Good food but the staff was very unfriendly. I have never seen such unfriendly staff

Everything was good and very hot. Even doe the restaurant was full of people the food came in less than 2 minutes after ordering. The best thing that McDonald's made was this big tasty sauce, which is the best and I always say that they should have it. And now they have and it's 10/10

20-03-2024: Dear Mcd! Thx for yr reply on veg burger. Hope yr Veg berger with peas, potatto, carrot is back soon. One more thing. The idea of McCafé is great. But you need to improve somethings. In breakfast option mostly butter and Confitur is missing in restaurant. Croissant is overloaded with butter. Service is nice in thus place. Keep it up. For Yr management; Yr share price will increase by 50% if you focus on these -------- Good place to be at! Would luv if this opens a bit earlier, 10 AM is too late for breakfast! Further, kindly bring back real Vegetarian burger not the plant based one currently offered which feels artificial, earlier u do better.

I have never seen such unfriendly staff. At the checkout I was ignored for minutes even though I was the only one in line. After 5 minutes I'm at the selfautomat. There were hardly any guests in the restaurant but the trash cans were overflowing. When the employee brought me the food, no greetings, no en guete, just nothing, just put it on the table and say goodbye. However, other guests from other cultures are welcomed and served. Cola was not carbonated and stale. I don't eat there anymore.

Always a crowd pleaser and the food is good quality. Nice music was playing, and the food came quickly after ordering.

We actually love this McDonald’s and come here every now and then. But what we found in the food today was just disgusting. There was a dead bee in the food. I will no longer visit this McDonald's from now on.

Just wanted to get a warm eating and good service

You know why you visit a McDonald's restaurant: enjoy a good burger with striped potatoes without much effort!! And you get your money's worth here. Even though the restaurant was crowded, the order was delivered straight to the table a short 2 minutes after payment. The toilets were also exceptionally clean for the high vacancy! The children's playground was well received by our group, so the little ones could also have fun. I am very satisfied and would like to come back if I have the opportunity and thank you to the restaurant team.

Drive through experiene always fun!! Employees singing songs / making jokes. I love it, my favorite mc donalds :D

Unfortunately, there are a lot of guests who don't care that their children throw fries around, spread the ice cream on the table, etc.

The order at the drive-thru was not correct several times and things that had already been paid for were missing, it is incredibly annoying and I wonder why it is not possible to carry out the order correctly in a restaurant that is not very busy!!! Really difficult!!

The McDonald's is ideal for a snack; for small or large hungers. For many people, the food has been known since childhood and/or adolescence. The food is always prepared quickly and freshly; it impresses with its predominantly fresh ingredients. The taste is always the same, which means that women/men know what a Cheeseburger Royal tastes like before eating it. By the way, this burger is my favorite! The fries are of very good quality; Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The promotional weeks for newly created burgers and other snacks are also interesting. The long opening hours, sometimes until after midnight, are very practical; because women/men can quickly satisfy their hunger and thirst. The interior design is almost the same in all McDonald's branches; with neutral colors and lots of light. I'd be happy to come by again...enjoy your meal!

Unfortunately by far the worst MC I know. 3 out of 4 times the food comes out wrong. Last time the dessert was wrong and a completely different burger than what I ordered. That simply shouldn't be the case. If it happened once, then it wouldn't be a problem, but it has happened so often that it led me to give this bad rating.

I had to wait a long time for my chicken wings and was rewarded for the long wait with a portion of apple turnover!!! Such fellow human beings are unique, thank you & it's nice to have them!! The woman has long blonde hair (balayage) Blue shirt and was about 165 - 170 tall Thank you very much for this moment!

Will be very glad to come back again. Food has been very well prepared, tasty and presented in proper way ( not like you can see in some other McDonald‘s restaurants where the salat is on the plate, and not inside the Sandwich itself). Restaurant look’s very clean which make Atmosphere event better (when this is for the Lunch Service it must be presumed that other times are even better ). Service is very fast and friendly. It can been seen that the Management is taking very well and seriously. Keep up the good work !

The maintenance is slowly decreasing! The men's toilet was always half broken. Even after the repair, there was a severe lack of cleanliness on my last visits. If you consider that the toilet is the business card of a restaurant.

Always the same, Big Tastey with bacon? Gladly. Cheeseburger Royal, with bacon? Gladly. Big Mac... could I have it with bacon? Sorry, that doesn't work. Um why the hell can't you just put bacon on the Bigmac when you can put it on the other burgers too?!?! Every time the same! Really bad service!

Ideal for tucking into a hamburger in the early hours of the morning after a long night. The food is always excellent, but that could also be because the water level was quite high on every visit. Service friendly even at 3:00 a.m. The ambience could be a bit cleaner. All in all, highly recommended whether sober or in a party mood.

Slow food. No fast food! Much too long. Do not comply with legal requirements for legitimate “fast food names”. 15 minutes for 2 individual burgers is not acceptable. Check franchisees!

This evening I stopped by and ordered BIG TASTY (small) to take away. I got home and wanted to eat the burger, I saw that it was a BIG MAC. WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!!!!!!!

Not a huge fan of McDonald's but ok for a hangover cure, lots of mistakes done whole compiling the orders, burgers always look like they have been sat on.

Sometimes I wonder if when you sell the burgers you hit them with a forceful fist, making them look so squashed every time...

I ordered chicken wings and ice tea. I got chicken nuggets with dead flies in them. There was a bamboo tube with the iced tea. It was very tasty, not like the chicken nuggets

Very nice and professional staff! If the employee is right, the food is right too. I find the price increase for the Cola from 3.90 to 4.30 a bit excessive, especially since it is diluted.

At 11:05 p.m. the restaurant was suddenly told that the drive-in was closed, even though the website says Mon-Thu opening times until 12:00 a.m.??!! The dear gentleman at the drive in last night, February 14th, 2023, probably needed to get off work early... Otherwise, you'd better change the opening times so we know whether it's open or not.. I come from the catering industry myself, so things are regulated differently.

Remember when you buy something for takeaway at McDonalds Wädenswil at 1:00 a.m. Always check your bag... Absolutely distracted staff who mostly get involved in private conversations and don't make sure that the order is complete. In my case, I only noticed it at home. My beloved apple turnover is missing... Never again McDonalds is unhealthy anyway..

Even on my third visit, nothing to complain about. I don't really like the new interior because the chairs and tables are screwed into place. Less suitable for corpulent people.

Unfortunately I have to correct it. After a few good visits (for McDonald's a good quality), the food today from around 2:30 p.m. was an absolute disaster: Fries were probably in hours old fat The cheese on all of the burgers wasn't melted Nuggets also not crispy... What a shame!

I don't like McDonalds because they deliberately don't want to get Halal certified chicken, even though the majority of their guests are Muslims who take care of the Halal diet!!

Unfortunately, once again a poor performance!! Food lukewarm/cold, parts missing and unfriendly, know-it-all service at the drive counter. (The waitress who was responsible for taking the order on the headset was very friendly) I like the shrimp and when it's "in season" I go through Mc Drive every now and then and order 2-3 packs. I've been there about 6 times this year. Of these 6 times, 4 times these shrimp were soggy or cold! Every time I tell the nice lady that I would like fresh and hot shrimp and that of course I'll wait for your order. I don't know why it doesn't work, but apparently the employees can't or don't want to carry out this order. Then they should say so and I won't order any more, it would be that easy. 5 shrimps for almost 7 francs is a proud price, you should get fresh, hot goods, or am I wrong?? Even with the double cheese with bacon, there was only a simple cheeseburger without bacon... this wasn't the first time either. Of course mistakes can happen, that's not a problem, but with such a high frequency of errors I just had to write about my experiences. Because I am dissatisfied with this performance. The last straw was the service at the drive counter. Since I've already had bad experiences, I checked the shrimps to see if they were fresh. This time too, unfortunately again lukewarm and soggy. When I asked her about it, all she said was, that can't be right, these shrimp were specially made fresh, etc. I certainly know the difference between fresh and hot and warmed and soggy and I don't want to have discussions with people who don't seem to know the difference! Finally, at other McDonald's branches this works very well and the customers are treated as customers, without discussion. That had to come out now, have a nice weekend everyone.

1st the wrong order was delivered to out table. Then, again when the right order arrived you gave us the wrong burger. (and it is not the first time it happens). So, for this reason a 3 stars score

The seats are a bit narrow and impractical. The drive in is OK so far, but the information about the ordering options and the offer is too far ahead. The presentation could come a little quicker when you drive in. Colonies could then form and that is the danger.

The staff mistakenly included 4 big tasty instead of two in the order. After paying the full amount and receiving the food, this was noticed. We went straight to the restaurant and spoke to the person in charge to get the money back for the overpayment. Unfortunately, he was not very obliging and only said: "You can still eat the burger in the next two days and no cancellation of the order will be made". Because of this statement, I have serious doubts about the current quality of the staff and food at McDonalds.

I got a McChiecken menu yesterday at 10 p.m. which cost 13.70 and I paid for it with a 100 note and only got 67.30 returned ncnc

The chicken nuggets weren't good at all. I ordered 9 of them and only 6 of them were good, the rest were only half cooked and inedible! On top of that, the staff was very rude.

Was at McDrive with my daughter on December 12th, 2021 at around 1:40 p.m. I had asked the lady at the counter something several times, but she simply couldn't speak any German and didn't understand me. I then ordered something for my daughter that she wasn't sad about, but not for me because the lady didn't care when we asked about paying and she said she didn't understand me... For me as a Wädenwiler, the shop is history and I won't support more.

Fast food, good for a quick bite on the go. Modern looking restaurant, very clean and good service. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had our COVID certificate checked at the door with no problems. COVID measures were respected by staff and guests.

I was there again after years to give them another chance to eat a meatless burger. They don't offer anything that imitates meat, but the veggie patties aren't bad. What I noticed was that they weren't prepared for my questions about ingredients etc., which shows that the main customers probably don't care and just continue to stuff dead animals in without brains. But because they tried very hard, the atmosphere was pleasant, the protective measures were comprehensive and the burger was ultimately pretty good, it gets the highest rating. Hopefully they'll add more vegetarian products to their range, like Burger King, so you'll see me there more often.
