that.

I went to this McDonald's since in their app it explicitly says that there is the Playland area. That was not the case, and my visit was rather short due to this. I would recommend to update the content of the app since it will mislead parents who rely on this area for their children.

Very poor communication between employees/supervisors. My burger was cold....The answer was...., that's just the way it is on Saturdays because there are so many guests. My kid's burger was hot, mine wasn't! After a long discussion I finally got my burger, unfortunately it wasn't any different from the first! Due to the behavior of the employees and supervisors, we will no longer visit this branch.

We do not offer children's birthday parties. You have to go to Zurich or Uster specifically for this.

We ordered to our place using the app. There was one portion of fries too few. The - really friendly - service immediately brought a new portion. Unfortunately also lukewarm. Otherwise it's a pleasant branch.

Dirty. Tables are cleaned in a way that the grease is just smudged around the table. Grease oily marks on the chairs and sofas. Overpriced. You can get much better food and service and cleanliness at other places. Won't be coming to this McDonald's again soon. Fries had no salt on them. Burger had no taste, not enough sauce. All tasted almost like cardboard. I know what to expect from McDonald's and I know it's fast food but this time it was probably the worst visit to McDonald's in my life.

When I wanted to sit at the table, it was covered with ketsup sauce and a salad leaf, unfortunately it continued under the table, there were chips everywhere so that I even had them under my shoes, really unpleasant.. unfortunately the burger wasn't warm The cheese wasn't melted either. I understand being busy but stress or not, there shouldn't be a lack of quality and cleanliness.

Very very bad. I ordered a cafe and a sweet supposed to be served to my table but in thsi Macdoo I waited more than 20 min but I didn't get my order. I wento to them and I said that I need to go I need a refund. First, they said someone get the order instead of me, then they said that I was absent, 2 lies at the same time they change for many versions. I ask them to proove that if they have cameras. Then they bring to me a cold Cappicino and they said they cannot refund me! I loose my time in this very crowded restaurant. Avoid it for a good weekend

Already after opening the burger box I was more than disappointed. The first bite confirmed the first impression. Carelessly prepared, lukewarm and soggy fries. Of course, all of this at an absurd price. This was the last time I gave this company a chance. In my opinion, more than a coffee or something to drink is not recommended - but even that will be overpriced. Thank you very much and never see you again.

I order a ketchup and the system delivery me a BBQ sauce. I tried to change and wasn't possible. I return the sauce and the employee she throw the sauce in the trash. Above milioni people die, because they don't have enough to eat and McDonald's throw the the food in the trash. The food is starting to become to expensive.

Very unfriendly staff. The burger was ice cold, I ordered it at the terminal with other things at 7:04 p.m. at 7:15 p.m. it was brought to the table. At 7:20 p.m. I went to the checkout to ask if I could get a warm burger. The answer was True, they've had it at the table for 15 minutes and it's getting cold, my calculation doesn't quite add up to the true 5 minutes.
