Great cuisine, friendly service and always new ideas. We like coming to the Rössli.

The cashier, who was a bit firmer, older with gray and short hair, completely freaked out and called us neggers because we were dark-skinned. And slammed the window. Without explanation

Just ordered a Happy Meal to take away for my daughter. Fries were simply missing. And other orders are missing or packed incorrectly! Always check your order. The employees are overwhelmed with every order

We got less than 20 chicken nuggets and they gave us more, thank you! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹👍🏿👍🏿

You saw me as a customer. It can't be that EVERY second order is simply wrong!! Wrong burger, wrong drink, wrong McFlury, wrong sauce, wrong side dish or wrong extras. What's that supposed to mean? The service has decreased massively, and the quality and taste of the burgers have also decreased. Definitely the last time for me. At least Burger King still manages to make reasonably good burgers. They also handle orders properly and are also very friendly. Cut yourself some bills from them.

Stinky dirty staff. I ordered the 20 nuggets, unfortunately they tasted like they had been there for 2 hours. When I pointed this out to the staff, they said they couldn't be fresher. Workers like this should be fired and put on the street.😁 Greetings Mc Donalds connoisseur Amuri 😘

The restaurant was extremely dirty and it wasn't cleaned.

I usually just eat desert there. My favorite snacks are the apple turnovers. As an exception, I ordered a vanilla donut, which tasted okay too.

Fries fried way too hard, unfriendly and unmotivated staff. Only on Gossau.

In Switzerland, for some reason, McDonald's does not have a milkshake, instead they have a frappe with different flavors on the menu, but it is not at all as tasty as the Shake. And many dishes from McDonald's familiar to Europe are not on the menu here

I'm really disappointed. We had ordered food to take away (car) but they had forgotten half of the order. We trusted the reliability and honesty of MAC Donalds but at home we found that half was missing but it's ok for us. Never again .

Fast food and nice sitting outside. The Mcflurry was prepared quickly and tasted great. Unfortunately MickeyDs switched to wooden spoons which makes you feel like you will get a splinter...

The restaurant is overcrowded and nothing works anymore. 25min wait for my takeaway order for 1x standard menu!!!! my break was only 30 minutes .......Absolutely not recommended, the staff and system there don't work.

Ordered a Big Mac. There were no onions in the burger. Staff said it is in and show where it is. It was a maximum of two small pieces! They refuse to change or give more onions! Worst stingy.

Went to Mc Drive in Abtwil tonight. Great service from Benjamin B., who is extremely competent, friendly and committed to his job. You can really take a leaf out of it! Thank you very much at this point, keep it up!

I go to the branch once a month and am always happy with the food. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. I can only recommend it 🤗

Unfortunately totally bad service. They always forget something from the order at the MC Drive In. That's like stealing for me. I won't see my money then! Today my donut was forgotten again! That's just annoying and rude. Please concentrate a little more!

We ate in the restaurant on June 22nd, 2023 and had chicken nuggets (3 people), after a few hours we had stomach pains and on June 23rd, 2023 we went to the toilet with extreme diarrhea... and no, we hadn't had anything else before that . The service was good and everything but the food….

I'm happy to wait if I have to. But waiting & then only getting half the stuff is another thing... (I didn't get the receipt in my pocket either, but the order was Homestyle Crispy Chicken Honey Mustard which there was nothing wrong with. And then the non-existent Chicken Paprika.)

Place overcrowded and stuffy Was at the location in Abtwil SG for the third time within 12 months. I have had this bad experience 3 times. Other locations show better results. I'll probably avoid this and eat somewhere else. It's sad that I have to travel here for a burger

We've never had such a disastrous meal in a McDonald's. The hamburger was cold and old, the cheese still looked like it came out of the packaging. The fries were cold and there was no salt on them. Ugh, I'll never come here again!!!!!

This used to be the best mc ever for me! I am now extremely disappointed! The employees are very rude! This evening we were at 1:28 in the MC Abtwil, ordered something from the machine and sat down straight away. We were asked to go out immediately. The restaurant has been closed until 1:30 for 3 years. We didn't know anything about this because it says 4:00 a.m. on the door and the same time on the internet! She yelled at everyone, get out, what are you doing here, how are they closed and got extremely excited and, as I said, screamed several times. Really thrown out!!!

It said it would open at 9am, we were there at 9:14 and the doors were closed. I'M SO RUDE I WANT MY FOOD AT 9!!!!

Drive in....staff with bad German!

Absolute disaster, the food was old and cold. It gave me a stomach ache. The bun was hard rubber, the burger was dry and cold. I feel like McDonald's has gone down on everything except the prices. I've had enough now, my expectations have been broken so many times. I won't go to MCD anymore. There are enough other competitors.

Unfortunately, the burger wasn't placed very carefully in the box and fell apart... Potatoes were stuck in the packaging, so I assume they've been standing around for a while...

I received a Coke that looked like a Coke but tasted like tap water... I complained but the unqualified employees don't understand German... I got another Coke and lo and behold: against brown tap water... GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!! ! :(
