I had a veggie burger and two cheeseburgers and I will be honest with you: I never ever had in my life a better Mc Donald’s burger than here - juicy, fresh and really good overall - 10/10!

Dear Mc Donalds Team Burgdorf I contacted you last week because the Mc Flurry machine didn't work again and we didn't get our well-deserved dessert. Now a little insight into today's events: Shortly before lunch I called the McDonald's Burgdorf branch so as not to be seriously disappointed again. A friendly employee answered and confirmed that the Mc Flurry machine was working today and that nothing would stand in the way of our trip to Mc Donalds Burgdorf. With huge anticipation (double anticipation, as it were, because we've been looking forward to it since the week before last, last week the machine didn't work) we made our way to McDonald's. Once there, as can be seen from the 1-star rating, it was another big shock. You don't have any ice cream today, the drive-in intercom sounds. Once again very disappointed, hungry and now a bit "nasty" we made our way home. In particular, the trust in the employee who gave me confirmation that there would be a Mc Flurry today has been broken. How does it go from here? that can't be the case... Possibly Then we have to think about getting a sundae at Burger King. It may be less tasty, but the Burger King employees are reliable! Best regards Mc Flurry fan

Update: in fact the last two visits were better than the first review, at least in terms of what was on offer I wasn't disappointed and the staff in the morning were super friendly. I can't judge whether the McDrive has improved since I've sat inside the last few times. Waiting times at McDrive can take a little longer. The breakfast offering around 10 a.m. is a bit poor. No McMuffins advertised on the outside posters, just croissants, donuts and chocolate puff pastries (can't remember the name)

Sunday 3:35 p.m., order 2 Sunday with chocolate, answer: Sorry, they are sold out. What? OK...

When handing over the food at the drive-in, the paper bag tore. I pushed the food back to the employee and said I needed a new bag. She then claimed I had cut the bag! I then drove home with the newly packaged food only to find that the order was not complete. Very unfortunate.

We drove an extra 20 minutes for the Bacon & Egg McMuffin because Burgdorf was on the list of participating locations. However, we were informed that they had stopped selling the muffin for two months. Would it be asking too much to keep the information on the McD website up to date?

Very friendly, standard meal at MacDonalds

It's a simple McDonald's as you know it. I have nothing to complain about in my recent visits. A very big compliment goes to the restaurant's cooling system. You go into most McDonald's in the middle of summer and it feels 20 degrees warmer inside than outside. Here, however, the temperature is significantly reduced and it is much more pleasant to eat inside rather than outside. There are enough parking spaces for customers and they are also free. The toilets look very well maintained. There are not so many places in the toilet, but it is enough for the customers.

In general this place is good But today (17.12.22) the service is slow, it’s cold inside and the place is filthy. The staff is understaffed and they are being overwhelmed with all the Drive In orders. One positive note is that they added an exterior sink in the restaurant which is great to wash the hands after eating 👍🏻

Had luck! The system restaurant was, so to speak, empty (2:45 p.m.) —> no shouting, no stressed customers, not crowded, etc. and the employee was very friendly and chill. His manners were also quite sophisticated, something that can still be heard in McDonald's to this day. The meal was freshly prepared and I really enjoyed the cheeseburger :)). Maybe it was because I hadn't eaten anything all day ;). However, the toilets look pretty shabby in all MCs restaurants :((.

The self-ordering machines always have no paper and no more numbers. Unfortunately, the burgers are always thrown into the box and it then looks very bland. You can take a leaf out of McDonald's Heimberg or Langnau. Unfortunately I also ordered an ice tea but got a non-carbonated cola... It was horrible...

Normal Mcdonalds, nothing outstanding here. one thing that bothered me that particular day tho, was the constant beeping of the machines. No one went and turned it off. luckily I had takeaway, because if i was to eat there, it wouldve been real annyoing to listen to these beeps all lunch long.

The food we ordered was good as usual. Unfortunately, some order terminals were not working properly. For me, the card payment and the order didn't work properly. But I received an order receipt which I then had to hand in at the checkout for the actual order. Another termibal was completely out of order. But I was still able to take good care of myself.

Catastrophe! Not clean and it took a long time for the food to arrive. On my tray there were remains of a salad from an old order. There were no longer any license plates at the order terminal. Simply a disastrous McDonald's.

We were there today. The fries were cold. My Ceesburger was cold and only shabbily topped. Hardly any salad or sauce on it. It was dry below. The other menus were also cold and shabby. Very unfortunate.

This is one of the best fast food resti/MC's I know, and fortunately in the same town. Whether drive-thru or eating on site, everything is always quick and fresh.
