Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired

We were only here to buy a Starbucks cup from Zurich. Unfortunately we had to wait in line for a very long time.

This place is inside Glattzentrum. It can get very busy. Highly recommended 👍🏽 😀

Always very relaxed in the morning

Cozy place to sit down and have a coffee with friends, or bring a laptop and get some work done

Use the app. It's always super busy and there's normally a long queue. If you use the app it feels almost unfair, as you just get your drink straight away and skip the long wait. Would be a bit nicer if there's less people but not much they can do. Normally can just about find somewhere to sit. Coffee tastes good enough.

Very Kind and super welcoming employees!! Everything is super, except the the fact that for example a brownie as a dessert tastes normal, but the price is a bit much for a single brownie. :>

This Starbucks branch is the most friendly with the best service and nice selection of their beans and mugs

I've ordered Frappuccino Caramel a few times and each time it has no taste. It's really the worst Starbucks in Zurich

“Sinan,” who was working at the checkout there this afternoon, aggressively pushed the receipt into my injured hand (visible because it has a splint on it). Because I asked his employee where I could see the staff discount on the receipt.

Never again, dogs barking extremely loudly, impossible to have a normal conversation, never again in my life will I enter a Starbucks unless the staff intervenes when dogs are fighting.

In my humble opinion this is spot on the best Starbucks in Switzerland. The staff is extremely friendly and polite and the coffee has always been just like I ordered it in the app and one time when there was a mistake done they rectified it immediately and even offered me to take the wrong beverage free of charge. I personally see the long cue especially during peak hours too but to be honest I don’t get why people actually get in line there anyway, except if you are just getting a coffee there once a year or so. If you are a free Starbucks member, then you can easily order your beverage via their app and personalise down to the smallest detail. There are details that you can personalise that I didn’t even know about despite having been going there and to Starbucks worldwide for years and years. Using the app saves you so much time. I used to go to the stores at the airport frequently but ever since they have become Franchise owned, their service has deteriorated in my opinion. This actually convinced me to frequently take the detour and use the store at the Glatt because most of the great original airport staff (e.g. Anne) actually jumped the ship and now work at the Glatt. And Thx to the app I usually preorder my drink when I park in the Glatt garage or on the top deck next to the McD. And once I get to the store I can swoop in, grab the coffee and be back at my car within less than five minutes, even during the busiest rush hour traffic there. Actually been there today and the barista (I think her name was Lara) even seemed to remember me despite me only going there once every week or two. In me they certainly have a happy customer who will keep on coming back.

Always ok so far. Waiting times are sometimes long, but it always works if you order in advance and you can avoid that

They don't let anyone in five minutes before closing time! There's a lady standing in front of the entrance. We just wanted to order a donut, to take away of course. Knowing full well that the price of a donut is overpriced. An employee from Asia also wanted to tell me that it was already eight o'clock in the evening. I then showed her my watch... but she still vehemently didn't want to let me in. I also wanted to speak to the store manager...apparently she doesn't have a boss! That was her answer. Ridiculous! Virtually all of the employees were very, very rude, arrogant and cheeky when I tried to complain inside. APPARENTLY STARBUCKS DON'T NEED IT! I definitely will avoid this store in the future.

Long waiting time is a minus point, otherwise a café with lots of space and the usual good Starbucks quality, also delicious snacks 👍🏼

Starbucks is cult. Either you are happy to pay the prices and enjoy the sugar bombs or you are not.

You order twice in a row and receive the wrong things twice... The bad thing here is that you know but don't do anything! System prints labels incorrectly... but nothing is done about it?? Should sell juice instead of coffee stuff. Then it would no longer be Starbucks but a normal juice shop

We ordered a latte macchiato, he asked if it was warm or cold and we said warm. Unfortunately, getting cold isn't the first thing. It's a shame, especially when you're already asking. It's always busy but has enough space for everyone. Nicely decorated with inside and outside seating. From time to time there are unfortunately a little too few conditions and the tables are not always cleared, but overall you can't complain

Allways waiting for a coffee 10 min and a big mess in the shop, not clean. Not sure this is anyhow making sense to pay a overpriced cofee for such a expirience.

For what it offers exorbitant value for money. A breakfast for 4 costs the same as a lunch...

Absolutely unfriendly, she hardly understands you and then the answer is that it's impossible in front of all the guests because she doesn't understand what a coffee cream is and not black. Never here again

Had to wait too long, ordered wrong twice in a row, very minimalistic with the caramel and staff unfriendly.

The coffee house in the Glattzentrum is so dirty, especially the outside area! It would be nice to use the cleaning cloth!!

As always, one place is better than the other, the cheesecake and the cinnamon roll are excellent, highly recommended.

Friendly, prompt staff with a lot of patience despite many customers. To everyone complaining about the prices here: it's normal to pay more than usual at Starbucks. But you know that and if you don't want that, you shouldn't go here.

Beautiful Starbucks branch with plenty of seating and great drinks and food. Particularly clean and inviting. There is a lot going on at the weekend, but all the staff are friendly and helpful. I would love to come back :)
