Well, since I was waiting for my food and watching the things being prepared during this time, I'm very surprised that the employees (all of them as far as I could see) don't wear gloves to make the burgers. Even after coughing or if something has fallen on the floor, you just keep making hamburgers. Regardless of whether this is allowed by law or not, I find it pretty disgusting. I've been there twice now, and I have to say that by Macdonald's standards, this location is really great. The service is very friendly, the fries are crispy and salty (I love it), burgers are also very good, the meat is not porous (dry) or limp, really great for Macdonalds, you are served quickly. I would say it's the best Macdonalds in the city of Bern *two thumbs up from a person who is otherwise critical of food

The Just Eat delivery was incompletely packed by McDonald's staff three times in a row. THREE TIMES IN A ROW!!! Who at McDonald's packs these Just Eat deliveries??? Please slap that person in the face!

It's just opposite Bern Station..Vegan meals are less, Beef and Chicken are the Main Products. 1 Mc chicken burger cost Chf 6.60 almost Rs 660 which is nominal and Vegan one is also at the same Price Point. Space and Service at Par with other Mc D franchises.

Ordered: 20 nuggets 1 bbc sauce. Received: 9 regular nuggets and 11 spicy nuggets and 1 cocktail sauce

I went to Bern Station because of the baby bathroom and they were friendly. The taste is the same as in Korea, but the price is a bit cheaper.

Had 15 minutes to catch my train, I ordered, but had to pay at the till because payment didn't work. the fat employee at the till was making small talk with other customers and by the time I had my order I had missed my train. I have been to this plan numerous times and never had a problem, but the employees need to remember we are in a train station, and the trains don't wait. Also, my order wasn't correct, which didn't help to the overall time spent waiting

Most inconsistent MacDonalds I’ve ever visited. If you will order Ragusa McFlurry with extra hazelnut topping - just expect to receive a simple plain white ice cream sprinkled with hazelnuts. It was not even mixed properly with a specific McFlurry spoon.

An employee told me your mother, you dog, the food was bad and I found hair in my food

Long waiting time because I ordered gluten-free. Took it with me and discovered when unpacking at home that only 3 of the 4 citizens had been packed. This is the second time this month. Unprofessional and fraudulent

You don't need to comment too much. Everything is good, except the prices and the toilet. 15 Francs for a MCMenu small is somewhat costly. But this is Switzerland. What downgraded the experience is the toilet. It is a mess, no matter when I visit this place. At this price level they should be able to keep it clean.

My Sunday was really rather lousy to see and I'm a regular at this ice cream, I know what I'm talking about. My child's vanilla smoothie had a banana aftertaste, not great. We have known better.

I ate around 11.30 in the morning. The restaurant was very clean and the staff seemed to be friendly. The food I ate was really well prepared (unlike other Mc Donalds in Switzerland). Access to the toilet is allowed only to those who consume something and they were clean. Very good I would say; despite the current review of 3.9 stars, in my opinion it is worth more.

We were there on a Friday at 11 p.m., which might be important for judging. We received everything very fresh, ordered from the kiosk and therefore had no direct contact with the service. We ordered a Filet-o-Fish, a McSpicy Veggie Burger and a Homestyle Honey Mustard Veggie Burger on the menu. We were happy with everything. The toilets were ok clean, but considering it's at the train station it's still good. What I also think is cool are the coupons behind the receipt.

I came on August 31 at 22:10 and the seller refused to sell me a cheesecake. I called the administrator and they also refused to sell me. The receptionist woman was very rude and not polite, she did not introduce herself or give her name. She refused to sell me. Also, when I asked for the address of McDonald's, she refused to give me the address. This is just terrible behavior. I also said that I will write a complaint

Pretty standard as for cafes of McDonald's net. No rubbish bons for separate trash. Unique is racklet burger with a slice of cheese.

Fine food in itself! - There is an employee: She often worked late at night and was a team leader (I think) and was very cheeky from time to time + Otherwise, all the employees who served me were really friendly! This is roughly how I imagine a street kitchen. When you walk in, your mood immediately drops. But I was hungry. Ordered at the machine and didn't sit for a minute until the tray came to the table. That's the only thing that surprised me positively. I don't even want to say anything about the staff that was there this afternoon. Not worth mentioning. Very unsympathetic employees. Got Coke instead of Coke Zero and not once an apology? My partner has type 1 diabetes, so I definitely need to be more careful!! We also got a whole piece of cheese in each Filet-O-Fish, even though we were only supposed to put half of it. The kitchen staff don't know how to put the burgers together and the service not only gives me the wrong drink, but also harasses me when I want to get the right drink. Work aside, this is just disrespectful on a human level. Ah, and the Happy Meal boxes were disastrously closed, even though it wouldn't be particularly difficult. Please speak to your employees. In this MCDONALD Swiss people and especially the disabled are treated like dirt! Me (in a wheelchair) and my husband, who is completely healthy, have already been there twice! The first time, they deliberately ignored us because I was in a wheelchair! The second time, my husband ordered a 4 decilitre Fanta without ice and got it with ice, when he returned it he got a new one but again with ice! In my opinion, you should close this MCDONALD or write down that only foreigners are welcome! I will definitely not go to this MCDONALD again! I'm fed up!

Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to use the toilet and the cleaning lady rudely told us to buy something to use the toilet. Very inhumane. I used to go out for ice cream a lot, but now I don't go anymore because of an unpleasant attitude.

I ordered chicken wings to take away, when I unpacked them at the eating place I saw how burnt they were, what a cheek to pack something like that and give it to customers!!!!

Homestyle Veggie - price CHF 9.30! I don't want to complain - it's just a fact and an outrage. The burger is not worthy of the price - very little content - very poor quality - compared to a kebab or a fresh sandwich, this is simply completely overpriced. It has other burgers with prices to match - but this Homestyle Veggie - certainly not!

McDrive is well organized. We didn't wait long. The entrance is marked with arrows on the asphalt. We ordered online. There was a promotion for 1 franc.

Unfortunately, when I ordered the gluten-free burger, I just got a regular burger. This must not happen! We only noticed it on the train and had to throw the burger away.

Poor food!!! The cheeseburger I ordered was dry and tasteless. The bun cannot be described at all (see photo). The cheese was also tasteless and didn't seem to have melted properly. Overall, the food was not only disappointing but also difficult to eat.

Was very busy and is a place that gets busy during lunchtime. So you can use the Mc app and place the order and be just as quick as the people on the screen.

The receipt paper was missing from the machine but it was refilled straight away, nice service. Food was great.

We went out to eat at a time when there wasn't a lot of traffic and still 4 things went wrong!, our order was wrong (1 adult 2 children) The burger wasn't nice at all in the box and it was even the wrong one. All deficiencies were corrected but it was still a bit crowded for so few people eating there at that time.

The order wasn't served for a long time and everyone who ordered after us got their food before us and the food wasn't warm and was also inedible (overly salty). The toilet was unclean and there was no toilet paper either. The restaurant also has technical problems.

Actually quite good, but the men's toilet is really bad. Mold on the walls and the hand dryer, the floor is soaked in urine. Even the faucet was dirty. Worse than a rest stop toilet.

So far so good. You know it... But in the parking lot in front of the restaurant, someone was washing their hair and someone else poured water over it. Kind of strange. In addition, the hot sauce isn't really hot, I can't imagine people perceiving this "hot" sauce as spicy. Then it's better to write "spicy" or "mild" sauce. But not spicy man.

Cold. The toilet is dirty, the doors always open directly onto the street, it’s cold. Dirty, tables are dirty. A lot of people.

A menu with 9 chicken nuggets and two sweet and sour sauces and two cheeseburgers was ordered, received a menu with 8 chicken nuggets and two curry sauces, card payment at the machine did not work straight away and the order was charged twice. Staff reacted irritably and uncomprehendingly to the feedback. The restaurant was very unclean, there were a few pieces of packaging lying around on the tables, benches and floor, and the trash cans were overflowing. Here too, the staff reacted more according to the credo of “guests are welcome as long as they remain silent instead of complaining”. The guest definitely doesn't seem welcome here, they'd rather be somewhere else where the food is warm and not just lukewarm. If the general conditions and the service are right, then the food tastes good too.

Good day, Since the post-Corona quality slump, we have reduced our visits to McDonald's to 1/4 because fat with sugar and spiciness that masks any taste is not something we spend money on. Gone are the days of the Schudelburger! The main reason we came anyway was the Egg McMuffin with bacon and the indestructible Filet O' Fish. We ordered two McFlurry's. When we received our ice cream, the cup was only half full. We then asked if we could get a little more since we paid the full price of £4 each. We ended up with an ice cream made from a mix of McFlurry and a Sundea. That is not how it works!!!
