McDonald's in Bern

Toilet full of piss on the floor and water comes out of the washbasin onto the floor. Was simply “fixed” with a bucket. The lid was also full of dirt. According to the cleaning list, it was cleaned, which I don't quite believe :) And it's not McDonald's as a company itself. If I've been to other McDonald's branches, the toilets are sometimes cleaner than in hotels Unfortunately it depends more on the location itself

Making access to the toilets harder might be good at preventing people walking around to use your toilets, but is also good for making the life of your customers harder...

One of the consistently worst McDonalds in the region. I live 200m from this store and I often find myself running to the station to get my food, because I am so fed up with waiting 20min to get ice cold cardboardy chicken nuggets. The staff is always in total chaos, disorganized and can't deal with the huge demand which is constant at every time of the day due to the prime location.

Be very careful when paying saying it's from another country, they automatically change the money saying they are paying in (dollars, euros...) they pay the extra percentage and in francs. In other words, the exchange is made twice, once by the establishment and once by the banking institution, which is normal only for the exchange made by the institution. They said they would refund the amount because they didn't accept the order and I didn't even have the right to the invoice, really bad!!! Horrible, uneducated employee speaking German jokingly about the situation because we were complaining about what had happened and didn't understand what they were saying. This was without a doubt the worst Mc Donalds I've ever visited and I don't recommend it at all.

Dear Mr. Dallmair, I ordered a Big Mac menu in your restaurant. Actually, I have every reason to be happy: I received two Big Macs. However, both Big Macs were cold and there was so much sauce on the burger that it all oozed out when I touched it. When I wanted to clean my hands with the napkins, this was not possible because they were soaked in Coca-Cola. Unfortunately, tables were also very dirty If you need photos, please feel free to contact me. In summary: I felt very uncomfortable and will definitely not be coming back any time soon!

Very bad. Dirty. The toilet is dirty. Children's strollers must be left on the ground floor and then walk up the steps with the child. The changing room is always occupied, then they start knocking loudly and scaring the child. Disgusting establishment.

The service is fast and efficient. The burgers are delicious (oddly enough, they are not like this in all restaurants of the chain). Despite the large flow of people, it is cozy and clean. We liked.

I very kindly asked the staff about my order and the woman at the counter had the attitude to tell me that “i dont know how to pay attention, otherwise it sucks”. Been to 20 countries never been this disrespected in my life. Thanks McD Switzerland for serving fries with a side of sarcasm

The entrance area is rather narrow when a lot of people want to order something. I think it's great that it also has vending machines upstairs. I didn't know this, maybe this would have to be clearly signposted so that the customer goes up and orders this, especially if there are a lot of people. Otherwise the food was good. The staff brought the correct food directly to the place.

One of the worst Mc Donalds I have visited. No service. The employees speak in a curt tone. Not even a Hello. Very narrow waiting area. Makes no desire to come back

Terrible service!!! I waited over half an hour for my order. I paid by card to make it faster. There were no signs at the machines, they told me to wait at the checkout. I had to wait a very long time. When I asked for help to carry my order upstairs (because I had a lot of bags in my hands), they looked at me very strangely and asked "isn't that possible?" I didn't know how to even answer that. The second time there was the same situation with the signs. The staff is terribly unfriendly. The burgers have all fallen apart and the patties are overcooked. All signs are located next to the cashier at the checkout and are not refilled at the machines. Quick takeaway food - that's not this place! I can't recommend it and won't go there again!

Service was unfriendly and there were no ice cubes in the Sprite. Sprite was forgotten, had to ask again. Food got cold because of the wait, even though there weren't many people there it took a long time.

They might ether be too busy to clean or under staffs? Could be bad management or they might have personel shortage... that we do not know but it looks like this every sunday. At least they are open on sunday. 🫢 No i didn't dine here, I'm just here with my friends the burger and fries were horrible the last time...

The price was quite steep for small portions, everything cost 33FR (see photos). Well, Swiss price, but the portions were really small, there wasn't even free sauce for fries. The location was actually quite easy to reach. If you want to eat on site, you can also order from the machines upstairs and the order will be brought to the table. Free Wifi for one hour. You will receive the codes on the bill for using the toilet. Unfortunately, the code couldn't open the door to the women's toilets that day, so we had to go to the men's toilet. It was borderline dirty, toilet paper was empty and not filled.

The service is disgusting, we waited half an hour for the order, they forgot about napkins and sauces. I don't recommend it.

Card payments are no longer possible at the terminals as there have been no license plates for weeks. So it's a hassle to order and pay at the counter every time. According to the employee, all license plates have been removed because they are constantly being stolen.

I placed an order online for delivery, but the McFlurry Ovaltine was missing. I called and the manager said that the staff "forgot" and there was nothing he could do. He didn't even try to solve the problem. It's not even about the amount, but about the lack of respect for the customer. Oh yeah, but what if it was the other way around and they delivered everything but I "forgot" to pay? Surely they would call the police. Shame on you! McDonald's, never again!

McDonald's to avoid, very long service a disaster, €25 per person on average, Ice tea which tastes like coca cola without bubbles, but the waitress maintains that it is ice tea and not bad other errors in the order. Avoid this McDonald's and go to a good restaurant in the city, it will be more worth it.

Absolutely incredible wait times. I've been waiting for a simple Big Mac menu for 30 minutes and the staff can't help me because they don't know 2 words of German.

This is the second time that the food has been cold despite lunchtime and the wrong order or something forgotten. At the train station you only notice this on the train or when you are already further away.

McDonalds has given up a lot when it comes to quality. The fries don't even contain ketchup, and Cola has almost no carbonation. For the price you pay, cheeseburger twice 5.80 (not to mention the quality), fries 4.10 (is that still possible?), Cola 0.5l (3.80) it's not worth it. I won't be ordering from you anymore.

The cleaning lady works in slow motion and drops rubbish on the floor in front of the tables when changing the rubbish bags and only clears it away after ten minutes and the guests have asked for it. Today it was a mess again... I ordered the mobile and still waited a total of over 10 minutes. Royal, the meat was half next to the bread and the meat was cold. Not even lukewarm. Doppelcheese and big mac were both missing onions. Big Mac had cheese in the wrong place and a pickle next to the burger in the box. Do you only have Mongoloids in the kitchen or something?

Orders were mixed up. Even the branch manager was cheeky and took great pains to apologize.

1) I wonder how they imagine eating potatoes with ketchup, if the ketchup is in a briquette and not in a box??? 2) I wonder how you can guess how and with what code you can get into the toilet, if it is on a coded lock? The check is collected upon receipt of the order. There is no information anywhere. 3) There are no sockets near the tables so that it is convenient for customers to charge their phones if necessary. I see this for the first time in Europe. 4) toilets and sinks are very untidy. 5) it is not at all clear why there are numbers for tables on the second floor, if the order through the screen must be picked up independently on the first floor. 6) there is no option to order coffee or a hot drink on the screen in the menu.
